Gina and Priscilla are whom were involved in my transaction. They were extremely unprofessional, unethical, and unresponsive. They show no attention to detail, over charging me for the transaction they handled. They are abrasive and unapologetic. I would never do business with them again and would warn others against it also. I have conducted several other transactions with other escrow companies and Equitable Escrow should be investgated, to say the least. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs, there are so many others in the industry, I am certain you and the transaction you have will be treated more fairly, respectfully, and timely even with an entity with less experience. They deserve zero stars!

Dealings with the owner and the main person assisting her were very negative and left us and the other parties involved regretting using them for the transaction. The owner is rude, abrasive, and doesnt seem to have any appreciation towards people that are bringing her business and using her services. Apparently, based on the way she conducts herself and treats clients and paying customers she does not value her business or anyone needing the industry service. Stay far far away. Service is not only unfriendly, we questioned many business practices, fees are inflated compared to others, and they are significantly slow at every step of the process. They even charge you double than what they are charged from the overnight shipping company they used. RIDICULOUS. Shame on you Gina Thompson.
