Its never been so simple to change my tires. Tire Kingdom has an amazing staff. Very competent and professional. After telling the store manager my budget and the features I wanted in my tires, he made some suggestions. Finally, I chose the tires I wanted and had them installed in my vehicle. They quickly replaced my tires, saving me a lot of time. The location is easily accessible too. I highly recommend this place.

Jeffrey Torres is an excellent Manager. My run flat tire got damaged on a trip from Fort Lauderdale to Daytona Beach and it was my Birthday. We had a one day hotel reserved. They were very busy and the girl at the front was not in any rush to help me. They told me if we wanted we could take tire off to speed up but the mechanics would not lend us the tools. When the manager over heard our conversation he went hands on to my surprise ! He got tools and took our tire off himself ! Now that is a great manager and makes your overlook the people who were not so helpful or the girl who just took her sweet time and would not even stop what she was doing to take my payment. I have to give this place 5 stars due to management alone. If more managers were like this people would always be “happy customers”. If I lived here I would consistently use this shop. The staff I am sure is very good when you have an appointment. Just make sure you make an appointment before you go here. If you have an appointment they seem to do a great job at giving you timely service with a smile. If you even just need air put in your tire I saw one guy do that right away for a customer. Over all again 5 stars due to the manager Jeffrey Torres who deserves to be recognized for his excellent customer service. Tire kingdom has a real asset!

I’ve been buying tires from Tire Kingdom for years and I would not be doing that if they didn’t offer quality tires at good prices. The service is top notch and the people who work here are very knowledgeable. I also like hanging out and talking with them while I was waiting for my car to be fixed. Good people all around.

Value of new tires/blades/air filter was okay. I was told twice that my car was done being serviced but it was not. The first time they didn’t even have the part after I had already paid for it. Second day, once I got there they were rushing to put my blades and air filter on last minute. Not to mention their customer service is mediocre and just enough to make it another day on the job. Please do better

I blew out a tire Saturday lucky for me Tire Kingdom was on the corner. These guys took my car without an appointment at 1:30 and had 4 new tires by 5:30. When I couldnt get there before closing they were completely professional and had it ready for me first thing in the morning.

Location lacks honesty in the service, adds on service that is not needed, and over charges.My AC was taking a long time to cool down and doing research online they said it was due to low freon. I took my car here asking if they can do a diagnostic and refill the freon. They said yes and it would cost $140, I said okay.After 3hrs they called me saying that additional work needs to be done. That AC compressor needs to be replaced and some digital settings had to be changed and the estimated cost was $1,000.I didnt believe them and just paid the $140 and took my car since they said they added the freon.Now getting in the car the AC didnt work at all, I gave it a day and still nothing. I took it to another place and thry said that there was no freon at all. The other location added the freon and now its working fine.The tire kingdom emptied out my freon and then charged me $140 saying they refilled it. They also tried to charge me additional to a problem thats didnt exist.

I’ve been coming to this tire Kingdom for the last three years with at least four cars for tires and oil changes and they do a great job customer service is awesome I would highly recommend this tire Kingdom.

I scheduled an appointment online for drop off and wait oil change service for 4pm they call me an hour later and tell me to come in early, I show up at 1:30pm and they tell me I won’t get my car back until Sunday at the earliest because they allowed others to schedule at my time. Offered to reschedule my appointment for 4 days later, this is my first time dealing with tire kingdom and it’s definitely my last. Disorganized and Unprofessional

They went to extreme ends to cut back on any expenditures. Anything to save a penny and often at the expense of their own employees. For example, out medical benefits were only usable in quarters. This made sense for companies that have high turnover, except they would make you pay them back for anything youve used anyway.

This place deserves more than five stars. I drove through some sharp gravel and got a flat tire. I had to get this fixed quickly and had my tire replaced at Tire Kingdom. I had a nasty cut on my tire wall, and they said it has to be replaced. Never felt pressured, they asked about my budget and found a replacement. They were nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this place and the price was reasonable too.

