This place is my go to for my nails. I am super sensitive and picky about who I let do my nails. Lena is ....dare I say it....PERFECT !! Her nail game is ON POINT !! She is very detailed and gets you on your way in no time. Tell her Angel sent you !! They take walk-ins ...but its probably best you set up an appointment. Happy nails to you !!!

Ok. Its taken me 10 years to finally agree to get a pedicure at my wifes urging. I didnt like the idea of men getting pampered. But I finally agreed.My entire BODY is buzzing! Simply from a back, lower leg and foot massage! Im conservative, so this shocked the mess out of me! Im writing this review an hour later. It took 30 minutes to kick in, but man! Ive changed my mind. :) Im sold. And very happy.

Rude, not helpful. I didnt patronize them because they made me feel as if I was a Foreigner I am a lady of color carry myself well with dignity and they were rude and Prejudice

Have been going here for about 2 years never gotten anything but excellent service. In and out for a fill and a half an hour Judy does a great job with a pedicure. Had gotten fungal infection on toe and nail at two other shops I went to because they say they are using sterile techniques and they are not. Have watched Nail Pro and they are very careful about not using other tools on more than one customer.

I got a full set, long and when the lady got done I noticed that the nail was not completely on my finger. I didnt wanna wait for her to do it again so I just went with it, it was originally $41 but the lady gave me a discount and it was like $31. I was waiting for them to dry and I accidentally messed my nail up and I asked the lady if she could fix it and she got mad and was hella rude, I am never going back to that place, these only lasted like 1 week. If you gonna pay the full price dont. It aint worth it !

Good technical gel manicure. Rude techs. Acted as if they were being held there against their will.(actually considered the possibility)Visibly angry with me when I had a problem with the color which didnt match the sample..shouldnt the sample be representative of the color in the bottle? Busy, clean shop- maybe they hate out of towners ?

Before I went to nail pro, I made an appointment for 1:30 and had to wait until 2:20 before they actually had me sit down and get my nails done. when I told her that Ive been waiting for at least 45 mins after I scheduled, she got very defensive with me. finally when I get my nails done they were not the best job. my friend and I got the same color and both were very messy. idk what others experiences were here but that was mine. I dont recommend it.

Nice looking place, but hit & miss as far as service goes. My husband & I both got luxury mani/pedicures & his was fine but my lady was pretty lame. The menu states that a reflexology foot & leg massage is a part of the deal, but all she did was lightly spread lotion on me. She only put the mud on my legs & not my feet. Then did a hurried job of painting my nails so they look very sloppy. Sadness.... especially for $60!

Horrible! Machine #3 wast allí get apart, no blue powder was put in the water. I asked for 1 nail for different color and she was upset. She forgot to put top coat on my hand nails. She rushed me off the chair it was 6:00pm. Just a real disappointment, the only good thing of this Place is the location. Will never go back.

Nail Pro employees are extremely rude!!! They do not greet you as you walk in, they just stare without a smile or smerk for comfortability to a customer. I found it odd that they joke and laugh about you while your sitting right in front of them and not even in there Chinese language. Horrible customer service. Also they do nails quickly in order to rush you out! And they do a horrible job because of that fact! They have Two very smelly teenagers working for them that are rude as well and do not get disciplined for there behavior but are joined in the ridiculousness! They act as if they dont need your business. Like you need there business and not the other way around! Disrespectful and distasteful at its best right upon arrival with Nail Pro! Trust me, I am one to at least try to see positive in everything and everyone but my experience truly left me disgusted enough to write this review! Youve been warned!
