I made a 7am appointment on line to have my oil changed. Got to the shop and the man said he didnt have my appointment. When I told him I made it on line his reply was the on line appointments dont work. I told him I got an e mail confirmation. He said they would get to it but it would take some time. I made a 7am appointment so I could be in and out!I did reschedule for my next day off. I have bought tires from them and theyre good. Ill give them another chance but I wasnt impressed this morning.

Honesty at its best! Had a flat tire filled it up and it went flat overnight. Mark let me know there was nothing wrong with the tire and replaced the valve. I love that I wasnt pushed into 2 new tires.

Took my car to Tires Plus on Friday and was greeted by Mike Doyle. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I needed an alignment and tire rod ends. Felt comfortable leaving vehicle knowing everything would be taken care of. Picked up car that afternoon and it drives beautifully. I have come to this location a few times, I’vealso gone to Pep boys. I prefer Tires Plus for their exceptional service. Today they accommodated mewhen I had an unexpected issue with my tire. They were quick and hospitable. Highly recommend.

This is the best Tires Plus location. I drive 20 minutes away even though there are at least three other locations closer.. Mark is great and very attentive with the customers. Tires, breaks, and alignment all done very quickly and at a fair price. I will definitely return.

Drop car off when they open instead of calling me to tell me they wont be able to get to my car today they waited till 5PM to inform me, very poor communication and customer service & Unacceptable management I could of picked up my car and take it somewhere else which I did the next day i took it to Firestone and had my car ready in 3 hrs

Needs to communicate better with customers. I feel like I have to call to find out what’s going on. Repairs are fast when they eventually get to it after calling several times.

Second time here. First time was great got me in and out no problem. This time left the car overnight for 1tire. It is now 4:40 and it is just getting done. It had been on the Jack since noon. Terrible time management. Nice staff but the weekend manager is all over the place. Just handling the angry people first. I went and got two tires up the road in 20 minutes...

Went in at lunch time today and only had about 40 minutes to get my tire patched. They were great and got me in and out as fast as they could. Customer service at this location is better than any other tires plus Ive ever been to and Ive been a tires plus customer for 10 years.

Our family, with mult cars, has been going here for years: Needed a new battery late in the pm yesterday (9/9/20) and Eric, Bob/Robt, and Chick could not have been more helpful. Without my asking for a help, one of the gentlemen in the garage rushed over to help me carry it in. This is just one of many wonderful experiences I have had here. Long wait, high price. I waited 3 hours for an estimate on a brake job. Finally got a price of $1650..... I went down the street and had the same job done for $650. Pretty crazy difference in price....

If I can give ZERO STARS I WOULD!brought my car in for work done only to pick it up and it’s sounding like a race car. Took it back the next day only to be told a cap was not on there properly. Now I am no where due for an oil change, but for some reason my car is COMPLETELY OUT OF OIL, COMPLETELY DRY DIPSTICK!!!!!!! Only to be told “ newer vehicles run through oil quickly”! Really now?! I feel this location is out to ruin people’s car just so they can keep bringing it back and they will be able to make more money!!!! Taken advantage of! I will never return to this place!!!!!! My car was intentionally ruined!!!!!!!!

Payed handsomely for a lifetime alignment, and twice i had to go back because they failed to set tire pressures before the alignment, along with failing to center the wheel the second time. Still havent corrected the issue. My camber is all over the place.Service writer told me tire pressure doesnt affect alignment. I am Hunter trained on alignments. They didnt take kindly to me implying i could out perform their guys, and was told to leave.I should have known better seeing as the alignment guy was smoking inside the shop as i pulled up, and not a single pair of safety glasses in sight, nor jack stands underneath any of the vehicles with one wheel off for patching.

Did a good job on my car, however I was very surprised to see that not a single employee was wearing a mask or gloves or took any precautions at all ... really strange considering precautions that every other business Ive seen is taking oh, and it really didnt make me feel good getting back in my car when I know that everything from the seats to the steering wheel to the shifter and all been touched by a guy not wearing a mask or gloves who is coming into contact with a hundred people a day.

I made an appointment a day in advance to buy and have 2 tires installed. After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes, I inquired when my car would be finished and was told about 30 more minutes. Eric, who was working the front, was rude when I inquired is an appointment necessary when 2 tires takes 2 hours. Seemed like a logical question. He responded, appointments are moved to the front and taken care of when someone frees up. No apology for the inconvenience. Only go to this place if you intend to drop off and enjoy people specializing in customer service to be sarcastic.

Best customer service Ive ever run into at a car-maintenance shop in Florida.I have to say the customer service here caught me a little by surprise... in a good way. I originally called asking about quotes to replace all 4 tires on my 4Runner and ended up going with Tire Plus because they were the most reasonably priced place I found. Im very grateful I went with them. Every interaction I had over the next two days continued to surprise me. Im from Georgia but spent most of my life in south Florida so I guess Ive gotten used to the all-about-business mentality of most people down here. Both Robert who handled most of the details of my car and Mark who walked me through the issues I had come up with my battery were very professional and thorough. But they were very nice in a personal way like a friend, instead of just a person youll see once and never interact with again way. I never write reviews for places but was so impressed by their service I decided to write this.

