I have been going to this awesome Nail Studio for almost 15 years and would not trust anyone else to touch my nail. Im very picky about who does my nails and I used to go to another place and get my acrylics done but they always came off in a week and a half or 2 weeks. My friend referred me to nail studio and I will never go anywhere else! My acrylics will stay on 3+ weeks and I get them very long. My nails always come out exactly how I want them and the owners are very sweet and make you feel welcomed. The prices are also very affordable.

I have been going to The Nail Studio on and off for 10+ years. I went to them when they were located north of alderman too. They do great work and are very friendly and courteous. Since they have been doing my nails and my mom’s for years, they know all about my family and always ask about my son too! My mom goes to Koi, and I see his wife or Ms.Kay. It doesn’t matter who does my nails because they all do great work that lasts. I have a set of acrylics with gel overlay and they last me a good month. I am a hair stylist and my hands are in water all day everyday and I never have a problem with them lifting or chipping. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They offer a lot of different services for nails which to me makes them well rounded and on the up and up when it comes to new products and techniques. They have dip, gel, shellac and just your standard acrylic overlay. They are definitely professionals in their craft.

I enjoy my monthly pedicure visits to The Nail Studio. Kai and Mai are such professionals, fun, friendly & delightful. The salon is clean, bright and very cheerful. I highly recommend this nail studio.

I do not recommend this place. The guy was very very rude and he had the dignity to yell at me. I showed him a picture of my desired design, he told me it was doable . The result was very different from the photo I showed him. In the end I had to pay full price for something I was very disappointed in. .Do NOT waste your valuable time and money at this unprofessional salon. Indeed like many other disappointed ladies have said, I would give it below 0 stars.

They are absolutely AMAZING! If you have not stopped by to see them you are truly missing out. They are an amazing family! Great nails, great services and an experience you will never forget. They have been like family to me for years. Trust me you will not be disappointed!!! Goooo see them....

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If there is a below 0 star I would have given it to him. Very rude and diserpspctful. I almost called the police on him. 0 customer service skills and 0 communication skills. I believe he is the owner but it seems like he will soon go out of business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL. Give your money to some other shop that will actually listen and be respectful to their customers.

The quality is very bad and the guy that works there is terrible. He cheats to make people come back faster. He is very rude and disrespectful. I will never go there again and I have a lot of friends that go to him and now they will not. Because of his attitude I predict that he will soon go out of business. What a waste of my money. Cute small shop, so make your appointment, they have always been very accommodating. Clean, professional and great conversations. Love going here, where everyone knows your name! If I could give them ZERO stars I would !!!!!! I went there for a gel polish redo the lady was super friendly but did a horrible job !!!!!! I mean the polish was not wiped clean you can see clumps on the gel my nails were supposed to be coffin shaped but ended up looking like lopsided squares !!!!!!! Horrible horrible and honestly they can care less if they see you again