At the 3615 North Lake Address, Adam stayed open late to get me a new tire on a rental car when i had a flat. My girlfriend and i were on vacation driving back from Orlando when our rental car tire had a flat. In a strange city, and a rental car company that basically told us to “figure it out” and where most places wouldn’t care, Adam stayed open so we could get a new tire and get back to the airport to fly home. I would and will 100% recommended this place to anyone who is traveling and or lives in south Florida.

I scheduled an appointment to have a tire repaired. I was called a few hours later and was told that the appointment has been filled before. How is possible that the website has all these spots open yet supposedly they have been filled before? Also, I asked for the next day...I am looking online and there are a few spots open; but I was told they were booked. Very bad customer service. I filled a complain with their corporate offices.

Bait & switch - Quoted one price out the door over $100 more- Priced tires with Ethan, store representative. He gave me a very reasonable price for 2 tires snd told me balance snd install would be approx $11 additional per tire. I was so happy with the price I called back and ordered 4 tires and he additionally gave me buy 3 tires get one free, was thrilled that I found a shop so close where I was able to get a fair deal on tires and made the appointment for install. I have a small cross over SUV, at $152 a tire x 3 plus. $11 install x 4. plus tax estimated about $540 ish. Sent my son over on install day, of course there was a disposal fee, and a FL tire tax plus regular FL tax, BUT they charged $91 for install. When I called to question I was told there’s no such price as $11 ish per tire and they offered to re-install my old tires. UnbelievableThe store Mgr called the district Mgr and he offered a courtesy discount of $20 and the opportunity to speak with Ethan when he returns to work tomorrow.Look, I’m really annoyed. There was no reason to pull this. I hate being out in this position. Because I am a positive person, I will say the store Mgr Jeffry was very polite, even when I wasn’t, which I regret.I’m a single mom on a budget snd just need people to honor their quote!

I asked him to play back the video from the security camera as I was nothing but cordial.I let him know how disappointed I was and was going to post negative reviews at which point he handed me my keys and told me that he wouldnt service my vehicle.Was a customer for more than 25 years, personally and through businesses!Unbelievable!!!

I got my first flat tire in south Florida today on 95 South. Ethan turned what was a bad situation into an surprisingly pleasant experience. He had phenomenal customer service- even allowing me and my husband in for service after their closing. They did great work and got the car turned around in 30 mins. We are very appreciative of Ethan and the mechanics on site. We will definitely be using them again!

Went in for oil change, they told me I needed a wheel alignment that would take 30 minutes... and had to spend the whole afternoon there. The car does drive noticeably different afterwards though, in a good way.

Dont bother with the road hazard protection plan when purchasing new tires, this location refused to fix a tire because i used fix-a-flat. They also wanted to charge me for removing the wheel off the car to repair the flat, which should be covered under the protection plan. Why did i pay 20$ a tire for the protection plan, if nothing is covered? Will be taking my business elsewhere. EDIT: Contacted corporate, they called the store, and mysteriously they dont remember me coming into the store at 8:15am. NOW there happy to take care of me if i make an appointment. Yea let me miss more work, when you should of done it the first time

Nice building, service and people, just took too long for them to find out why I was there. Their personal conversation was more important. I was in a rush so punctuality was important at the time.

Been waiting for them to call me for two days about my tires coming in from the warehouse. They were supposed to be there between two and three day one. I called them early day 2 and asked about the tires. They said theyd check and call me back. It has been five hours. I call them back, and the phone just keeps ringing. No voicemail. Nothing. Now Im waiting for a ride up there, with my blown tire, to ask them face to face when the hell my tire is going to be in if at all.

I always have a nice experience when I visit this location. The front end associate, Ethan, always explains to me in detail about whats going on with my car in a way that I can understand. Also, he gives me pretty good estimates about what I can hold off on and cant - for things Im not financially able to get serviced immediately. Also, I always have Alix work on my car - he takes his time and always does a good job. Also, the manager, Jeff, seems like he runs the store well. Always in the front and back end of the shop, which is cool.

