The staff in the office is very nice and welcoming. Leasing process is easy. Maribel is very nice and explains everything to you.

Roaches everywhere constantly even though you buy things to keep the roaches out but it still comes through somewhere. Lack of workers, no one could ever come fix what’s broke till 2 weeks later. Front desk people don’t care about nothing. Ac vent smells horrible. Rooms are small. Patio is literally where the bedroom is smh don’t make no sense. Apartment builds up mold every fast. No parking EVER. Paying for trash that don’t EVER get picked up. Just all around horrible place to live.

Very fast turn around on issues. The place is quiet. Pool is usually nice and clean. Our neighbors are great.

Omg.. this was my first apartment and I did not know any better lol. The place was surrounded with roaches and mind you BEDBUGGGS OMG. I replace my bed 2 times and when I moved out I had to throw away my clothes and start new because I was scared to move with bedbugs in my new apartment. It doesn’t matter how clean you are ., the ROACHES WILL KEEP COMING. I should of know the first day I moved in.

Its been 5 days since I put in a maintenance request bc my light bulbs went out in my kitchen & no one has come to replace them. I had to go buy my own so I could see in my kitchen.

The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. I live on the east side and its very comfortable.

Coronado Springs is a great place to live. Office staff is great they are very professional and kind. Sharon the Property Manager, Maribel her assistant, Eva, Sary and all the Maintenance staff are fantastic they go above and beyond to help you. The Property looks great I am very happy to live here.

The management team are really nice and made me moving in super easy, its a nice first apartment and the area has a lot of families so no crazy nights or loud noises for the most part. So far so good and relatively clean .

Coronado springs is a nice place to live, Maribel the assistant property manager who assisted me is wonderful, great attitude, knowledgeable very helpful and understanding. The community itself is lovely for the most part quiet, parking can be a hassle but it is something the leasing office is aware of and working on a solution for which is why I gave it a 4 stars instead of 5. All in all all the girls in the office are awesome they greet you with a smile on their face and make you feel welcome. If you have any issues and let the office know they quickly work to resolve it which I very much appreciate. I do recommend living here it’s pretty awesome.

The maintenance guy also took his shoes off when he was leaving cause he notice I had just moped so that he would not track up the floor.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Repaired my A/C problem and replaced a broken appliance one day after notifying management

When I first moved in everything was going well. During the last few months of my lease, multiple maintenance services were left unfulfilled until the day I moved out. My biggest concerns were residents leaving trash out all the time and the washing machines in the laundry rooms are horrible.

I recently visited the Coronado Springs property and was lucky to meet Alfredo Sobalvarro! He made the whole experience completely wonderful, from going over the policies, requirements, information on the apartments and credit, to viewing the units was a welcoming and professional experience. They are good people! It was a complete pleasure. Tenants coming in and out and walking around the area were friendly as well. The unit I was showed was clean, well kept, and had great lighting. 10/10

My only real complaint is there arent many measures taken to accommodate people with disabilities the front door steps are extremely high and very dangerous there are no ramps outside the buildings for wheelchair access. Theres always trash in the breezeway or the stairwells, people dont clean up behind their dogs and they block you in by parking behind your vehicle. The management and staff are great but some of the tenants could do alot better.

This place is a joke !!!! I have tried multiple listed numbers and I have emailed them all to setup a viewing of the property. I finally just drove over to the office. It says the hours are till 530pm and it lists a new number to call. I knocked on the door looked inside not a soul to be found. I guess they are doing so well they just turn away potential business. I hope the corporate office or owner knows what kind of place they got here.

They camouflaged the problem like a mask and left a lot of work to do...I hope the building manager put a committee in place to prevent certain types of problems, which are disturbing and also to avoid those who frequent this building suffer the same fate as me.

Moved in in August of 2019 and found out the kitchen cabinets did not have shelfs. They moved us into an unfinished apartment and told us that it will be fixed soon. It is now 2020 and they still havent fixed it. I told the old and new management in person and via work order and still nothing has been done. On top of that our shower never has hot water. Brought that up to management and again nothing was done. Do not waste your money here.

