A mediocre experience at best. From the start our escrow officer was dismissive. Failing to respond to calls or emails in a timely manner. It seemed the office was understaffed and overworked. We waited 3 days for our funds to be deposited. Unacceptable.

We worked with Whitney and Madison - an all-star team that is friendly, helpful, and lightening fast with communication. They went above and beyond answering emails and all our questions- even after “business hours!” Highly recommend them!

Pay CAREFUL attention to this company - especially in the Palm Springs Office -They did not communicate to me they had a significant change in Referral Commission even after they acknowledged receipt of a signed Referral Agreement -Also failed to inform me of a denial of a previously acknowledged cleaning charge I paid for their client.Failed to send that change to our office for agreement to the change.I will take this company to Small Claims Court as well as reporting them to the Bureau of Corporations and the Calif Dept of Real Estate.They are supposed to be a NEUTRAL third party - I dont THINK so ~I contacted them and received a standard No letter.
