I lived here for almost three years and never had any issues. The pictures definitely don’t match what’s on the website, but it’s a decent place to live. The units are on the smaller side, but with what I was paying that was okay with me. Most of the neighbors were quiet and friendly. The laundromat was a bit run down when I first moved in but they installed new machines. The machines were easy to use, you can use coins or an app on your phone to pay. The management was nice, Priscilla and Jose were always really helpful and friendly. Overall, I’d say they’ve improved a lot during my time there and I’d consider moving back.

Unprofessional, I had an appointment to to see the apartment I was interested in and we were stood up. I called 3 times and no answer. I showed up early. I wasted my time and gas to drive over here. Not only that, but the properly is not properly depicted in the pictures of their listings. It’s rundown.
I lived in a single bedroom lower level for about a year last year and it was a nice complex. It was quite. Not alot of kids running around. Never had any insect issues. The pool was cleaned regularly. The place itself was a bit small but there was a huge closet. It was perfect for just me. The location was great as well. Walking distance to downtown where all the shops and restaurants are. The landlord Priscilla and her husband were super friendly too. I enjoyed my time living here. I would definitely recommend.
I reside in a condominium complex next to La Ventana and the property has gotten worse over the last few years. Inconsiderate neighbors, loud music, loud cars and car alarms, loud motorcycles and suspicious loiterers in front of the complex. The property management is also not helpful with resolving neighborhood complaints. Do not recommend moving here.
$1,000 for Roach filled apartments. I was for 3 years. At 950. Rent went up for a one bedroom apartments to $1,000. Roaches live free. They do have terminix services. It doesnt work.
If i was given a choice between being homeless and living in these apartments i would opt for the former. The interior is hideous and dark, its like living in a cave. There are roaches everywhere. The AC is as good as dead, produces more noise than it cools the house. The washers and dryers in the laundry room are broken down 99% of the time. Not a nice place to live if you value a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I mailed my notice to vacate to the manager Priscilla Estrada 60 days in advance via their official email but she refused to acknowledge it and still found a way to steal 178$ from it, just because she can. I knew some drug dealers who lived here but were kicked out at some point. This is not a place to call home. Get a tent a pitch it somewhere in a park as you look for a place to call home, this is not a place to live. I feel like a one star rate is being too generous, there should be ratings in the negatives.
They care more about the way you park, and the facts about your car than they do about their HORRIBLE laundromat. It’s ALWAYS broke and they NEVER let you know it’s broke. So you have to take a gamble with losing your money. As far as the manager, WHERE CAN I START. Her “husband” probably doesn’t get the job done by the way she was treating me when I first was trying to MOVE IN. Let me put it this way, if you are a BIT handsome and fit, she will provoke you with some awkward sexual hints. SHE WANTED ME TO WORKOUT IN HER BACKYARD WITH HER SON AND SAID,”And I know it gets hot so if you ever want to take your shirt off while you’re at it you can.” SHE’S WEIRD. And of course, I DIDN’T SPEND A SECOND OF TIME WITH HER SON. Ever since that point, when she noticed I wasn’t going for it, her whole mood changed with me. I heard the pettiness and attitude in her voice from then on since. Moral of the story, If you want a miserable old lady checkin you out, dropping hints, poor laundromat quality, FILTHY water in a pool that they BARELY clean, and weird neighbors, this is the place for you.

The worst apartment I have ever lived in. They take advantage of every situation to benefit themselves. Please take my advice and move somewhere better!
If I could give this place a -5 stars I would and stand by it in court. Theres dog poop everywhere and I do mean everywhere! I have complained about this over and over again but nothing is done. They say that they spray every three months and thats a big lie. Roaches are out of control there and the people living there are loud and nasty. Trash is never in the trash can, dog poop trackings up and down the stair and walk way. I moved as months before my lease was up, I paid rent even though I dont live there because the conditions are sickening. I hired professionals to clean the vacant apartment and they still didnt return my deposit. They calm that they to paint, clean and shampoo the carpet but that is a bald face lie.seeing the conditions of this place and making these problems known to management without any changes, I NEVER UNPACKED. I leased a year, stayed 9.5 months paid the remaining month on the lease, even after moving out. And what did this so call La Ventana/ Trump management company do? Rob me!. I was never late on my rent and even over laid them. The cleaned company I hired has give me a photo book of the work provide.and the apartment is in move in condition. STAY AWAY OR GET TAKEN. NOTHING IN BETWEEN. Their splitting your deposit and thats a FACT.