Fast and easy application process. I cant wait to move in in February. Also Daisy was amazing at giving me a tour of the property. She definitely made Avesta Coronado Springs feel like home.Update: 2/12/18 I finally moved in and what a great experience the move in was. Daisy took care of everything throughout the whole process. She treated me with respect, kindness, and displayed professionalism.

The work the new management has done on the outside is amazing. It’s clean, trees freshly cut. But be warned, this place is infested with roaches and mold. They offer pest control, but the walls are infested. The valet trash is a great service, but roaches infest the trash can while outside. I have to spray my can everyday when I bring it in. I’m sure that’s why everyone leaves their trash can outside, leaving the can to fly all over the hallway. The mold is ridiculous, you can literally smell it. Very unsafe.

Avesta Coronado Springs from my experience has been absolutely amazing. The property is very clean, the service is great. They are very good at getting someone over in a timely manner when something needs fixing. The staff is extremely nice and they are very attentive with their tenants. Also, they recently re-did their leasing office. Overall, my husband and I are very happy with Avesta, their staff, and the area. I would definitely would recommend you come in a take a look

So many shooting here it’s so bad. They never clean the vents. It’s caused my daughter to have asthma Attacks anytime she is inside the house. She has to step outside just to cool down but even then there are ppl smoking grilling, making it even worse.

I have lived here for almost a year. Although the staff is kind and helpful especially Daisy, the apartments are atrocious and I have spoken to multiple neighbors who have the same complaints. The building has a roach infestation, they literally come from the holes in the ceilings, from underneath the floor boards, behind the toilet. I have pulled the refrigerator and stove out too many times to count since I have lived here to clean the roach nests that keep accumulating behind them. I have requested the office send pest control several times and it takes about a week for them to fulfill my request but all they do is place a roach trap which is not sufficient. I have paid for another pest control company to come and they told me theres nothing I can do to keep them out because the roaches are inside the walls. They need to fumigate the building. Dogs poop in the grass right next to the childrens playground, the laundry room always smells like piss and most of the washers/dryers are always broken. I am literally counting the days until my lease is up. Do yourself and your family a favor, dont live here. It is unsanitary and disgusting.

If I could give a zero star I would... Over priced, apartments, swarmed and infested with roaches. My friend lives here and the office wont do anything about the roaches. They are clean people and keep there place near n tidy always smells great. So its crazy how they can have so many... Not the first people I knew to live here either with this problem. Absolutely disgusting, both management and the apartments.Roach infestation, bed bug infestation, smells of death coming from the sewer pipes, a literal dead person was found in the roof, kitchen sink plumbing is connected to bath tub plumbing so if food gets down the drain it spits up in the bath tub, all flaws in the apartment are painted over, the workers don’t even change the air filter unless you hassle them to. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SIGN, THIS IS IT! DO NOT MOVE HERE!. I’m counting the days until my lease is up and I can get the hell out of this place. Just pay the extra $100 at a nicer place, you won’t regret it.

Well, my family and I are considering moving to Seattle from Indiana. We understand the huge differences with the cost of living. Were looking to rent a home or apartment. We checked these out and it appeared to be considered but after reading the reviews... NO WAY! I see multiple comments on pest infestations and an uncontrolled environment. Also, I see the management team answering tge reviews with what seems like a scripted statement saying we take these reviews serious but it seems like the problem still exists! Having said that, Im totally discouraged by these reviews.

Everything that you see in the other reviews are true. This places has roaches. But it honestly wouldnt be as bad if it didnt. But the roaches are absolutely horrifying. They have been found in the most disturbing places, Ive had two in my bed, a couple in my fridge, in my microwave, drawers, toilet seats, shower AND these disgusting little demons found their way into my CAR. You should never have to share these intimate places that should be clean w/ filthy bugs. If youre driving on the road & one decides to crawl on you, you could crash.. I know they know this community is infested because people complain all the time & yet they still havent fixed it. There hasnt been a single day since I moved in where i did not catch at least one roach. The one one is INCREDIBLY small & filled w/ roaches but they decided it would be a great idea to raise the rent to an all time high. This place is only wort 600 a month & what do hey raise it to?? 961. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING AT AVESTA seek options else where, youve been warned.

