Nice apartments! Right next to the S Camino Real Foot Bridge which is within the famous Gay Recreation Area of Central Palm Springs. From some of these apartments, you can watch the hunt and mating habits of the local wildlife.

Clark is our manager and gives you mutual respect. Text him, during a heat wave, before 7am that my air was out. He text back within seconds! The guys were here within the hour to fix it. Excellent work Clark! Awesome manager. NOT a Mr. Furly. Lol. Never bothers you. Best manager ever.

Almost bought this place sum twenty-five years ago

Living at the apartments, we found the property manager Clark to be very easy to deal with and maticulously paid attention to every detail. The unit was clean and newly renovated, AC and all appliances opperated very well. Clarks response time to anything relating to the property was immediate. Highly recommend these appointments if you are living in Palm Springs!

One of the cheapest places to rent in the valley. During my time here, we had the water turned off for 4+ days for a broken water line repair for the pool in the middle of summer. No water to bathe, drink, etc., for multiple consecutive days. No water was provided by management and every day a new note would be posted saying the water would be back on that evening, only to come home to a new note saying never mind. Management got snippy when asked by multiple residents what hotel they would be paying for since conditions were uninhabitable per law. Clark is slow to reply to requests, and you often have to ask multiple times over multiple days to even get an acknowledgement that you reached out to him. Move out was disaster. Gave 30 days notice per the lease of intent to vacate. 11 days after vacating the premises, was sent the security deposit refund form and told the check comes from the bank and takes 5-7 days. Reached out again when this time and more had passed with no check. Clark said he would check with the owner. No word back and no response to texts (get everything in writing guys.) Called him and he finally said the owner hadnt responded but would let me know that day what day the bank had issued the check. Three days later, still no response as promised, ignoring all other texts sent to him, I finally threatened small claims court since CA law says deposits must be refunded by 21 days and it was now 26. The check was then overnighted to me and arrived 29 days after vacating.