Crooks - roaches - unresponsive - my family was harassed so many times I cant count but the number was great enough such that for stocastic reasons I possess documents that meet the more likely than not criteria to establish a perponedance of evidence so agregious in nature it creates a pattern suggesting the disposition of the managing company (triumph management) as one of bad faith . In addition they are representing investors to whom they published a manifesto promising full transparency and creative ways to maximize profits, however no such mission statement or manifesto is published on behalf of the clients in tenure. I believed its a reasonable extrapolation of a conflict of interest where the renter gets the short end of the deal... And after reviewing various documents I am convinced I have discovered adminstration manipulation resulting in a probablisticality that the tenant will be manipulated in to automatic lease renewal despite specifically not choosing a renewal option offers months before demonstrative of the tenants intentions to not be bound byond the end of the lease.. this action undermines the non-opt by using trickery by virtue of the first choice on the list being defaulted to for padantic reasons obviously to profit from the tenant one last time regardless of the tenants intentions to honner the tenature of the lease as satisfied by virtue of the oral understanding where the tenant specifically made it known to management more than 60 days before the lease ends the disision to not choose any of the options offered including the default one. As every year there was a new change to the terms including as of the end of our last lease the new responsibilities for the tenant to in addition to rent increases must pay for water and trash ... Terms we never had agreed on and as such should change the terms so as to dissolve any provision for an automatic lease renewal a lease I might add that is a contract of adhesion that is completed in the managers office on a computer by clicking to sign and initial where we were told as she scrolls the page to the appropriate locations within this very overwhelming document under threat of loss of habitation an act of administration restriction where the tenants options result in a profitable opportunity for triumph where the tenant must aquese and most likely sign the contract under duress or will probably misconstrue as we did an implicit declaration by virtue of moving where both parties are clearly aware that the contract not be renewed as to do so demonstrates the prior intention to profit inauspicious in form by enforcement of policy that created a pitfall by design or not its still tantamount to a racket of convolution.There is so much more I would like to warrn potential renters to be aware of the reasons to avoid this property and management company however the scope of delineation is outlandishly expansive it would create doubt as this companys conduct is absolutely unbelievable. They literally go out of their way to alinenate the residents as to maintain an apathetic disconnect predisposed to miss-treat everyone who lives there equally unfairly as to again exploit policy in order to profit without concern for any reasonable expectation to grant excuse and/or provision a variance where no penalty can be justifiably be rationalized.I would encourage all tenants current and former to share their experiences with triumph management in palm springs or la ventana apartment at 300 calle el sugndo 92262 by writing a review of their own.-Joshua b
Great price
This place is a slum. the manager is never in his office. the cops are always here arresting someone. last week there was a stabbing here. feral cats roam the property. I recently was walking my dog when a feral cat jumped out of a bush attacking my me and my dog and i got blamed because i was walking my dog while rolling a roll away bed to my apartment. i pay rent to live here. the cats are strays. the manager does nothing to fix the cat problem or any other problem. there are alot of drugs here. the funiture by the pool is broken and dirty. the pictures shown on their website makes this place look nice. its not. its horrible. the manager is shady. he ask people to pay for their rent in cash. i purchased a gate for my sisters front door. he told me different prices so i paid for my sister to have the best one. it cost me $120 when they installed the screen door it was broken. A couple of months later my sister died. Ken the manager and Arturo the handyman told me they would put the screen on my door because i had just purchased it. they never did. i asked for a receipt. I never received one.. this property is not kept up. their stairs are loose. i myself fell down them because theyre wobbley. when i reported it Ken asked if i had proof. I said yes. the neighbor. 6 months later the stairs are still broken. i know 2 other people who fell down their stairs aswell because theyre broken nothing is every fixed here. this property is infested with roaches aswell. If you try to call Corporate because Ken doesnt make proper repairs. they do not return your call. Ken shows up at your door and ask you to stop calling corporate. I hope this information helps. I moved here to be with my sister who was ill. if you need to find a permanent living situation this is not it. I give this place a negative rating.
Too many roaches every where day and night .. wake up crawling all ovet your counter top sometimes if you don’t catch or see it, it’s crawl in your refrigerator if when you the door. It happened to many times