This place is aweful rat infested and roaches cover the building. Im scared for my safety they failed to notify us to stay in doors after TWO SHOOTINGS !!! There was a shooting on July 9, 2019 around 5:30 pm at the POOL, kids were present but only one male adult got shot. A woman by the name of DEnd got shot outside of her apartment and management still continues to hide and not respond to emails or voicemails. Im going to break my lease and get a lawyer involved.

Lived here for 2terms almost 3 years and never had a problem with them,very helpful when you need something,they have Amazon mailboxes and always try to go above and beyond to help especially zach the assistant manager and the manager

I moved into this apartment becuz I needed a place fast and this was a huge mistake. This place is a joke and the property manager acts like he can out smart anyone. When I moved in I immediately reported the strong order of cigarettes smoke I was told they would bring an ozone machine however they never did. I went back the following week and reported it again at this point my clothes and everything I owned reeked of cigarettes. I once again was told they would bring the ozone machine, again never happened. I then started having trouble breathing and began to sneezing and started coughing I couldn’t figure out what it was until I went had a doctors appointment and was told that my nasal passage and throat were inflamed and prescribed and inhaler. I then found mold in the storage closet behind the a/c unit and in the clothes closet on the ceiling, I reported it thinking they would test it to see what kind of mold it was only to find out that they only came and painted over it. After that I started noticing cockroaches. I had a friend over one night that ended up crashing on my couch only to be told the next morning that they were woken up by the sound of a big cockroach hitting the ground. I was so embarrassed becuz I take pride in keeping my place clean. Not only that the smoke detectors do not work.This place is horrible..they are taking advantage of the fact that the majority of the families that stay there have no other choice..the laundry rooms are disgusting, majority of the washers and dryers don’t work, that’s wen the residents aren’t in there smoking. Garbage is always overflowing and no one picks up after their dogs so walking on the grass is like walking through a land mine. Save yourself the stress and headache..I broke my lease bcuz I couldn’t stay there anymore my sneezing and coughing got so bad that I had to wear a face mask if I was gonna be in the apartment for a while.

Ive lived here a while and while generally the staff has been pretty ok and the community gets about a C its not as bad as it used to be....The apartments themselves are atrocious and the staffs handling of repairs leaves much to be desired.The apartment was tore up when we moved in and now has black mold and beg bug infestation that despite our complaints since moving in about we were told we might have to pay for the treatment because weve lived here almost a year. Its completely contradictory to the lease just trust me dont move in here.

Do not live in this apartment complex worst apartment ever! They broke in in both of my cars, I called the place, they did not care. The place is filthy ! Theres roaches everywhere in side the apartment, doesnt matter how clean you keep the place. And the place is full of bedbugs! Rats ! Etc They do not provide pest control, all they care about is your money! The people that owns the apartment complex are so greedy! I love the place way better when it was (vista pointe). Its been almost a year since I moved out and I still get the heebie geebies when I think back to my time here. DO NOT RENT HERE!The apartments are way over priced (5 star living - ha!), the staff was never on the same page (one would literally tell you one thing or not to worry about [insert whatever here] and another would give you a hard time or try to charge you for something you were told not to worry about - absolutely ridiculous), and from day 1 the place was crawling with roaches and they do not take care of it no matter how much you beg! We had electrical and AC issues from the start - our fuse box was on the verge of causing an electrical fire to the whole building and it took several visits from maintenance to acknowledge and fix! We were in a pickle and had no choice but to stay for the full duration of our lease. Oh! And buyer beware - the price they quote you is for the longest lease. We made it very clear that we wanted a short lease and were still quoted wrong and basically got told we can take the place (at the higher rent) or go elsewhere. Like I said, we were in a pickle and had no choice.Whats life like on the daily? People do not pick up after their pets so watch where you step, creepy men cat call you from the balconies, kids smoke drugs in the stairwells, dogs roam around without leashes, cops are consistently being called, trash and unwanted furniture just gets thrown anywhere and everywhere by the dumpsters... I could go on and on for hours and not be able to find one single good thing about these apartments.When we moved, we put bombs in our moving truck - TWICE! I was absolutely disgusted with how many were in our stuff and we are not dirty people. When we made it to our final destination, 12 hours and two sets of bug bombs later, there were STILL lethargic bugs that we found. It was downright EMBARRASSING!Safe yourself the stress and headache and rent somewhere else! Youve been warned!

