We are having a very difficult time working with this company. They do not provide information. They do not answer emails to the buyers or the real estate agents. Instructions have been sent on the day of escrow closing for tasks that require at least a week of preparation. Do not use this company if you want to close escrow on time.

This has been the absolute worst escrow experience I have ever encountered. They failed to collect required payoff statements, disbursed funds without approval and were still waiting to be paid our proceeds while they try to untangle the mess that they made. My advice is to look elsewhere for escrow services.
