Jeffrey was freaking amazing. They were extremely fast and super knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like they were trying to oversell me, which is fairly typical.

Went twice. Once for my Hyundai. The service was great for that car. Then I brought back my BMW. For that car they didnt have any of the minor parts and fluids. I had to go to OReillys down the street and buy the parts and bring them back for them. They didnt have the cabin or engine filter. They didnt have the wipers. And they didnt have the power steering and brake fluid.

Great service. Anissa was great. She checked my AC filter which has never been done before.

This is the place to change your oil. I usually get it of from Groupon. My car is extremely low and cant go there anymore. So if you have a lowered car stay from this place. If not 10-15 minute oil changes you cant beat that.

We have used this shop for years. But I believe its name is Jiffy Lube unless its been changed since our last visit. They check a variety of things. I appreciate the good service. Which is why I return.

I am a old employee that use to work for the company. Just because i work for a competitor they REFUSE TO DO MY OIL CHANGE. Makayla, called the manager John the one on northlake asked him if they could change my oil and he told his employees they couldnt change my oil due to i work for a different company. Okay told him since when and he said he didnt know sonce he worked for the company. Which i think is bull. I am or was a paying customer and they refusee to change my oil. Then they called the Area Manager Kaylee and she contacted me telling that i know better and adviced me not to come do my oil change there. Theres no where in a hand book, or court order stating where i can or can not change my oil. This was very unprofessional. No one told me that i couldnt change my oil change once i quick this company. Fyi John when u read this. There are lots of people in this world that works for competitors in the oil industry tech from tire kingdom tire plus even jiffy lube employees have gone to valvoline and changed the oil. Fyi. It doesnt matter if i worked for the company or not... VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I would have given 5 stars but my receipt shows they checked my tire pressure, however, i did not see them do so and my low tire pressure indicator remains lit. 😒4 stars for being the amount of minutes in and out as promised and pleasant😊

Levi and all the guys there were more than nice and professional. They were very efficient and couldnt of been any nicer. We will be going there from now on for oil changes. No more hassle with the dealerships.

They used pliers to break off my drain plug. Damaged my car. I leaked oil everywhere after including on my driveway causing severe damage and had to spend another $100 to get my car fixed elsewhere. When I asked them to credit me for this botched oil change they refused and said they couldn’t verify that it was their fault. Give me a break it was 100% your fault!. Do not go here! This oil change cost me over $200 and ruined my driveway!

I went to this location and they spilled oil on my wranglers front bumper now it’s permanently stained. If u want to pay a hundred bucks to have someone mess ur car up use them.

I brought my own oil and filter here and it was 30 to install, which I thought was reasonable. Courteous and fast. In and out in 20 minutes and without try to up sell me a radiator flush or some other nonsense.

First of all the price of the service they give is excellent. When I asked him a question they answered the question to the fullest extent. They check the fluid in the radiator cuz my vehicle was going to run hot.They top off all my fluids. Check the air in all my tires making sure the PSI was correct. Everyone in that place is very professional and I was on the road maybe 15 minutes. They will be taken care of the maintenance on my vehicle from henceforth.

Great service, you dont even have to get out of your car. Service Tech politely offered additional services but no pressure. Oil change was quick and they checked all my lights and tire pressure. They showed me oil level on dip-stick after.

Would give 4 stars but the wait time was way to long. I waited outside for at least 20 minutes if not more. Then once I was told to pull in I sat for at least another 20 while a simple oil change was being done. What really got me was the young female that was working there didnt know what to do with my air filter..... She had to be told to put it back in because its a K&N air filter. That didnt settle with me. Made me start questioning if the techs at this location know what they are doing.

This is the best place to change oil Ive ever been!! They dont try to sell you all the extras and look at ya funny if you dont buy. Just sensible offers with a smile AND without pressure ! You dont hafta get out of your car and surrender it to somebody to drive it through for ya AND They showed me how to save $$ on my oil changes. Tashas the Best!! She does a great job, 😀

They didn’t put my protection back and I lost it on a highway. The mechanic did not check anything before saying that everything is ready to go and let me go from the garage. I am really happy that it wasn’t the wheels. never come here again

This was an worst experience. 1st time I brought my car there, the Manager Hector was wonderful and allowed me to use a competitors coupon. Second time I brought another one of our cars and the manager on duty, Jeffrey would not allow me to use competitor coupon, tried to convince me that 15% of 100.00 is better than 20 off the total, did not give me the 15% promised instead of the competitor coupon and laughed about how another customer returns five cents to him because he gave him to much change. Also, the fluids were not checked and topped off. Just a poorly run operation wen Jeffrey is around.

I had a great experience. Fast and Friendly. The staff understood I have a regular mechanic that maintains the vehicle and they only presented recommendations according to mileage and did not pressure me the least.

Always have new people lately and I know they are learning but its not as smooth as it used to be. Not knowledgeable.

