I have been here 3 times. Each time I feel pressure to upgrade my service. Came in for basic mani/pedi. I was asked 5 times if I wanted gel. Do not feel like businesses should have their workers keep asking when clients say no. Also, my mani always are rushed. I wont be coming back. When I come in to have this service its a treat for me. Shouldnt be feeling stressed. I do want to note that everyone is friendly and its a clean place just dont like the pressure.

Been more than a few times and while the pedicures are okay, the service has been less than par more than enough times that I will not be back. There is no point in making an appointment as each time I have gone, with an appointment, there is still an extended wait. Worse off, they seat and begin those without appointments before those with appointments and then say it will be another 25 minutes. Definitely not worth it when there are better salons with 10 minutes. Happened more than once to insure they lost this customer.

They are a scam! Started off fine when I wanted a gel manicure when I changed my mind when I realised I needed to get my nails done again in a week for a future event I decided to save money and switch to a basic manicure. (this was before they had started but had already seated me.) They had me switch to a very uncomfortable seat in another part of the shop and got very aggressive with getting me to get a gel manicure and then proceeded to charge me $17 when I refused and stopped after they trimmed my nails but before they painted them. They are rip off do not go here.

The worst, if I could give them a zero i would. I was left for 2 hours with aluminum on my fingers soaking because the lady didnt want to be bothered. Also dobt go during the day when they have no business they are much happier sitting outside picking there nose. 😄

I have gone to this salon since I was three! I love this place! They do nails very very well and waxing too! The prices are reasonable and they have nice colors. Go here for a good time!

All of the ladies give personal attention to their clients. One of these ladies, Christel, is amazing, & has been giving me pedicures & manicures since 2012. She knows what colors will look best & knows I like the sparkly colors. My hands & feet are in the best condition - as long as I remember to come in every 4-6 weeks. Even in winter, when I wear closed toe shoes, I need pedicures to keep my finger & toe nails healthy. Its best to make an appointment if you have a special lady, and dont want to wait or be disappointed, but they do accept walk ins. The place is clean, and many colors are offered for hands & feet.

I love this nail place, always have. Great pedicures and friendly staff. Theyre also taking extra precautions during this weird time to keep everyone safe.

I have been going to Happy Nails for over 9 years now and have never been disappointed. All the ladies are great but a few of my favorite are Crystal, Tami, and Tonya.

Very rushed skipped steps. Made me pay immediately bc she was leaving and tried to make me leave without drying because she wanted to go home I wish I got her name but I would never ever go again

They didnt do a bad job on my nails or toes but they told me twice my total was $80.00, seconds later then they ran my card it was for $90! I questioned why and they said a miscommunication on the price it should have been $90. They just told me it was $80! Told them to consider that the tip! Buyer beware watch what they charge you!!!!

The salon is very clean and organized. My friend and I had manicures and pedicures and we had Rosie and Connie and they were wonderful. Im from out of town and all my friends love this Salon, and now so do I.

Ive been going here for a few years and have never encountered a problem here. The staff is always pleasant and they all do a great job. Very detail oriented, the salon is very clean and well maintained. It also doesnt have that strong odor of nail polish remover (or whatever that smell is) like other salons do. The massage chairs are wonderful and relaxing as well. Definitely recommend going here.

I dont like to complain or get people in trouble, but Im writing this because I am just so sad at the state of my nails. I got them done last Saturday and I noticed the polish had wrinkles in it but it was black polish and not too noticeable so I figured Id just live with it. Throughout the week my nails have been chipping and I pay for gel polish so I dont have to worry about that. The girls there are super nice and the other girl did a beautiful job on my daughters nails. I didnt complain because it was closing time and I didnt want to make someone stay late.

I had an amazing experience here. They were kind enough to take me after they closed and were happy and did an amazing job. My toes look gorgeous... I havent been able to afford to go in almost a year and it makes such a huge difference. The lady i had was very nice and she stayed til 9 to do my nails

I received a pedicure from Happy Nails. Just like all the other places they have the wonderful chairs that massage. The staff was nice but they spent the entire time talking in a different language to each other. My girlfriend and I were thinking that they must be saying things about us the way they would look at us and giggle. It also seemed a little more expensive than other salons. The pedicure was nice but she didnt do a good job with the nail polish. I would not recommend this place and I probably will not return.

I arrived early to get my nails done at 8:50pm.The business opens at 9:00am and nobody showed up until 9:15am. They had two people waiting and only one worker at the establishment. By 10:00am, 4 workers were on location but claimed to only do pedicures! This is crazy! I took a chance coming early and it back fired on me. The owner came in at 10:01am and accommodated me right away. Its unfortunate that his workers came in late but he made sure to rectify the situation right away! Im sure the workers will be more responsible and be held accountable for their actions. Or in this case, their non-actions.

