Jaimes Construction did a outstanding job on my repair of steps and handrail to my back porch. Jaime was on time with giving a estimate and once I decided to go with him he scheduled work right away. He was on time easy to comunicate with and did a great job. I went over various other projects that might need to be done in the near future and he is going to give us estimates for those as well. Will use again. A good value!

We used Jaime’s Construction Services to refurbish the West Palm Beach condominium we were taking over after finding his advertisement in the homeowners’ association newspaper. Jaime Linares, the owner, visited the condo, discussed what we were interested in doing and came up with what we considered to be a fair price to remove the popcorn ceilings and mirrored living room wall, remove the false kitchen ceiling, renovate two bathrooms, install a new bedroom fan, install new molding after the floors were re-done and then paint the entire unit. With Jaime’s assistance, we ordered the necessary materials and had him install everything. Because we live in New Jersey and because the construction commenced in March 2020 just before the pandemic started, most of our dealings with Jaime were done remotely through phone calls, emails and texted pictures. The work was done on-time and without delay, nor at any reported inconvenience to the neighbors in terms of noise or housekeeping. Though we have not been back to Florida to inspect the property in-person, we are confident Jaime did what he agreed to. Furthermore, Jaime has continued to offer to rectify any “checklist items” we run across when we finally get to Florida. In summary, we trusted Jaime and his company with our property and would recommend him to anyone needing extensive renovation services.

Jaime is friendly and reliable. We hired him for our bathroom renovation and we are very happy with the work he did. He was reasonably priced and completed the work within the timeframe he told us. We will definitely use him again for our future projects and would recommend him.

Jaime Linares is a honest hard working man. He is very professional and easy to work with. He will work with your schedule. His work is done in a timely manner. I had two jobs done with him.. I highly recommend him.

I never reached the point where I was able to hire Jaime, but after the process I went through with him to get an estimate, my recommendation is to STAY AWAY. When he came to my house alone on a Friday to give an estimate on a drywall repair, he initially stated $900 for the cost and he would do it on Monday. When I seemed hesitant, he lowered it to $800. I told him I would let him know, as I was also waiting on others to give me an estimate. Jaime then texted at the end of the day and said, Last change I can do for $750.00. When I finally agreed to hire him, I asked him whether Monday was his only availability. He asked why, and I told him that I would have to make arrangements to request off from work. I never heard from him. The next afternoon, he texted and stated, I asked my wife and she said do it for $850.00. My first reaction was, wait, what?? The baffling part is that he came out to my house alone to give an estimate, yet his wife determined the fourth revised cost, SIGHT UNSEEN, never having even looked at what work needed to be done!My experience with Jaime was completely unprofessional, disappointing and confusing, to say the least. Certainly not the way to do business!UPDATE TO JAIMES RESPONSE: Yes, as I stated in my original review, no, we did not hire you to do any services for us because of the poor first impression and experience. Jaiime construction is very unprofessional. He left scraps and my yard very unprofessional and trying to tell me its not included in the contract to clean up after himself. I had to call my ex boyfriend to come to my house just so he wont try to rip me off. He would tell me I need to purchase something when he already has that product trying to make more money off of me. I will never recommend him to anyone I know or ever deal with him again.
