The BEST!!! I have used several escrow companies in Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley and Kathy and team at the Escrow Connection are very profession, fast and really came thru in closing quickly. Great escrow company of which I highly recommend!

BEWARE:The Escrow Connection failed to inform us in advance that, at their discretion, we would be charged a fee whether or not we closed escrow with their company. It is highly uncommon to do this in the real estate industry AND they have covered themselves by placing it in the general provisions.Ive filed a complaint with the CA Dept of Business Oversight.

I do not want escrow connection to get any stars! It is the worst escrow company I have ever used! Be aware and run!!

Terrible experience here. The owner will keep your money and not give you an explanation or receipt. I would stay far, far, far away from this shady business and have someone else handle escrow in the future.