Today was my first time here. I had Ben and Lisa...Ben did my full set FLAWLESSLY! I told him the shape, which seems to be a hit or miss elsewhere & he did it with a one stroke acrylic application (which none of my nail techs before have done) & filed/shaped to MY standard. Very gentle, very patient & attentive. I like my toes a certain length and shape and Lisa was very understanding & did just what i asked. I will be coming here as a regular!!

Beware. I asked for a new set of nails. She said I should get a pedicure while my old nail product soaked off. In the end she only removed my old nails and applied polish. I stated at the beginning I wanted a new set. For my pedicure she only polished my nails and rubbed my feet. Did not buff them . I was charged 70 dollars. She had the nerve to ask for her tip in Cash. When I said I was putting the tip on my card she said your new here. Next time too cash. Im I am new to Florida, I only hope all nail salons are not as this one. Shame on them for taking advantage of me. Very unprofessional.

I thought they were really nice here. Friend and I both came from out of town looking for a pedicure.Friendly, fast, got the $30 pedicure. Connie gave an amazing leg and foot massage. Polish was on point, and she was nice and fun, offered me wine...She and her coworkers friends were speaking their native tongue, but I also spoke my native English with my friend- they didnt judge us, I didnt judge them.I also talked Connie frequently during my pedicure as well, she was a nice woman. 5 stars Connie. See you the next time I am in town.

Tran is amazing. She always dose a phenomenal job on my acrylics and pedi. Im extremely picky when it comes to doing my ombre French, and she always delivers. The salon is super clean. And the staff is all so friendly.

I always have a nice experience here and find the salon to be very clean. I often go for mani/pedi, gel and waxing. I have noticed that even if you make an appointment with a tech that your spot is not really reserved. It seems most of the techs will allow you to contact them on their cell for appointments. I especially like Emily. Shes a very nice young lady who has excellent attention to detail. I give 5 stars to Emily and 4 stars to the salon as a whole.

Happy nails? More like UNHAPPY NAILS!!!! HORRIBLE service. Very poor quality, every time i have come in, my nails have been butchered (uneven, smeared, not fully painted). I normally make an appointment but STILL have to wait 45+ minutes to he helped for service that just isn’t worth that kind of wait. I am never 100% happy with my nails here, to be quite honest, I don’t think they should be in business any longer!

My Fiance and I went for pedicures. Received the worse pedicure ever here. The ladies are rude and didnt care if they were hurting your toenails. I had the worst polish job ever, looked like a 6 year old painted them. They didnt listen when I said, the polish is blobbed on and running. Will never go back again. What a waste of time and money for us both!!!

I had a great experience at this shop, very professional. Tools came out of a sterilized package. I had a woman named Amy do a pedi and gel manicure and couldnt be more happy. Great massage on both feet and hands. And as being a licensed cosmetologist I look for these things. Will be going back!

Nail tech was nice. My pedicure was rushed and she barely got the dead skin off my feet. I picked a gel color, but she told me that the other color was better (at this point I didnt care I just wanted my tired feet rubbed). I asked about the pedicure pricing and was told I didnt want the cheap $20 one because you dont get a massage with that one. So, I chose the $35 figuring I would at least have a decent experience. I was way wrong. I was in an out within 35 mins (I am being extremely generous with the time here). She took all of 2 mins each foot (if that) for the massage. Her attempt at getting the calluses off was poor. I wish I would have listened to my gut and drove the extra 8 miles to my normal salon that is priced much better, has great attention to detail, and many more amenities for the same price. This is the SECOND time I have tried this nail salon and I can say with certitude, I will not ever be back. I am being generous with the stars here, it is a clean shop, and they have a decent selection of colors. I expected more for my money.

Absolutely worst mani/pedi I have ever had! Went with a friend who experienced same poor service. The two attendants were more interested in salon gossip as their attention was to hush hush conversation with each other and with other workers. One received and talked to 3 cellphone callers. Little to no attention was paid to cuticles, heels and even application of polish. We will NOT return.

I live this place. Everyone is very attentive to both what I want and the work they are putting into it. They are friendly and always ask about how you are. I feel they are very reasonably priced and it is relaxing when I go. The ONLY thing they dont do that I have had done in the past is cut or prevent ingrown nails. That is the only thing I wish theyd do. But, then again, maybe I didnt need it? Tuhy, Kimberly and Abby have been awesome!

I could do a better job at home. They up charge you for everything but every service they provide is done well below mediocre. They didnt even remove my old gel polish all the way. Ripped my acrylic off, and made my nails way too thin after just up selling me to get a fill so my nails wont be too thin if they file down my gel. Needless to say I have to redo everything. Their delux anything is everything but that. Ive gotten better service in other places for half the price and twice the satisfaction. Wont be going back.