When my new tire arrived it was over two years old when I checked the date. Refuse to try the second time or whatever two times I scheduled an appointment and when I went over there they could not install my tires. They totally wasted my time.. go to tirerack.com

Extremely dishonest people. I feel extremely taken advantage of, being a young female who knows very little about cars. Took my car in to replace a tire, then for a rotation and balance, and an alignment. When my car was done I was told they could not align my rear (was not offered my money back for incompletion of the service; was basically told it could not be done and took my money). I called my dealership to clarify the excuse Tires Plus gave me and they could not fathom why I was told they could not align my rear. I went back to complain was basically told it could not be done. It was not until Mike realized that I had purchased the lifetime alignment warranty that he agreed to purchase the kit needed to align my rear. Went back the next day because they did a poor job rotating my tires the previous day so I had to have them re-rotated and still no kit ordered for my rear alignment. I contacted corporate.

Got new tires, didnt try sell anything extra. No problems.

Over charged me. I explained what I wanted done to 3 different people 3 different times. And my wheels were not balanced properly.

Happy to find an honest shop for tires and more. Our car was taken in at the appointment time we were given. They thoroughly went over the car and replaced parts I knew were bad. Car safety is important to us and we will feel confident on our drives.

Made an appointment online and then when I got there the clerk told me she didn’t have an appointment for me. I showed her the email confirmation she said ‘the online system does not correlate with what we have available’. Why have an online appointment function if it doesn’t sync with the actual store?

Mark and Rob are THE BEST! This store has been taking care of us for about 13-1/2 years. It all started when my wife went in thinking she needed tires. Rob came out and looked at my wifes tires and told her they were good for quite a few thousand miles more. Their honesty has paid off because weve been loyal customers ever since.

I rarely trust auto mechanics. But I trust them. Go figure... They do good work. Always seem up front with me. They have good specials from time to time on tires. I have had them do several other things besides tires. I do have to return for them to fix something under warranty they previously worked on - but other than that I like them.

Wow, actually checked four places around town and these guys not only were the cheapest,b it was a great tire for a great price, they did it pretty darn quick too. Highly recommended for at least a quote. A+++

This location is a joke. I only will get tires here. After today the next set will be somewhere else. Yes you get tire repair free bit they treat you like a second hand citizen. 2 and a half hours to repair a flat. Yet someone walked in off the street and they took her right in.

I got a large screw in my tire on the way to work, lucked out pulling in here- they open at 7 on weekdays and had me off to work again quickly with a patch. Friendly and quick service, good price, with really convenient early hours! Made my bad start to the day not so bad after all.

Can only complain on the wait time, even though I came on a holiday I felt like it could of been done faster. Service wise there were no complaints, Kasey helped me find the right tires at a reasonable price, overall I would definitely come back again.

My Wife had a flat and they were able to fix it the same day.

I have been coming here for years for tire related services (repairs, full tire sets, alignments, etc) and would not go anywhere else. This location is continuously busy, yet they always get the job done on time. Their customer service is great as well -- Rob in particular is always helpful.

I was under the impression that these were good people. Dont be fooled! Two months ago I went to them to fix my alternator and everything was fine. A month later my starter went out. They fixed that about two weeks ago. And a couple days later my car sparked up a fire on I95! The fire department was called and they said something was done to your car for this to happen and someone could have died. After having a mechanic check it out, a hole in the motor was discovered from the oil being purposely drained. I am not due for an oil change for another month. There is no reason why my car ran out of oil but because of Tire Plus scamming me for me money. I will be filing for a lawsuit.

I brought my wifes car in to repair a flat and the mechanic noticed that the splash guard was hanging. The Dodge Dart sits low and the guard is easy to get caught on parking blocks. He fixed it and the flat in 30 minutes. Thank you guys.

Great staff, they always take care of me.My car stalled out when the battery was drained, took it to the manufacturer and all they did was recharge it overnight, and if the issue persisted then it would cost me hundreds to try and find any leak in power. The next day I had the same issue, so I took it to Tires Plus for them to check it out. They honestly told me that all I needed was a new battery and they got me going in no time. Ive been loyal to this location for over 4 years, they are great!

I was referred by someone I knew so I thought they would be more honest. They price gouged just for looking to see what the problem in my car was. Then to fix it, they wanted to charge triple what other places wanted. They had me wait in line to pay the $70.00 to just look at the car for over half an hour! Save your time and money-do NOT go here! A bunch of crooks!

They took care of my tire issue at no charge, which was great! However, be prepared to wait, even with an appointment. If the waiting area was nicer and the wifi wasnt so slow, that would make the wait more tolerable.

Ive tried all the local shops in the area and these guys are always friendly as they take/steal my money. I know nothing about cars, and always feel like Im being taken advantage of, but they seem to be honest. They get busy and its hard to get an appointment during season.