Since when do you not get your administrative fee back?. The application fee I understand. So there are apartment complexes in the habit of taking money and not giving it back? If youre approved and dont take the apartment they keep your fees. If youre denied they keep your fees. Im confused.

The rent prices are fairly cheap for the area, however you should expect cheap service.The operations team in the office are not only unhelpful but extremely careless. They dont tend to thier tenants needs in a timely manner, and impose unnecessary fees for services they force you to use e.g. trash butler.There has been several times where Ive had to go to the office and ask over and over again for maintenance in my unit only after calling and emailing with no avail.The operations team behind this complex is wildly useless, so expect to do everything on yourself.

Honestly I cant even give half of a star. This please is really something. Bad management skills and full of stupid people. I renew my lease with them but before I did that I ask them if they could do my bathroom for me because the paint they put in the bathroom is pealing off and I fail 2 times because of that. Everyday they keep promising me that they are coming to fix it and when I get home the bathroom is still the same. Place full of roaches and not very secure. Run, Run, look somewhere else but not Avesta. DEAD BODY WAS FOUND THERE,ON TOP OF THE ROOF. So Run.

The absolute worst part about living here are the roaches & general trash / debris that seem to be everywhere throughout the grounds. In regards to the former, I spend around $40-50 per month on roach traps & clean my apartment daily with a deep clean about once a week, yet there are still handfuls of various types of roaches that scurry everywhere upon moving the furniture or tidying up cupboards. Its quite disgusting. The more obsessively I clean the fewer there are, however, after my lease is up in a few months Im going to be happily moving out.

Well, where to begin...infestation of roaches with trails of fecal matter, rats coming from sewer lines/pipes and crawling into attic, habitual use of illegal substances with an elementary school just right down the street, disrespectful neighbors getting into shouting matches, suspicious characters wandering the complex, debris scattered along the parking lot and near the dumpsters, breaking and entering of vehicles, management letting themselves in without tenant approval even if youre home, lack of security, elevator works whenever it wants to, misuse of laundromat leading to constant repairs, something inside of the apartment that caused an eye infection, strangers knocking on my door in the wee hours of the morning, dead body found on roof, $15 monthly fee for trash service not included in rent, $160 water fee which must be established and paid for through the city, unjustly $225 application fee, $25/month increase if you renew, forced liability insurance at $10/month, the list goes on and on. Management needs to start screening tenants a lot better. Dont be misled by the positive reviews. Theyre more than likely paid shills by the owner and the leasing office. And, as the old saying goes, if they highly recommend this place themselves, then how come nobody employed by Avesta lives within the complex? Not even the staff for emergency repairs is located on-site. Trust me, it wasnt worth 15 months of my health slowly deteriorating due to the filthy living conditions of other residents.

Bad GM/Manager if they dont like you for any reason expect yourself to be dis-respected every chance they get. Completely unprofessional. Raise rent every yr. The people who rate this complex highly must have lived in some awful hoarding dens in the past, because to date this is the worst and most unjustifiably overpriced complex that I have ever lived in. After my lease ends in 2 months I will be immediately leaving. The complex is: dated - no modern amenities (the ones that you would assume would be standard considering the prices of these units), dirty, INFESTED with roaches (and when I say infested, I am not being melodramatic, I mean they are quite seriously everywhere), frequently victim to car break-ins, overrun with screaming kids and negligent parents who leave their trash everywhere, understaffed with its maintenance crew (so requests go unanswered for weeks), and populated by many people who basically live up to the word ghetto. Its laughable that the prices continue to rise in this place when nothing significant is being done to clean it up. Stay away. There are slightly better apartments / complexes in the area within the same price range.

