We had a major water leak in our master bath and after having the leak repaired and the restoration company was finished with the drying fans etc. we were left with lots of drywall sections that had been removed. D & R Select Construction came in an put it back just like new. Besides repairing the drywall and painting all the walls, they had to rebuild the guest room vanity. Their workers did an AWESOME job!!! They were professional, on time each day and always cleaned up at the end of their work day. We would definitely recommend them and we will use them for any future jobs.

We hired D&R select construction to remodel our bathroom and it was such a great experience. We were so happy with the results. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. We would definitely hire them again for any future work.

My husband and I hired D&R Select to remodel our entire condo with the exception of the kitchen Spring 2019. We got three bids from other contractors before selecting D&R. The owner, Rod, was very professional carefully measuring everything, asking appropriate questions, etc. After receiving bids we had no question that we would be choosing D&R Select. My husband spent over 40 years in the construction business and is very picky. We are pleased to say the entire process went extremely well. The workers were all so pleasant, punctual and kept the worksite as clean as possible. In the middle of the remodel our hot water tank unexpectedly went out. Instead of us having to shop around for a new tank and make arrangements to install a new one, Rod had one of his employees get us a new one, had it delivered and had it installed by the end of the day! What a life saver that was. Their work was outstanding and we would highly recommend them.UPDATE: We were so pleased with the work performed by D&R Select on our condo remodel listed above, that we hired them to remodel our entire kitchen. We had this work performed in February 2020. Knowing how well D & R Select had done with the rest of our condo, we felt comfortable remaining in our main residence in another state while they completed the kitchen. Rod kept us informed on an almost daily basis with phone calls, pictures and even Facetime to walk us through things. We have recommended him already to numerous friends and neighbors that are in the process of wanting remodels done and will do so in the future.

My wife made an appointment with D&R to give us a quote on a full remodel of our Palm Springs condo. They called the day of the appointment to see if we could move the appointment forward. Nothing wrong with that. I explained we could do so, but had another contractor coming to quote the job as well. I said we could work around that no problem.The tone immediately changed. I was told, uh, well Im a really busy guy, and I dont like to make appointments on Saturday, so never mind.Apparently getting a quote from another company is offensive. Sorry! Were not spending ~$50k without getting a couple of bids. That would be stupid.Bottom line, if you engage these guys you may want to think about not letting them know they could have competition for the job.

D & R Select Construction, Inc. rebuilt the roof that had collapsed on the house next door ...a major construction project. We were so impressed with their work that we contracted with them to rebuild our front patio....some 1,000 sq. ft. of cracked Mexican pavers. The quality of their work and of their workers is the best weve ever experienced having gone through two home remodels in the past in San Francisco and San Jose, CA.We also had D & R Select Construction, Inc. paint the entire exterior of our Palm Springs home and again the quality of their work was the best. Their workers are very conscientious, meticulous, and expert craft men, the site is cleaned up daily, and the work is overseen by the owner, Rod, on a near daily basis.
