Getting my nails done has always been a scary experience for me due to past experiences at other places, however after a visit to this nail salon, I have found my favorite place! I was extremely satisfied with my experience and I highly recommend this salon! The lady who did my nails (didn’t catch her name) was extremely gentle and did a fantastic job! The staff are also extremely pleasant! The environment is relaxing and I will be returning for all my nail needs! 💜

I walked in since the door was open!! They guy said they can’t do nail cause machine was down I needed to have cash!! I said I have cash! He said he had an appointment comin in 5 min if I wanted to wait!! Then I said that was fine then he said he works by app only!! I’m looking at Reviews I’m glad I didn’t let him do my nails!!!

I used to love this place. Always friendly and I never even minded having to wait. But now not only is it rushed with just 3 other customers there but when I tried explaining what I wanted, I was dismissed. She didnt pay attention or recognize I asked for something specific. I understand things are different with Covid but these are small and simple things that shouldnt be ignored. Im very disappointed.

I have been going there for a while but I paid $65 to get my nails done and they look horrible She did and Andre and you cant even tell its an aumbry I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I got the complete opposite and now A-day later everything is chipping off and peeling off I got a full set and they look horrible

Long story short terrible service. You dont start a customer and leave after just placing tips and say Ill be back I have to go pick up my kid.

Been going to VIP 2 times a month for 15 years. The man that did my mails today was terrible. My nails are too big for my fingers. They have bumps in the nails. They are different sizes and shapes. He put the nail polish on then used dremel to shape. Tried to redip several times after putting final coat. They look horrible. I had to ask if he was licensed and he said his license was in his car. The worst manicure in 45 years of getting manicures. Do not go here. Im pretty sure he was not licensed. He certainly did not know what he was doing.VERY Unhappy and not returning customer

I went yesterday was being switched around to 3 different people! Don ended up doing my nails which i asked for coffin and he did do them but didnt look like coffin shape! Also when i first got there told them i wanted my daughters hands and feet done they did her hands but waited until last moment to do her toes bc i told them to do her toe nails! Also DON told me i wasnt relaxing and he said you going to let me do your nails or not bc youre not relaxing.. i think that was rude

This place is absolutely HURIBLE!! They didn’t clean underneath my nails and and got red glitter in the middle layer of my dip! I would not recommend this place for anyone that wants them done neatly.

The owner is a hoot! She is always joking and laughing with her customers. You do have to wait occasionally but it’s worth it. Linh has always taken care of me. She’s been my go to girl for years now! I havent let anyone else touch my eyebrows since I met her!

Wish I had read the reviews before paying $45 for a pedicure ....opted for middle of the line in order to get a good foot massage. I should have paid $20 for what I got.

Not A great experience, yet kept going back hoping for a different result. Didnt happen, found a much better place around the corner & was treated like a true customer. Found my new nail salon.

I needed 2 nails repaired. Walked in at 9am- 2nd person in the salon. The nail tech burned my nail & the left my 2 broken nails in acetone for 35 minutes. Started a pedi on someone else & I sat there for an hour. I eventually just left- no one seemed to care. I will never go back there again!!

Visited 5~6 times and its always a joke. No more needs to be said!!Want to experience a great nail salon ~~ Magic Nail * right around the corner.

It has been years since I went to VIP nails because they just dont do a great job for the price. I tried them again and regret it. Me and my daughter showed up a little before 6:30 and they close at 7:30. I asked do yall have time for 2 pedicures at this time? They said yes. The whole time they rushed us and even talked back and forth how they didnt want to see any more customers even laughing saying go away...go away. The next day I have chipped toe paint. They looked horrible! I will try to post the picture. I took the polish off and painted them at home. I wont be back.

Wish I could give a negative rating. Most horrible experience I have ever had. I knew I was in trouble when the female technician would not let me have warmer water in the bath — she assured me it was fine as it was. She was extremely rough with clippers and the nail file. Then when I asked to have my polish a certain way, she refused. By then she was yelling (YELLING) at me telling me it was her job to know what was best for me. I finally stopped her and began to leave. I offered $20 on a $25 basic pedicure that was not finished and she threatened me saying I could not leave until I paid her in full. Hope she was not the owner, because she has a lot to learn about customer service.