I had a issue with my vehicles alignment and after several attempts with a Tire Kingdom in Royal Palm nothing had changed accept built up frustration and spent money. I happen to be passing a Tire Kingdom on North Lake one day on my way to work that I noticed and stopped in. The girl at the front desk Nicole was very cheerful and happy she set me up an appointment for the following day. The next day I went in and Darryl told me he would take a look and have it figured it. A couple hours later he called me and told me my alignment was still not in the green completely and that they had fixed it and even test drove it on multiple roads including highway. I was excited to say the least I had already wasted money on two alignments and two new tires and no one could get it to drive straight. Now my Hyundai Genesis drives perfect again thank you to Jeffrey and his crew especially Darryl for taking the time to diagnose my vehicle properly. What I have learned is sometimes switching locations may be beneficial with big companies like this.

So I get told it should take 20min to get my tire changed and fixed.and after an hour im still waiting. Big thing in customer service is not to set your customers up for failure. Honestly if they just told me an hr I would of been ok. But this is ridiculous. Just to let u know I made an appointment im not a walk in.

We stopped in here because our tire light came on but would not give a tire pressure reading. The service people were all very kind and excellent, checking each tire and plugging into the electronics to see if the sensor was bad. All done at no charge, and we have an appointment with our local Tire Kingdom on Royal Palm Beach Blvd today to analyse the lights that have popped on. This vehicle was just serviced in late July, so we are hopeful that nothing major is going on.

I dropped off my car here a little after noon today for a flat repair, balance and rotation... I called just after 5pm to check on it, was placed on hold by Nicole for 14-1/2 minutes. Then Jeff picks up the phone and asks me again what kind of car I have, and tells me my car is next in line. I get back here around 6:20 thinking my car would be ready soon because they close at 7pm, and Jeff tells me they’re waiting for a bay to open, but there are three out of six bays open. The problem is there’s only three mechanics working now. It’s 6:39PM and they just now pulled my car in.In February I paid $124.80 for road hazard warranty for the life of the four tires. Perhaps they think that since I’ve already paid for the warranty, I’ll for certain be bringing my car back for flat repair, regardless of the quality and timeliness of the service.I’m considering calling Customer Service department on Monday to request a refund for the tire hazard warranty, and instead pay for the one-time repair service I used, as I don’t care to return to this place.I finished writing this at 7:04PM and still waiting on my repair to be finished. Hopefully I don’t see the three remaining mechanics packing their stuff and leaving, since it’s already passed closing time.At 7:12 the mechanic comes in and tells me the repair is done. I asked if he balanced and rotated the tires and his response was he was only told to repair the flat.Unbelievable.

Sorry this review is late but I didnt forget. Just wanted to thank Nicole and Ethan and all of the employees there for helping me. I came down to West Palm Beach a few weeks ago to transfer my brother who was in a morgue back to Jacksonville. I discovered a huge bubble in one of my tires and I knew that it had to be fixed before we could drive anywhere. When we first got to Tire Kingdom, I was told it would be a couple of hours before they could fix the tire but they were kind enough to rush us in and we were back on the road within an hour! They were kind and friendly and understood the urge to help us quickly. Thank you guys!

Im not quite sure what happened, but they installed the wrong tires in my car. They thought I wouldnt notice because Im a woman, and they probably think I dont know anything about it. But I noticed it immediately and have them replace the tires with the right one. Dont trust these guys, I dont know what theyre trying to do but always check you got everything right before leaving.

Be careful when having your car checked. Their service advisor will diagnose your car with too many problems so they can get more money. Though the insurance company will be paying for it, it will still cost you some time and it will be inconvenient.

Great customer service. I brought my car in with a tire losing air late on Saturday afternoon. It definitely lost air some how but they could not find a leak after checking the tire at 40 and 60 psi. They ended up replacing a tire valve stem seal in case that was the culprit. I asked how much I owe and Jeffery, the manager, said there was no charge. I will definitely use them in the future. Both Jeffery and Darrell were excellent to deal with.

Like other reviewers, I would also agree that the wait time here is too long. I dont have the time just to chase the status of my vehicle. They must be more professional and deadline-driven.
