After being a loyal customer for (20) years, they stripped my bolts, and caused a $1200 repair, to which they have not replied. Sending me down the street, almost 1 mile away to have Tire Kingdom fix it, after they got done with it, car was not even safe to drive, they could of caused undue bodily harm, warning its not just the revolving door of employees, but upper management lacks so much here, bye bye, not a customer anymore, no one ever responded to me after multiple attempts to contact owners in Boston
