Pacifica Palm Springs offers seniors the most wonderful experience. The team is consistently smiling and sharing their warmth with our prospect families. As the new marketing director I have been welcomed with open arms and our team shows their love of the residents when they engage with new families and prospects to share their stories. Prospects constantly mention how lovely the grounds are, how warm the staff seem and what a wonderful concept our cottage style setting is for their needs. Come and visit us to learn more about the Pacifica Palm Springs difference.
Pacifica Palm Springs is a beautiful community with caring staff. I have been blessed to be part of such a wonderful team. Thank you for everyones hard work and dedication.
My mom has lived here for 4 and a half years. I highly recommend this place, its restful, rejuvenating, comforting with activities and beautiful landscaping. Its all one level which I and her really like, lots of green plants, sitting areas outside, with a community feel. The staff are caring ❤ helpful with her needs and my request. My mom is 92 yrs. During this Covid time challenges have risen of course, thats ok. Shes safe, healthy, and no issues. Thank you to all the staff that assist her, you all are wonderful 👏 😀
Pacifica Senior Living in Palm Springs is one of the best communities in the area. As soon as you walk into the doors your transported into a cute cozy community. Thank you to the girls at the front desk who are always so welcoming and playful. I happened to stop by on pet therapy day and met the cutest toy poodle named TEDDY I was greeted by several residents who were all enjoying their morning coffee and newspaper. I was only there for a tour for my mom but i wanted to move in haha. Thanks again for all the hospitality Pacifica and you are too of the list for my mom!
At the doctors office yesterday, my mother was asked what she thought about Pacifica Senior Living. Her response was, I completely recommend it. Everyone there is so nice and so helpful. I am very comfortable living there. For me, this was wonderful to hear as my mother is not the easiest person to please on the planet and moved to Pacifica after living in her own home for over 60 years. The team made her transition virtually seamless! Thank you, Pacifica Senior Living!
Such a beautiful community! I was with a friend of mine visiting her mother in memory care, staff was so helpful and caring. Memory Care Director Melissa was singing a Dean Martin classic to everyone and it was such a beautiful thing to experience. Kudos to Grace and Cristina who were very professional and welcoming. I work in the medical field and I know how challenging it could be to help care for someone with Alzheimer’s, you guys rock!!!
Cristina, thank you! Youve made a huge difference in the quality of our lives and peace of mind. I know that we can relax knowing that Daisy is getting the best care possible. All the staff have been caring, responsive and kind! I appreciate the quick responses to call and emails especially. Thank you, again!
Christina I just want to thank you, the staff in the office mainly Sheila, Judy, Brittney and the staff in Alvin’s cottage for the wonderful care and love he has received in the last 6 months. I searched out many facilities as i knew that the day was approaching when I would have to place him. I kept going back to Pacifica like a magnet was drawing me there. I knew that this was the place for his next journey and mine as well. I sleep well knowing he is well cared for.
First of all, the personnel of Pacifica at Palm Springs is so beyond the word excellent! The residents have many great things to do every day and with extra help to achieve the activity if needed. The biggest factor is you folks LISTEN to us. That is very important to us that are aging daily. Love you!
My brother is a member of the Pacifica Senior Living, Palm Springs community. He was aware of the facility for a long time, as a friend lived there for 7 years before my brother joined. The grounds are beautiful and so well maintained. The individual cottages are homey and inviting. There is a choice of several different sizes of living spaces. Maintenance and upkeep is great, always immaculate, and decorating being done; new flooring being installed. The food is good, and all are willing to go the extra mile, even to serving coffee earlier than breakfast service in the mornings. It is the people who make this facility special. There are way too many to mention, and one fears leaving people out. John drives the van and takes people to doctor appointment, drives out on tours of the area, and to shopping centers on a weekly basis; but you might also see his smiling face delivering mail and packages. Joseph is on site in my brothers cottage and helps with a whole lot of things. No one seems to have the this isnt my job attitude. It seems to me that for the people at Pacifica it is more a vocation than a job caring for seniors. I recommend a tour to all thinking of senior living in this area. There is so much more than I could ever begin to tell you.
My best friend lives at this facility!! She wouldnt want to live anywhere else. The staff is always there for you, whether you need a hand or a hug! I love coming to visit her. They are always inviting me to the next exciting event they will be having! I have been able to participate in their B.I.N.G.O. games and Salsa Making Competition!! One thing my friend raves about is the beautiful views from every angle. The caregivers are the most important, but a close second is having something so pretty to look at!
A good friend of mine recently moved into Pacifica Senior living, I went to visit him today and I was greeted by Melissa resident care coordinator, she was very welcoming and was doing some memory exercises in Elm cottage. I was very impressed, she had him reminiscing and smiling. The activities I think are the best part, especially to someone who is forgetful. She was very professional and compassionate. The building I must say was very beautiful, I left feeling like this was the right place for him. Thanks again.
I love living here at Pacifica. Ive lived here for 3 years and its just gotten better each year. I really enjoy the cottage atmosphere that you wont find anywhere else. It feels like family living and each of our cottages have a family room with a huge TV and fireplace. I have good friendships with my neighbors here and with the care givers.
