Henry did an amazing job doing a dip manicure. The salon was very clean, everyone was friendly, and the service was fast and perfect!

I went in for a gel polish change, fix a nail, and pedicure. Ended up spending $105.00! The next day ALL of the polish was chipped off my nails and toenails. The communication in what I wanted was not coveyed correctly, therefore getting the wrong thing. Dont offer a service if your techs dont know how to do it. This is the 2nd time they messed up my nails. I went back just to show the owner what I walked away with. The only reason why I wont give 1-star is because she seemed genuinely contrite and embarrassed. She offered to compensate me because I refused a do-over. I also refused the compensation and told her that I would go somewhere else to get it done right. Beautiful shop, but for their services and prices, they get a HELL NO from me.

Dip nail service - very disappointingI have been going to this location for over 10 years and this has came up before when the colors do not match, I have always trusted what they suggested and always happy with what they picked. They showed me another color and told me they did not have the same color for may nails as my toes, and the color she suggested was going to be a little darker - i never had a reason to question them before - I said that was fine - After she applied a few coats I asked if that was the final color, her reply was yes, I told her I was unhappy with the color, I had a turquoise blue on my toes and the color on my nails were Emerald green, Not even close to the same ! I asked for her to remove it.I was charged for a full service of dip nails and removal of the dip nails. I told them I did not feel that was fair, I would agree to pay for 1/2, I was unhappy with the final color,Disappointed on how they handed my situation, keep repeating I agreed to the color.So disappointed

I called at 3pm to see if I could get in at 5 pm that very same day. My acrylic nails were in desperate need of a fill or they were about to fall off. I spoke with Ken and he got me in. He took his time getting my nails back to quality status. I absolutely love them. They are very diligent at keeping the place clean and following State guidelines.

I got my nails done 2 TWO days ago and my nail already broke, my left side nails don’t look good bcz the last rushed the curling process my friend got them done with me and they were UGLY I get that for $60 they won’t last long but come on TWO days no, go somewhere else

Super rude. Called me rude ! The woman working the desk today needs to find another job. She did my nails and they’re wrecked and she had to nerve to tell me regular polish isn’t perfect. A waste of time and money.

Rushed & Rude - Worst experience. Pedicure was rushed, basically a polish change. The person doing my gel took no care and painted over the cuticle. I would never go back. Paid to have a mani pedi that looks like I did it myself.

Ive been to so many nail salons in Camarillo and Oxnard, this one takes the cake. Fills look like brand new sets, my waxes are always flawless, and every single technician is a perfectionist. They treat you like their favorite cousin, and the owners frequently drop in to ensure prime service. When they get overwhelmed management will jump in to do Manis and pedis, and if there is a wait trust me, its worth it.

Great nail salon, reasonable prices, nice people. Remember to tip the worker directly.
