Super nice and clean! The new space has a large section for each manicures and pedicures. Their chairs are amazingly comfortable. But their technicians are the real reason I go. They do a top notch job and are so friendly and professional.

It was really enjoyable my nails look really pretty, the people were really nice and friendly and talked to me, if you have to wait for someone they have amazing massage chairs OMG theyre awesome. 10/10 highly recommend

Visited the salon for the first time and let me tell you, I have found the nail heaven!I had a pedi with Kim and it was amazing, she took her time and she was meticulous.Also, I had a full set of acrylic nails done by Tracey and Im so inlove! I showed her a picture from pinterest and thats exactly what I got! Look no further, this is the best nail salon in town!

The place was very clean, which was nice, but it was way overpriced for what I received. I left the salon with ingrown toenails that I did not have before that have hurt since. I paid the extra, even though I didnt want to but they kept pushing, for the shellac nail polish because I was assured it would last up to three weeks. It chipped within 24 hours. My nails were not filed evenly either. Some were great, others were at an awful angle. They didnt paint my entire nail either. So my nails looked like they had grown out already after just getting them done. I went in to get them fixed, and the some staff members kind of gave rude looks. I was recommended to try this salon by a friend, but I can promise I will not be stepping through their doors again.

I really would have liked to give this at least 3 stars. Because in reality my eyelashes look amazing. I got them on Friday March 26th,  When I woke up Saturday morning all of my right side was pretty much gone. Which makes sense since she spent 30 minutes on my left eye and 15 minutes on my right. The eyelashes were not even, the left side definitely had a lot more than the right. By Sunday, the left eyelashes were started come off. It is now Monday and they are both off. I paid $38 plus I tipped her $10. So I paid $48 for something that lasted not even three days. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

They messed up the nails n they left them looking nasty n gross. I will not be going back their ever again...

The worst place for ombre. Dont even know what it is. I had to pay 50$ for a really bad work. I regret going there. Plus its super dirty they dont clean of sanitize the tools after using them. They so you manicure on top of other peoples nails. Seriously they worst nail place Ive ever been to.

Horable service will never come hear again, waited one hour in the lobby before being attended and then waited an hour in the chair before being Seen. then they messed up my toes .and they had the the nerve to tell me I had to wait to get it fixed

No one wears a mask and its a very dirty environment. My wife very extremely displeased from the manicure she received.

I was there for a total of 3 hours for a pedicure and full set. She was watching a movie while doing my nails and was rushing so bad she left acrylic under my nails. Not only did she not wipe the dust off of my nails from the acrylic she put a top coat over the dust particles. When I asked her about it she said it was from the light it was poor quality especially from the owner.

So excited and happy I took a chance on this place! Got my nails done and they are sweet ladies and perfectionist. She fixed my nails that weren’t such a great job from somewhere else. Wow. I’ll be back! I saw a lady get a pedicure...I’ll be taking advantage of that service for sure, too!

My Mother took my daughter and myself to get pedicures for our birthdays. The new location is AMAZING! Its just beautiful! Its also very clean, as well as very sanitary. We so appreciated them using one use only, pre-packaged implements for some of the services. In this day and time, thats the way it should be done. The ladies were very nice, and did a fabulous job on our pedis, as well as my mothers mani and wax service. Oh! You know that horrible smell at these places because of the acrylic nails, the acetone, and the nail polish? We walked through the doors and...no smell! It always gives me a headache, so that was an great surprise! We will definitely be back!

I went here for the first time about five weeks ago for a manicure. Lost nails within two weeks. Went back yesterday to my nail salon in Tyler. They had to cut off every nail and start over. One of my thumbs actually had fungus starting to grow when they took off the artificial nail. Ive had artificial nails done off and on since the 80s, constantly in the last year. Never ever have I had fungus.

Great customer service! The guy I had was really nice. I feel self conscious going into many nail salons to get my nails done because I bite mine and they look awful, but this business was different than all my other experiences! Will definitely come back again! They did a fantastic job on my nails and it didnt cost a fortune.

I went to another place and 4 people were sat down before me, with no appointments. I walked into Fancy nails and got treated with excellent customer service. They were super nice. Amy, my new Tech was awesome! She didnt rush as the store started full in with other customers. Great atmosphere!

Masks required, but apparently not for the employee doing your nails? It doesn’t work around your chin.

Tina did an awesome job. That was my first time there and I have had a lot of pedicures, but no one has ever clipped all the dead skin or make sure the corners were cut so I didnt get an ingrown toenail. She clipped all of it and cut my nails so that werent growing into my toe. She also put some kind of special lotion on the scars on my knees! I know this is a long review, but I wanted to make sure I got across how wonderful she was and I will definitely be coming back for her. If I were scoring my experience 1-10, I would give it a 100!. She did way more than this but I guess I will leave it at that!!

Best nail salon in palestine!! they take their time & are very polite. i made a mistake going to Happy Nails today. and it was the worst experience ever. never cheat on your salon! prices are so fair, and if you feel as they messed up, they will not be rude by fixing it!

I only go here for waxing. The woman who does my wax does a fantastic job. In and out quickly.

I waited for an hour and ten minutes. During this time there was three technicians, and someone who came in after me for serviced before me. The gentleman that was working on a customer had ZERO sense of urgency. He actually stopped doing this persons manicure to play with a bird they had with them. I eventually left as it seemed like I wouldnt be serviced for another hour.

FANCY NAILS is definitely the place to go! Amazing customer service clean and neat saloon!! not to mention the staff is friendly and greetful and the prices are just right! I recommend fancy to all who want a job well done along with a great price!

Need better service

I had a terrible experience! My friend and i walked up to the door, and the look on the mans face at the very first table made us feel like he did not want us there, almost as “ugh another customer” we walk in and ask to sit next to one another. Most of the tables were open and not in use and they said “no” so we go to our seperate tables, the lady who was doing my nails didn’t tell me hello or nothing just “sit” i sit, and she asks me what i want i Tell her i want an acrylic overlay so they look natural, and she says “what color” i say light pink. She says powder or shellac? I chose powder, i assume she is going to hand me the samples of colors, i was wrong. She pulls out a jar or acrylic powder that says pink on it. I said can i look at the colors? And she says yes. She hands me the shellac? Which i didn’t know at the time, i pick one out and say this is the color i want and she says okay and starts opening the jar she already pulled out i said is this the color i picked? She says no that’s shellac. And at this point she’s getting very annoyed as am i. I told her i wanted powder and she gives me colors i can’t even get. So she grabs the acrylic and jams them in my hand. I pick my color, she stumps off to get it. Comes back and is so rough with my hands! She burns the tips of my fingers. She didn’t even ask what shape i wanted so after i was done i sat in there while my friend was getting her toes done and shaped MY OWN NAILS! She offered to shape them, but i denied her offer she was too rough and my hands were so sore after that i didn’t want her anywhere near my nails. I would never go again. I am very disappointed in this nail salon. She filed my nails with USED files. I know they need to be disinfected and they obviously weren’t. She even cleaned out one of the electric files with a wire brush in front of me. That is not disinfecting it’s disgusting.

I went to have my eyebrows waxed and shaped. She did a crappy job. They were uneven and she missed a bunch of hairs. On top of that she had horrible breath!

I went in for a lip and brow wax. They ripped off my skin enough to where putting on makeup or eyeshadow stings!! They over applied the wax to other parts of my face. Not very skilled staff.