I enjoy working at Pacifica Senior Living! I started as a resident care staff member in memory care. Then I was able to experience working in assisted living. I enjoy learning and getting to know all of the residents as well the residents family members. Since I have been working here I have been furthering my education to one day reach my goal of becoming an Executive Director. I have completed my education, and I was blessed that a manager saw my potential and I was offered the receptionist job that was opening up. I was so thankful to have started working here. My managers have been very helpful, they are all willing to help me grow along my professional journey!
My cousin lives in the memory care cottage. We looked high and low to find the perfect place for him and so far we are beyond happy. The staff are caring and the grounds are lovely, lots of green space; a relaxed and low key yet classy vibe. Lots of activities and outings ... Palm Springs is a very special area and Pacifica does a great job here. I highly recommen .
Admin staff is professional, efficient and friendly.
I have a great amount of reassurance that my loved one is being given the best care possible with her living at Pacifica Palm Springs. I have had to reach out to the MedTechs and Resident Care Director on numerous occasions. They always handle my concerns with professionalism and a sense of urgency. I dont see us ever going anywhere else!
When I discovered my mom was not well I started to investigate places that had memory care facilities. I was lucky enough to talk to Sheila Fike on the phone. I was not ready to drive to look but she followed up with us in a very nice and attentive way every few months. So when it was time I never forgot her checking in with me and asking “how are you guys doing? How is mom?” She was the first person I called. It was how she was NOT pushy but was truly wanting to be there when we were ready.I won’t lie it was the hardest thing I have ever had to do! My mom is a rockstar and is my world! I was so scared! With that said the second I met Sheila, Judy and the staff and saw the place I was amazed right out the gate! The first day mom was already playing balloon volleyball and having fun! She really loves her room. I went out of my way to make it a fabulous room with everything she loves even a record player. She responded well to the place. I don’t know since she can’t tell me but I think she feels she’s at a five star resort! The staff I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with is: Shaun, Maggie, Yesenia, and Brittney. Also in Fir cabin: Christina & Grace have always done moms hair very nice with either curls or beautiful intricate braids. Lety’s beautiful singing voice to all the residence. Melissa is a wonderful help with running things there. We love everyone Olivia, Flower, Myrna, Patricia and Maggie. And of coarse Kari who runs the in-house salon is fabulous too!Anyhow I can’t say enough about the memory care. Thank you for treating mom with love and respect! PEACE, Cristie CarterPS this photo was my first visit after her adjustment period. She really showed me how her having her own space was so important.
Pacifica Palm Springs has changed our family’s life in the most exceptional way…Both of our folks are in Assisted Living / Memory Care, at Pacifica Palm Springs, and my sister Judi and I are so very grateful! It was a journey getting them there, but it was the greatest decision we’ve ever made as there are Alzheimers and Dementia issues happening for them both.Change is hard, especially after living on their own for so many years, (they are both 87, and married for 64 years) so there was an adjustment period, but once they felt safe and loved by the incredible staff at Pacifica, all their fears have vanished, and safe and loved they are. Executive Director Cristina Miller, has an amazing staff, and Sales Directors, Sheila Fike and Judy Saliwan, made our family feel so welcome, and worked so hard to take care of us, find space for our folks, twice! (after one aborted attempt to move them…) and truly helped my sister and I know this was all going to be okay…they were right …they are amazing people. The rest of the staff humble us by sharing their goodness and commitment to making our folks, and all who are living at Pacifica feel at home! My sister and I have to mention so many people we are so thankful for.. Starting again, with Sheila and Judy …we are so grateful to you both, sweet Brittney, Yesenia, and Carol up front are full of kindness, and welcome everyone so beautifully on the phone, and do so much more, as does John, who keeps people moving, all are full of smiles and goodness. Activity Director Kalyn has been wonderful with the folks, and tries to include them in all the terrific calendar events she plans, and new Memory Care Director Melissa is a Godsend! And although I know I’m forgetting many, (sorry)! my sister Judi and I have to thank from the bottom of our hearts, these Med-Tech’s and extraordinary caregivers …Christian, Arnetta, Hero, Gilberto, Cristina, Grace, Erica, Letty, Amanda, Yvette, Shaquim, Chante, Mirna, Veronica, Anias, Summer, Maggie, Bing, RoseMarie, Flour, Alyssa, Maria, Janet, Olivia, Anna, Ariana, Stephanie, who are so kind, patient and giving ... Thank you all from the bottom of our heart.
I love working here!! The care staff and management team is top notch. There is nothing better than coming to work and making all of our residents smile!
Everybody is friendly and helpful. It looks very clean.
One star is to generous. If you do not need any kind of assistance then this could be your place, BUT if you need assistance of any kind stay away. We random enter the cottage my father is in and there is no one about. We started doing this because dad had stated that nobody answered when hit the cord. We pulled the cord this a.m. over 15 min later we rang again, phone was p/u and hung up with out saying a word. Dad has fallen so much in the last six months under their care, now we know why. We are moving him out asap for the care he was receiving was not worth $3400 a mo.