I had a great experience. Got me in quickly, very friendly and I will be back.

The worst pedicure ive ever had The lady didnt even put lotion or oil on my feet afterwards she kept walking to the back leaving my feet just sitting on top of the tub she didnt have all her tools when she started my pedicure she was super slow And when i asked for some lotion she treated me like i had done something wrong she became very rude Sophia stepped in to defuse the problem she told me if i would return she would give me a discount so i later returned 2wks later and sophie did my pedicure which was good but she did not give me a discount She charged me full price So i wont return She did not keep her word and she knew why i came back but discount wasnt applied HORRIBLE PLACE

If I could rate this a 0 I would!!! This is the worst place I’ve ever gone to. I went in to get my nails, & eyelashes done with my cousin in law and she got her lashes done first and I got my nails done and my nail lady was WONDERFUL my nails are great but LINH is very rude. She walked over to my nail lady and told her myEyebrows were awful and needed to offer to have them waxed. After I was done with my nails I went back to get my lashes done and went in the room my cousin was in to see hers, LINH then grabbed me by my arm to take me to the other room to do my eyelashes. She then started putting wax on my eyebrow before I even said yes to do them. She also offered me a $45 facial because she told me it will clear my pores of all the blackheads and pimples I have all over my face and I’ll be pretty again. So when she started myEyelashes she didn’t even ask what I wanted and just said “I’ll make them look nice, you don’t want long because you eyes small” I AM FURIOUS BY THEN. She then got clue in the corner of my eye by my eyeball and poked at the clue with the sharp eyelash tool and poked my eye. After being done and almost done with my cousins nails she tried selling my cousin weight loss products that she told us she sales on the side. After leaving I can barely see because these eyelashes are TERRIBLE. I will never recommend anyone to this place at all. AND LINH IS THE RUDEST PERSON IVE EVER MET. DO NOT GO HERE

They’re very nice and the want to get your nails to your liking

On Friday July 14, 2017 I went into this nail salon to get a solar fill and cut down. This is my 3rd time going there since I moved to Palestine. Its normally a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere but not this time. I walk in and Im greeted like normal I pick out my normal mood changing color ME1012 I sit down to get my nails done. 4th seat on the right. She was very nice. But the rude skinny lady next to her in seat number 5 was rude she kept side talking to the lady who was doing my nails about me and I kept asking what is she saying the lady kept saying nothing. Low and behold she wanted her to charge me $50 for a new set because she assumed I was changing the color on my nail. I explained to her that its mood changing. The skinny rude lady at table 5 kept saying stuff to her so I said you know what I will take my service else where. I spend too much money in there and should not and will not experience rude and poor customer service. There was a guy in there who was bald headed I forgot to get his name he sits in seat number 2 right side. He asked what was wrong and told me he would do my nails. He did a great job and had great customer service. When I was done I washed my hands in warm water and my nails changed colors. They were the same color as when I came in so I showed the 1st lady who was doing my nails she was amazed. Im a very loyal customer and if im getting good customer service I will return! The owner might want to get a hold on Miss Seat #5 because her rudeness and poor customer service is losing money for there establishment. I will return to make a formal complaint in person since the owner had left early that day!

I don’t know who this guy is, but I got my toenails done a week and half ago, my big toe is hurting because he cut a piece of nail from it and it was a chunk of my nail I will never have that guy do it again.

Horrible!!! Manicure was a nightmare! A total waste of money and time!!! Polish on my pedicure never dried, after hours. I had to repolish my toes myself. Im still clipping skin loose skin around my fingernails!

Quit going... Went and ended up with fungus under my nails because they were not sealed properly... Took pictures and filed complaint with cosmetology board of Texas.

So I have been coming here for months and this week I called to make an appointment and this woman answered said the person I wanted was not available so I told her I would call back later in the week just called a few minutes ago same woman answered was beyond rude and told me to stop calling (mind you I called a total of 2 times) and that if I wanted my nails done to just get it done by someone else......really not smart to have a piss poor attitude towards customers when answering phones I will never go back

Rude staff too f.....expensive and dont hold up to the prices they tell you I wont be going back !!! And kept telling my 9 month old to shssshhh