Ive used this place multiple times and usually didnt have issues with this. This time, however, was very different. During a routine oil change one of the men unplugged something in my engine (I dont know the technical term for it, but it controls how much air gets in to your engine), so when I started my car to roll out of there, my check engine light came on. My breaks failed and my engine completely stalled and wouldnt turn back over. The manager claimed to have fixed the problem and said the engine light would reset on its own after I drove a few miles. I didnt trust this at all and went down to the place I bought my car. The mechanic there told and showed me what he unplugged and the manager at Valovline who claimed to fix it actually didnt plug it back in all the way. My car could have stalled again on the highway which would have resulted in severe consequences. Apparently little things like this happen all the time, its a money making scheme to make you pay them to fix your car. Will never go back, these scumbags could have costed me my life

I highly recommend this Valvoline Instant Oil Change. My sons vehicle needed his a/c to be recharged. Quick service with good pricing. And, no attempts to upsell any additional work. My daughter uses Valvoline Instant Oil Change in MD and she is very pleased with this company as well.

First: The last time I went to AssyLube and it was 45 minute wait. They juggled around cars so cars that arrived after I did (with a week old infant in the back, August 90 degree heat) went before me. The staff typically working in slow mo, greasy hands all over my hood. So, I was like not a problem guys, please move these cars, Im backing out of the line. And never looked back.Now I only go to Valvoline. Fast in, fast out, staff working efficiently, professionally and quickly. I didnt have to sit around a filthy waiting room with crappy coffee and powdered creamer. No. I stayed in my car, with tunes, my own coffee and a/c. They showed me my clean oil, emailed me a receipt, and even gave me a coupon for a free carwash.How do you not love a company like this? These other reviews are written by the competition. There should be a Valvoline on every corner, they should take over the industry.

Service was great. I checked my oil level when I got back home and I was 1 quart low. Thatd not the 1st time that has happened to me there. They pulled out my air filter and proceeded to replace it with out my permission and I had to stop them, they didnt take the time to reassemble my air filter cannister properly, the lid was not reattached and I had to do that also.

Took my car in yesterday for an oil change. Whether it be an honest mistake or laziness, they didnt bolt my skip plate back on. On the ride home it buckled under the car and caused some chaos. I wasnt able to take my car to work that night which lost me some money, but such is life. I went back this morning first thing and spoke with Hector. He reattached my skid plate and refunded a small percentage of the cost for the initial oil change. Cant say Im 100% happy in the least, but at least something was done to make it semi-right. Would I take my car back here, more than likely not. Id rather go back to doing the changes myself, so I know its done right.

Charged my wife $65 for an oil change for a corolla. No way in hell will I ever pay these con artists ever again.

THIS SHOP WILL PRETEND LIKE THEYRE SERVICING YOUR VEHICLE, BUT ACTUALLY DO NOTHING AS STEAL YOUR MONEY. ANYONE GIVING THEM A GOOD REVIEW JUST HASNT REALIZED THAT YET!!!!Got my oil changed at The Valvoline instant oil change center located at Alt A1A and Northlake...As I was cashing out the tech was giving me the rundown on what they did. One of the items was filled Your tires up to 45psi so I ask the guy, is that the recommended pressure to which he agrees. I found this interesting since I have custom rims and tires and that is not whats recommended. I get in my truck and all of my tires are at 40psi on the on board display. Anyway, I let that go..... Now fast forward 2 hours, I go out in my driveway and notice little oil under my truck so I crawled under it to assess what was happening. While I was under the truck I noticed the FoMoCo(Ford brand) oil filter is still screwed into the filter housing. So I call the Valvoline place and ask them if they stock genuine Motorcraft parts and the guy says no. Now Im back at the Valvoline place and my blood pressure is rising fast. The manager tells me that the guy who answered the phone is wrong and they do indeed have Ford factory parts. So I said, SHOW ME. The guy brings back a Valvoline oil filter and I quickly point out that it is Valvoline filter, not FoMoCo. He says, oh! This is what fits your truck. I said, listen man, I just want my $107.00 back and he proceeds to tell me that I have to come back Monday if I want a refund. Unacceptable. He puts me on the phone with the owner, the same guy who was overseeing the service earlier, who tells me that if I give him my cc number over the phone that he can call customer care and arrange the refund. I said, dude, you already stole my $107 you think Im dumb enough to give you my cedit card over the phone? Now hes telling me to let the crew change my oil and hell still reimburse me Monday. I politely decline his offer with the idea that these MFers arent touching my truck ever again. I called their corporate hq and got a refund over the phone. HERES THE BEST PART!!!!! While Im in the customer lounge, an empty room with 3 chairs, a water cooler and no cups, while the techs are pretending to work on my truck, Im feeling a little thirsty. The manager walks in with a big gulp cup to get some water. I politely ask him if there are(thanks Lloyd) any cups that I can use AND THE GUY HANDS ME THE GREASY ASS CUP THAT HES DRINKING OUT OF!!!!!