The guy said they were ordering parts for the a.c but no one ever came to fix my a.c. Its still leaking 2 months later. The trash outside is disgusting. They take a long time to remove trash thats piled up next to the trash area. No matter how clean you apartment is theres roaches everywhere. No need to complain to them, theyll just tell you that you brought it in. 🙄

I CANNOT COOK FOOD INSIDE MY APARTMENT BECAUSE ROACHES GET INTO MY FOOD EVEN IF IT IS SEALED INSIDE MY FRIDGE THEY STILL FIND A WAY TO CONTAMINATE ALL OF MY FOOD AND THOSE ROACHES HAVE ALSO RUINED ALL OF MY VALUABLE ELECTRONICS BY CREATING THEM INTO THEIR NESTING SHELTER. THEY HAVE COMPLETELY RUINED BOTH MY FLAT SCREEN TVS, PRINTER, PLASTATION 3 AND MY LAPTOP. THE ROACHES HAVE CAUSED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN ELECTRONIC DAMAGE. THESE ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE LIVING CONDITIONS I HATE IT HERE!

I can bet that all the good reviews here arent from my building because building B is POORLY MAINTANED. Nobody cares about my side, its filthy and disgusting, almost always stinks. washers and dryers almost never work. Nobody parks legally. some guy came into the office mad because his car had a sticker on it which is funny cause on my side there were tonsssssss of cars parked illegally. i have mold in my air vents, took them a week to even do anything, which its still not finished, have a 3month old and 2 yr old in my apartment which has MOLD ALL OVER MY CEILING that still has not been handled, everytime i call theres never an answer. when i went to the office a week after i told them about the mold they hadnt even made the appointment yet for my ducts to be cleaned and the lady (not ms.daisy) clearly said she saw my email and didnt even bother to reply or get it handled. Also i turned my AC off when i left ND THE WORKER turned my ac on while he was there and never turned it back off so when i got home at 5pm my ac was still running, i dont care if you want it on while you work but have the decency to turn it off when your leaving. ive only been here 6 months and regret it!!!!! i normally dont do things like this but i guess this is the onlyway to get their attention and to ACTUALLY TAKE ME SERIOUS

When we first moved in our fridge which we was told was new was infested in roaches and they dont pay for pest control😒 I later found out that when they paint they leave the doors wide open for days and the applicances outside. This place has been nothing but problems. Our A/C broke about 3 times. The last time leaving us 2 weeks without A/C in the summer and when the repair people come then dont give you a 24 hour notice they just come in. Twice I was sleeping and they just barged in while I didnt have clothes on. They dont have washer and dryer inside instead they have a machine YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR to wash your clothes that doesnt always wash them properly and sometimes takes 2 hours for a load. The people here are sketchy we have had people try to break into our car a couple of times. They overcharge you for a small area. We started paying 856 and then next year we paid 912 and now they want to bump it up to 1260! This place doesnt even come with a DISHWASHER. The elevator is scary and I have gotten stuck there. Last I checked the permit expired on that😂. The trash chutes they boarded up because they got too full on trash so now everyone has to walk down to the trash and they usually just throw it near the trash can. People never pick up their dog poop but we are supposely fined for it. The once cute doggie park is never maintained and is usually flithy and the doors to the park have beeb broken many times. Our windows and most windows the complex dont have window screens and our window in broken along with there being holes in the ceiling. We have had a water leak in our shower ceiling and they took 3 days to fix it so of course 3 days with no shower. Overall this place is not a place I would consider a temporary option or even a home. You dont get what you paid for!!.

