Do not move here if you value your credit!! After a long debate with Andria over the move out charges, I agreed to pay the charges (Andria repeatedly let me know that she could not do anything, and I needed to pay to AVOID COLLECTIONS). When I showed up for payment as agreed with a money order, nobody was at the office! After calling and leaving a message, Liz came out and stated she was on call? That seemed like an exceptionally long call.Liz stated she did not know how to give me a receipt or any documentation of payment received. Only Andria can do that, and she was on vacation.After repeatedly asking for help with Liz with no resolution. I took a picture of the money order to send to Andria (with no response through the day). I guess the repeated request for the exorbitant fees was just request. The fact she was not there for the receipt of the funds was unprofessional.See below for pictures of the complex if you are thinking of moving here.

Office Management is friendly and responsive. Grounds are clean and well kept. Location is central. Neighborhood is great.
