That is not true I waited for 25 minutes and no o ne told me they were waiting to put us together and why would you I was there I should have been taken care of and then if possibly my husband could get his nails clipped which takes 10 minutes or less. Instead you took a women for both a pedicure and a manicure. After 25 minutes your techs were no where near finished.With their customers. We would have been waiting at the very least another 10 minutes.

The salon was immaculate. Tools were sterilized. Lisa was awesome. She took her time. She provided me an array of colors to choose from. When I left, my feet looked incredible and I was sooooo relaxed. Next time I’m bringing my sister. Do yourself a favor and check this great local business out.

First time visitor. Wont be the last. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The employees carried on conversations with each of its customers instead of sitting in silence like most salons Ive ever been too. Michael offered soda and water before he did my pedicure and dip powder nails. This was my first dip ever. Time consuming but worth it. Im very pleased I choose to stop in this morning.This is by far the best nail experience Ive ever had.

Absolutely amazing they take their time are gentle and always make sure everything is how you wantthey are also very nice and funny.Before going here I had a horrible experience with another salon in South Carolina which is where I’m from and at that salon the lady was rude very rough and wouldn’t listen to what I was asking for, my nails ended up looking terrible very crooked and messy at Venus they did an amazing job on my nails. If I lived in Florida I would go there again and again. The next time I’m in Florida I will definitely be going back there.

Its not really the salon that impressed me so much but the artist the girl who did my nails as well as the girl who did my pedicure are both very good and do a very good job I just hope it continues to stay that way because I found so many nail artists that seemed to get sloppy after a while and dont really care about their work that much or maybe theyre having a bad day and they take it out on my nails YIKES which makes for a bad experience for me because then Im stuck with those nails for 3 weeks until I get them redone

When I moved to Palm Harbor I tried a few places and wasn’t overly impressed. When I found Venus, I instantly knew this was my new salon. They are always so accommodating and pleasant and have fun. Professional, clean and relaxing. It’s a positive place full of smiles. They do a great job on any service you wish. I recommend Venus to everybody, I won’t go anywhere else!

I was at Publix and needed a fill, I read the 5 Star reviews of this place and decided to give it a try. I was greeted warmly by a gentleman named Michael who asked how he could assist me. I told him I needed a fill and instead of me trying to select a color from the huge selection on the wall he told me to sit down and gave some swatches to peruse. Every employee that came to the front area, Acknowledged me, said Hello and asked how I was. It was wonderful and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I told Michael I just wanted a regular fill without gel (which I had). He didn’t push me For the gel which I couldn’t afford to get this this time, he was happy to do just the regular polish. While I waited for my color to dry, I noticed the salon was super clean. I saw that they used liners for pedicures, another plus 👍🏽 Michael did an excellent job on my nails! Because I type all day, I like my nails short. He gave me the perfect length and shape. They look so natural!! If I could give him 10 Stars ⭐️ I would !! This will DEFINITELY be my new go to place! Super nice people, very accommodating, very clean, great nail color selection!! Check this place out!!

I loved this place and travel 30 minutes to get here. They have great service. Inside is nicely decorated and very clean . I love the fact that they use the liners in in pedicure tubs. The staff are very friendly and professional. They do a great job on manicure and pedicures.

I’ve been waiting for them to reopen after the lock down. They are fantastic!! A few changes..1. YOU Need to schedule an appointment. 2. You are required to wear a mask. Super clean and they make sure you can still relax even thru the crazy that’s going on. Louis gave an amazing pedi and took his time getting me back to pre covid standards!! They all have a great personality too. So nice to be back in the real world.

Very pretty place BUT the color on my toes came off the very next day after I spent $60 on my nails and toes. The gel on my hands is not up to par as well as getting cut twice on my cuticles I will not be returning! I even brought a friend and her polish as well started coming off the very next day! Not happy at all!!

Quality of work.....zero. Lisa was rude, on top of that she dropped instrument on the floor, and then wants to use on me again!!! Cut my toenails so uneven, didnt care about esthetic at all.Never, ever again !!!

I love this nail salon! It’s clean and updated. We stop by with my mother and 2 daughters around 7ish and they were so polite and welcoming. Cristina was very nice to my mother and my youngest daughter. Cristina was funny and had an amazing attitude. My oldest daughter and I got to seat with Michael he was very nice and explained the new techniques he was using which we loved. I most decently will come back to this salon. You really need to stop by and expirence the great environment.

I’ve been to many nail salons in the Tarpon Springs/Palm Harbor area and I have found Venus Nail Salon in Palm Harbor to be the absolute BEST!! Christina, the owner, and her entire staff are just FABULOUS. Being from New York, I am very particular about my mani/pedi and how my nails are filed and polished. Venus Nails have surpassed my expectations. It is extremely clean, updated pedi chairs and a choice of beautiful colors. Unbelievable service, professionalism and just downright caring and genuine kindness from everyone. And it is such a beautiful place with classy and elegant surroundings and decorations. I highly recommend Venus Nails in Palm Harbor.

April 2021: Update - 2 years later and Venus are the ONLY folks Ill consider for nails in Pinellas. Just had my first dip manicure with them and it was flawless, I left super impressed. Also a regular pedicure, just as detailed work. Really really love this salon and the folks that work there. Im on the extreme end of covid-conservative and appreciate they are always wearing masks and have installed plexiglass shields. Excited to start going back to them more regularly! Cant say enough good things honestly.Original Review 2019: Just had my first visit here for a mani/pedi and both were AWESOME. Saw two different techs and they were both great. Price is right, place is super clean, everyone is very friendly, nails look great. Just moved to the area and Im sure this place will be my go-to! Also nice that its right next to Publix. Highly recommend.