The first time we went we got a couples pedi, the one with the rocks and long massage, wine and all that, we were wined and dined. ❤️I was SO excited when I heard we were going back for another pedi!!Very disappointed when we only got about half of what we did the first time. Hardly any massage, also! Am I the only one who feels rushed when they combine all the creams/whatever those AMAZING smelling lotions are.. .I ALWAYS CHOOSE 🍋 and mint. ONLY you dont get the full affect.... because they have combined it all into this big glob and half way rubbed it in... 💔

Starting with the positives, Its a great place for a basic pedicure. The place is huge inside and appears clean. Ive had pedicures with Tweet & Judy and they are both awesome. Tweet asks how I am & actually remembers what we talked about the time before! I do like the personal touch and they make you feel like friends by giving out their cell phone #s to schedule appointments. The first time I went, the gel manicure chipped off within days!! So, I complained when I went back and nail tech named Tee suggested liquid gel which lasts longer and she was right, it lasted 5 weeks!! But the quality of the manicures are hit & miss. And if you point something out, they dont fix it instead make excuses. The major downside is that it is a different price every time I go and they over charge drastically. One time it was $72 and Tee said it was because it was an extra $10 for a line of sparkle to be drawn on my French. The next time I went back stating, no sparkles just gel French on fingers & regular paint on toes, so that it would be less, but this time they charged me $70!! When I questioned them and even pointed out the pricing in their brochure which clearly states I should not have been charged that much.. Tee made up something about it being extra to file a calluse on my foot (which wasnt mentioned during the service). I prefer clearcut prices and to know exactly what Im paying for so that I can budget for it. Charging me whatever you feel like and making up reasons to up charge is the reason I will not being going back.

Terrible place...DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!I am really not one for blasting on social media, but when a business treats a client in such a humiliating fashion I believe that a review is warranted.I decided to try a different nail place as I was specifically looking for a more natural and less intrusive, organic acrylic.I paid $45 to get my nails done with Bio Seed Weed and less than 24 hours later, two nails had broken. I went back today to get them fixed and was told that the lady who did them was not there and I should come back tomorrow. I clearly stated I was here now and could someone please fix them? I was motioned to a seat and told I would have to wait and after 20 minutes a lengthy discussion between at least 6 tech, evil eyes and stares, one tech begrudgingly came over and stated I do for you.The tech was clearly annoyed that he had to fix someones work and was rough, incensed and totally pissed off: I knew that based on the chatter in their own language, coupled with the annoyance of his tone and pulling on my hands.As I was leaving he stated Next time you go to the person who did your nails, they fix for you...I clearly stated I would not be back!I have never been treated with such disrespect, poor customer service, humiliation and clear nastiness as I had at this store today and will not be returning for obvious reasons

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Happy Nails. Let me start with the good parts. I have been to Happy Nails many times, and the inside of the place is large and very nice looking. However, I noticed there is a vast difference between many of Happy Nails staff, and I can most definitely say that you will not consistently get a good one every time you go. Sometimes, the mani-pedis would go fine. Other times, there would be many issues- such as the staff being rude, being way too rough, cutting me and drawing blood (which is very dangerous for contraction of diseases), and neglecting steps. Some people may go to Happy Nails and have a great experience, while others will leave feeling angry, uncomfortable, or annoyed. Now, I have had a couple not so great experiences at Happy Nails, but I will describe the worst experience ever, which happened last week. When I went into Happy Nails, a very aggressive and rude lady was doing my nails. Throughout the whole process, she was being way too rough. When she was scrubbing my feet, she was going really fast and it hurt, and when she was massaging lotion into my arms and legs, she did it so hard I thought I was going to bruise. She also did the horrible thing I mentioned above- she made me bleed twice. Once on my ring fingernail when she was cutting my cuticles, and then again on one of my toenails. I also got my eyebrows waxed with this lady right afterwards. Again, she was very, very rough, and I noticed it was stinging a lot more and longer than it usually did as we were driving home. She also made my eyebrows incredibly thin, and I am in the process of growing them out now, which I am very upset about. When I got home, I noticed the skin around my eyebrows was red, shiny, and raw. Rather than just ripping out the hairs, she ripped large layers of skin. These scabbed over by the next day, which was even worse. There were huge scabs all around my eyebrows. By now the scabs have flaked off for the most part. But Im not even done yet with this horrifying story. You remember when I said the lady cut the skin by my toenail? Well, throughout this past week, that area of my toe has been red and swollen. Yet today I looked, and rather than being red and swollen, it is now yellowish green and slightly calloused. My toenail near that area is breaking off as well. Yes, my toe is most definitely infected. I am putting alcohol on it, hoping for it to go away. Now, after this horror story, its up to you if you still want to take the chance and go to Happy Nails.

I am not happy with my mani and pedi. Asked for Bio Seaweed and they put a full set of acrylic nails on. The shape is all wrong instead of rounded square I have sharp squares. They were impersonal, WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
