The place was clean. The owner did my nails. He was a very nice, friendly guy. Tried to make the typical small talk. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and I got it. He took me the second I walked in and did a great job. Offered soda or water which is nice. Great selection of colors for all nail polish types. Definitely going back

I love this little place because it is clean, cute, and so peaceful. This is my second time in and the first time they did flowers on my ring finger this time I got a rhinestone. I love the selection of colors, they are so friendly and pleasant, and also they never rush through the services. They do a beautiful job. I will be a regular at this location.

My first time here and the owner Justin fixed the botched nails I got done at another salon! He really is detail oriented in his work and cares about his customers even the work he puts into the service he did like today. I normally never get my nails done so he made my experience 1000 times better! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Finally I found my place! Been living in tarpon springs for over a year now. I’ve been struggling to find a nail salon that’s friendly, does great work, and that is professional. This place is awesome, family owned. They make you feel comfortable, and treat you with importance and not just like another number. Andy was great! He is a perfectionist at his craft. This place is absolutely amazing!! Justin is an absolute perfectionist. I have not gotten my nails done in a very long time because other salons I went to I always had issues with. I decided to try Best Nails and I am so glad I did. I can go a month without a fill and they still look gorgeous. I get so many compliments on my nails. Pedicures are also amazing as well. Wow! So, I have been getting my nails done consistently for years. Ive changed salons from time to time as service decreased.I remember years ago, when I went to get my nails done, they manicured your cuticles, massaged your hands. It seems that type of care has slowly faded away at most nail salons.But not here!I was in shock for a minute when the technician started cleaning up my cuticles. Even more of a surprise when she pulled out lotion and treated my hands and arms to a wonderful mini massage.So relaxing.Its clean, my nails came out great, and they go the extra mile! New spot!

Very happy with this location and staff. The nails are always good quality work and last a long time. I use to go to other nail salons in palm harbor but they would always break within a week. The staff is always welcoming and professional. The staff work very hard to do a good job and take their time. I’ve never experienced a bad environment from here and always love watching the food show they have playing from YouTube. Anytime I need relaxation I come here. The owner is very kind and personal and his staff follows and values their clients. This is the only store I go to now and have been going to since I moved here a year ago.

Go See Justin! He is literally, the best! I had just arrived from Texas to visit a friend for a week, and broke a nail the first day. After finding a place, the lady didn’t even use an electric file and totally ruined my nails! I had decided to go bare for the remainder of my trip, but after 18 hours I couldn’t!! And then I found Best Nails!!!! I made it just before closing and Justin was so friendly!! The service was amazing, and he used an electric drill, and my nails are seriously the best!!!!! I’ve been going to Best Nails for couple years now. The place have recently changed ownership few times and I was a little discouraged in the beginning as the ownership changed a few times! I am writing this review to let everybody know that Justin- the new owner, is a gem! He does my acrylic nails- french, and they look amazing. He listens and does exactly what you request from him! The nails look very natural and beautiful! And they hold of sooo good! I have had my nails on for 6 weeks and not one of them fell off or even lifted off! Justin works with his family and they are all great! Very clean place, nice atmosphere, friendly and just pleasant to be in! I would definitely recommend them over and over again!

Stumbled upon this place while vacationing in the area & my daughter broke her acrylic thumb nail & needed it fixed. Very accommodating & welcoming even though it was almost their closing time. The owner redid all the glue for the nails as they were all lifting and reshaped them as previous salon left them crooked! Very happy with their service & highly recommend

Very bad experience, I paid $40 to have my nails done and I will have to spend more to fix what was done, politely asked to remove the cuticles and said that I did not mind paying extra for it, I was simply ignored like I was not in there, and the lady try to explain why he Did not removed, and once again I said politely that I understand what she said but I really want to have everything remove once gain I was ignored, most nails are pointed to a side and my real nails are pointed straight l, Im very disappointed with me for making such a bad choice.

Mai is the best nail tech around! She is super sweet and very good at her job. She is meticulous with the dip application and makes sure to get it all the way to the edges of the nails unlike most other salons. She also does an exceptional job in shaping the nail on top and on the edge which makes it feel like a real nail. My nails last every bit of 2 weeks and even when I stretch it out until 3 weeks they still arent nicked or broken. Mai is seriously the best and Ive gone to a lot of places before I found this gem

My husband bought me a Groupon to get my nails done and upon arrival and talking to the employee she was the only one there. she disputed what the groupon was and said I would have to pay more to get what iwas already in discription of the the groupon 20 mins pass trying to resolve it she demanded 10$ more for what was already in the discription of the groupon. At that point all I wanted a refund and not to get my nails done or business with them. because they did not honor what was already paid for. Tone employee I would like a refund for my Groupon which she already redeemed 15 minutes prior without telling me and if I wanted a refund or money back I would have to contact Groupon itself and theres nothing she can do to help me.

Mai does excellent nails but her and her husband attitude is unacceptable, other employees change constantly and they always in a learning process:/ They yell at clients, make fun of them and complain if you ask to do something, not even mentioned that don’t even offer water to drink. I was happy with my nails so I forced myself to go there several times but it has never been a relaxing time. In meantime I recommend this place to few of my friends and all after one appointment said they will never go there again. I was very embarrassed sending them there. What a shame. It could be a great place if they learn how to respect clients

The BEST NAILS, is joke, worst nails should be a more appropriate name. The most brutal manicure and pedicure that I have ever experienced. I actually kept on telling the technician he was hurting me and he had no regard to my comments. (There was blood at one point) Instead of an enjoyable moment, it was horrible. My nails look unprofessional, they look like my 4 year old did them. I would never go back or ever recommend anyone to them.

I feel like I cant trust reviews on here I came here strictly because of the reviews and the rating that they have received from their other patrons. I got my first ever pedicure with gel polish French tip look. And since I have nothing else to judge that by I assume they did a good job at least I was pleased with it. Im very unhappy with the nail job I got I specifically asked for natural looking nails clear acrylic I guess they dont have clear acrylic all they have is pink or white I wanted my nails to look like natural nails with no paint or as close as possible I got pink nails. I kept asking the guy to cut them a little shorter after two or three tries I stopped asking they were not shaped quite as nicely as I had seen in their pictures of other peoples nails being done. I really hate to say it but I love all the times Ive had my nails done this was the worst job Ive ever had and its sad because I really like this place. Highly likely I will not return. First thing I did when I got in my car was cut my nails down they were way too long and as soon as I get home Im going to take them off myself. And then I highly doubt Ill go have my nails done again because I dont trust that anywhere is going to do the job I am used to. Im so disappointed.