The professionals at Tires Plus are a breath of fresh air - like the good old days when you actually felt like you can trust your mechanic.This time, we had a completely flat tire on our truck and had to get it towed. Although there were closer shops, we paid the extra amount to tow it to Tires Plus without hesitation, due to our prior good experiences there. (Side Note: The truck has custom tires that are difficult to find, and after calling Goodyear we found out why - they are discontinued. We had called ahead to Tires Plus and Mark assured us that he could get a same-sized specialty tire to match that SAME DAY at no extra charge.)Mark pulled the tire to check for nail holes, and discovered that the valve was bad and the air had simply bled out. WOW! A $14 valve replacement when they could have sold us a $200+ specialty tire. And, service is always done with a smile and in a timely manner. Thanks, guys!!

Good, straight-forward service. Ive always had good experience with getting oil changes and tire rotations here. The down side is expect a long wait, even if you have an appointment.

While this shop is very busy more often than not, you can be 100% guaranteed that Mark and the boys, both inside and out in the shop, will make sure everything is done and done right. They inform you of issues you actually have and they price it the best they can.

Had my tires delivered 1 wk later still no phone call. I call them for an appointment and they are booked for 2wks. I explain that I am out of state and they tell me to leave the car for the next 2 days and if they have time? Found a place called Richardsons about 6 minutes away. Install was cheaper, faster, and I didnt feel like I was getting a con Job!

They told me it would be 1 1/2 hr to change one tire .I waited 4 hrs when I went somewhere else! 4 people working the desk 1 tech in the back. Terrible

Brought my vehicle there and told the sales guy I think I need a new battery but am not sure if thats the problem so Id like to order a diagnostics check to see exactly whats wrong. They ended up installing a new battery.A few days later my car stalls while driving down the road. It ends up my alternator belt was slowly breaking apart, nothing was wrong with my original battery at all. I go back to Tires Plus and explain the situation and they didnt want to accept fault for anything. Not for selling me a battery I didnt need. Not for the danger they put my family in by not detecting the ripped alternator belt. They wouldnt even consider refunding me for the new battery I didnt need.I am just lucky my kids werent in the car when the car stalled while driving. It was a scary situation that could have all been avoided if they had just done there job and seen that my alternator belt needed to be replaced and not the battery.Worst expierience ever... a total waste of time and money.

New tires installed. Staff friendly and efficient. after picking up noticed that tires seemed out of balance. They suggested making appt. to get right in to correct. I showed up and the service writer was engaged in a lengthy conversation about Florida healthcare with a customer. He told me several times he would be right with me. I finally gave up and went to a different Tires Plus. They found the tires to be out of balance. They suggested that the tire machine must be calibrated regularly or its not accurate.

I have been using this company to do my oil change and tires for a as long as I can remember. Never again! My car has light on for low coolant I take it in and they run a coolant pressure test and say that the reservoir (tank) is leaking. I said ok how much to replace it? $465 I went online and the average reservoir tank replacement is $217 ++.... I think they need to replace two reservoirs in my car 😡 why? Why?

It was fast... got there with a flat tire about 6pm and i just stays there for 30mim max .

They installed two heater hoses but not correctly. My car ENGINE light was on after they supposedly repaired my vehicle. When repairing my car they inadvertently detached a vacuum hose therefore my car would not stay running after I started it. I had to Uber home and be towed. Ended up taking it to another mechanic who reattach the vacuum hose and said Tires Plus was very careless not catching their error.

Ive been to other locations of this chain and had terrible experiences but the team at this one is phenomenal. They are honest and most of the time able to get my vehicle serviced quickly.

Really Dishonest people, I paid 200 dollars for a Break Job, they did not perform at all. When I tested the car, and Car was doing the exact same thing it did before The Repair I confronted the mechanic and the he said its a break in period the sound will go away. 3 Weeks later the Sound was still there. Took the car the second time to have the breaks inspected, 2 days later they told me to come and pick it up and the car, was exactly how I left it, Absolutely nothing got done had to take my car to a serious establishment to have it fixed. Please dont go here unless you are a Mechanic and know about Cars like them. They will steal your money and claim they did a repair.

I took my 2016 Altima to the PBG location on 7/27/18 I to have my alignment checked. This was the 2nd time since I purchased a lifetime alignment a few months prior where I had an alignment done on this same vehicle at your Royal Palm Beach store. Kasey, SA put me in for an alignment and the car drove fine until 11/5/18 I was experiencing the same complaint and took the car back in. I asked the SA (Kasey) to check the alignment and see if there was anything else wrong to cause the repeated problem. I was told the tires were fine, no separating or lumps. She recommended I balance them which I paid for and then realigned. On 11/21/18 prior to me making my holiday trip to GA my car was driving terrible. Pulling to right and felt like a lump was in right passenger time. I went to store 605395 WPB and was told I had lumps and separation and new tires were needed. I could have been killed or killed someone!!! I had a male worker who happened to pull up check my tires and confirm what Chris told me. I asked why the PBG locations didn’t tell me the truth and was told he didn’t know and I needed to contact corporate.

Best price on tires and they helped me save more by giving me coupons. Walked me around my car up on racks to point out future needed repairs to be aware of.
