The one star rating is for the lack of customer service. I have tried 4xs now to schedule an appt. I called once and reached out via their web service twice. I then went to the salon and the doors were locked. I get it COVID-19. However, if youre not scheduling appts. please let the public know. No one has bothered to contact me. :(

Nicole is the BEST! She cares about her clients, she takes her time and only uses the best, top quality products. I’ve been going to her for six years and will never go back to one of those quick in and out cheap salons ever again. You get what you pay for!