This is the worst place to live, if u are a hard worker people dont rent there, service... what can i said, they dont deserve 1 start, maintanance very poor, pets control (what is that)? if u love cockroachs thats the place to live.NeighbourS U CAN find every type, most of them dont respect the time to go a bed... its almost every day.If u have to talk to them over the phone LOL guess what?! they dont pick up... i have to live work in to many oportunities to go to the office because they love so much to spend time in their cellphones.another thing to look at is that you can only loud your laundry card during busnisses (office) hours, same as mine hours of work, how im supouse to loud it?please take all of this in consideration, i live there almost 3 years, i saw differents managment and nothing change.too many lies... i had to said please... dont go there... good reviews are from their frinds, if u have questions ask the neighbours and see from yourself.

This place is full of roaches they came in your apartment without any notice this place is dirty I can’t wait to move I hate this place so much.

It is miserable living here. I cant wait to leave. It is INFESTED with ROACHES. It doesnt matter what I do, they are EVERYWHERE, and management does nothing except continue to raise the rent. This place doesnt even deserve one star. DO NOT MOVE HERE. IT IS A SLUM.

Its not human apartment,its a roaches apartment .nasty dirty apartment.who is liveed here one time.they will never come back.

Awful place. Takes them several complaints to get anything done. When it is done, it is never complete or done properly. Maintenance rushes through repaira IF they get them done.Now my mothers ac isnt working properly and no one will return her call or give her an idea of when to expect a repair.

Maintance doesnt care. Avesta the company doesnt care. They never answer their phone. God forbid your AC breaks when its 92 degrees outside because it will not get fixed. Literally all maintenance does is pick up papers theyre on the grass and stuff like that because the people you live with are dirty as hell thats it.

This place doesnt even deserve a star. Theres a lot of roches... They do nothing about it.... There is mold.... They do nothing about that either.... They are good for nothing just taking your money and thats about it.... I dont recommend people to move here at all!!!! Im glad im moving out!!!!!

I do not recommmend this propertyThis apt complex would not be so bad if they didnt have the following problems.The front window has an open area that the blinds do not cover. Therefore, anyone passing by will always look inside your apartment. Putting up curtins will not work because the wall is concrete.Next, the kitchen counter is plastic and it will break. When it breaks, you will be responsible for repairing it.Next, car break ins. This could be a number of factors but it happend to me.Next, trash everywhere. Although the community trys their best to keep it clean, i just want you the reader to be aware.Next, this is the WORST PART ....PLEASE READ....Their are lots and lots of roaches from this apartment community. The complex has a company that comes out and spray on the on Wednesdays. However, you must request this service once a week. If you remember every week..bless you. When the company sprays the chemical that does not work, for some reason you see more and more roaches every week.The ROACHES are rude. They will climb your bed, the kitchen table, and crawl around while youre guests are there. They will also find ways to get in your refrigerator and find ways to get in your microwave. It doesnt matter how clean you keep your place or clutter-free you keep it, the ROACHES are in everything you can imagine.Aside from that, the one bed rooms are spacious.Also I just realized the managers and employees that I know of do not live in the apartment community. Therefore, if they dont live there ...why should you?Real review.

Roach insfected, washers and dryers robbed you and they dont do anything about it, the people in the office will never answer the phone and they closed earlier and take days off closing the office without or very little notice sometimes the send you an email the same day saying were going to be closed today with no excuse overall the worst place I have ever lived in, DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU THE PLACE SUCKS!!!!

It is not a recommended place. Management does not care about customers. There are cockroaches and bed bug all over the appartment.

Do not move into this neighborhood. They DO NOT keep it clean.. at all!! The rent is over priced and the staff is lazy. I currently live here and i cannot wait until my lease is up in two months to move

I fear for myself, no one ever cares no security, theres always shootings, not safe for kids, dont rent here you will regret it, elevators dont work I got stuck in there ..

Im very happy living here, and the upgrades are really nice, the staff is very nice. Cant complain.

Booked a tour but the place was closed when i got there but i looked around for myself and the place is dirty and smells awful would not recommend as a place to live
