Had a less than stellar experience. Went in for a gel manicure with a friend. The nail tech I had didnt use cuticle oil or push the cuticles back. Just went to town clipping away. My friends nail tech was more careful and did a better job, with cuticle oil and a cuticle stick. The nail polish application was good; no bubbles and even coverage. We got gel polish + gel top coat, which according to the website should have been $15 + $5 = $20 total. We were upcharged $8, for a total of $28. Reason unclear and the receipt didnt say anything. The hand massage was a joke - 5 seconds per hand. Wouldnt go back.

The pricing on their website & what they tell you on the phone is different and less then what they actually charge you. It looks dirty inside and the nail tech didn’t do a good job at all. I watched them have 3 different people sit in the same chair without wiping down the chair, counter or anything or even washing their hands in between customers. Wouldn’t recommend.

Prices posted on website were less than what was charged. Pedicure was poorly done.

My nails are clumpy, uneven, and not squared like they’re supposed to be. I said a little shorter than a full medium length and I barely have any tips on my nails now. Would not recommend, not coming back.

I absolutely love this salon. My sister has special needs and frequent seizures. These compassionate ladies always accommodate to make it possible for her to get her nails done. I have never been to a nail salon that supports people with special needs in the way they do.My polish lasts forever and they are the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. I will never go anywhere else again.If you want to support a local, kind, and high quality business...look no further! We love you Fola!

Great place. The ladies do a great job and take their time. The guy rushes through the pedicure. If you sit down with a friend and start at the same time who ever has the guy will be done 10-15 minutes earlier. Other than that, love the place.

First time ever going here was today and I was very satisfied! They really took their time with both the pedicure and nails. Will definitely be back! Very friendly also!

Horrible experience! The lady was harassing me to get more expensive treatments, I said no repeatedly. Then she asked what color I wanted and I gave her the one I chose, I got distracted on my phone when I saw she used another color, I felt bad about asking her to redo it so I decided to accept the wrong color. And this is the result (picture) on te next day.

I really love how they give me high quality service! They provided nice treatment for my nails and feet! Not only I was able to get additional services and get a nice full set of eyebrows! Very nice!

I just had a relaxing pedicure done by Sam. Shes so lovely and took her time on each step of my pedicure. I will definitely be coming back to see her.

I used to love coming here. Ive been coming since the previous owners since I was 16, Im now 23. Recently, the staff has changed and are far from efficient. I get the same pedicure package each and every time I go (Traditional $25, plus $5 for french), and receive different service each time. Never consistent. The same goes for their manicures. This will be my very last visit here. Best of luck that yall can get it together before another new owner steps in. Happy nails off alderman on the other hand, NEVER disappoints. So thats where I will be carrying my business on to! :)

Introduced to this place years ago. Always been treated and greeted warmly. I choose the lavader pedicure! Phenomenal experience. Competitive prices. Comforting and they spend the time to do a job well done.

This is my second time going to this salon. I am very disappointed. The lady I saw a couple days ago totally under cut my toe nails and was so rough when trying to take out the in grown toe nail. She left it bleeding, raw, and till today still extremely tender and hurting. I will not be going back here. The First Lady also didn’t cut the nails right. When I went to another salon after the first visit with fola nails, they told me whoever had cut my nails before, cut it wrong and way to short.

I believe there is only one male who works there he did awful I was so disappointed!! I asked to have them taken off. The owner came over to see his work an instantly decided to redo them. She did wonderful so yes I would return but not to his chair. Only 3 stars because of how rotten my experience in the shop started, but not ended thanks to the owner
