Horrible, horrible place!! Nancy double booked appointments for today at 6:15 and didnt even have the courtesy to let us know we both had the same appointment or try to work something out. I asked the lady next to me what time her appointment was and she said 6:15 so Im sure it was a double booked situation. After 20 minutes, she called the other customers to the chair and started doing her nails like if nobody else was waiting! When I asked her what about my appointment she said to take a seat and she will do mine when she was done (at least an hour) or she said someone else can start them and she will finish them since she was behind. After I said no to both she did even care to work something out or even look at me and let me walk out! So, so unprofessional and careless. NEVER GOING BACK!

Yeah right *perfect* nails! Got a pedicure, part of my nail is gone, others are crooked. Paid to have the 10 minute massage (part of pkg) she did about 4 minutes top. Way too pricey for the service and limited supply of nail color options. Will NOT be coming back.

When I arrived 2 customers were there . There was three people working. One lady was named Nancy, an older woman and an older man .The old man asked me,Gel? I said yes thinking he meant gel polish. Instead of acrylic nails he dipped my nails in powder. When I tried to tell him I wanted acrylic he didnt understand he just looked at me and kept working. He took so long, it seemed like forever. It was so frustrating, especially paying $40 and not get what I expected.

First and last time here. Dont waste your time or money here. I walked into this nail salon and the place was empty.The sign in front of store advertised Special for $17.99 pedicure for students.I told them that I was at college student, and I had my ID to prove it. I wanted a pedicure and was wondering if they honor their advertisement.The older gentleman who worked there said he had to ask, he turned it asked a unhappy female employee was sitting down what to do.He asked her if he needed to make a call to the manager. The unhappy older female worker said No were not honoring the advertisement. Because Im not in high school.The sign didnt differentiate whether or not it was a high school student or college student. It just said Student.Ridiculous!!!Bad business, bad service, no wonder this place is empty with 4 workers sitting down doing nothing.They are losing money from these type of employees.

I love this place there services are wonderful and well worth the great prices they provide they provide a lot too it is now my perfect nail and spa

Prices are extremely high, they use too be reasonable . Nancy is very good at what she does unfortunately her workers arent, they learn on the job and charge like professionals, its sad because it was very busy when she first opened now long wait to get anything done there, I paid 90 dollars for a pedicure and a fill, crazy !!!

Loved the passion, patience and service. My moms disabled and they were very patient, showed care and mom was happy!

Always get great service and variety of nail designs and colors to choose from!
