Chris does phenomenal work with the dip powder. This is # 45 in case you’d like to do the same. My favorite place for a pedi as well. Have been coming now for well over a year. ♥️

Just found this place a few months ago after the long break from Covid. They are super nice and efficient. Clean. I did acrylics with gel. They are very natural and gorgeous. And the gel they used is harder than other places. I’m a nail chewer and it doesn’t effect the finish on the nails at all. I got a beautiful French manicure on my toes and they weren’t offended when I explained how I like the white tips...they are very gracious. And I don’t end up waiting like I did at my last salon.

They know what to do. Best so far.

Unfortunately they were short staff and the nail tech was in a hurry, she rushed me and did my pedicure without all the services you get for the price. Then charged me 42$ when it should of been 30$. The staffed just wanted to get you through. I went with two others and we will not go back. My friends and I get our nails done on the regular and we do suggest this place!

I got a pedicure first and went back to see Chris for my first acrylic gel fill and he was fantastic!!

Got a full set Thursday and by Tuesday 4 nails had fallen off. Called them and they did not offer anything, they just said “ok okay.” They are not the cheapest salon but I wanted to treat myself and thought it would be worth it. Not! Won’t be returning.

I still hadnt found a nail place that I like since we moved here and remember there was a place near me that I hadnt checked into so I dropped by to check it out.Kayla greeted me at the door and took me right away even though I was a walk-in. She worked very carefully and did a really nice job on my gel manicure.She was interesting to talk to and very sweet. So it was a nice experience.The spa itself was beautifully decorated and very relaxing to be in, with what appeared to be new state-of-the-art pedicure chairs. Most importantly it was very clean and it was clear that they were dedicated to clean practices when doing nails.

Very clean, great entertainment Joey kept us laughing. My aunts and myself are here from Maryland got great work done.Definitely recommend.The young lady that did our pedi was great also.

Typically when I get my nails done I do the dip, three coats. Here she gave me two coats and I said “no I’d like three please” but she continued to argue with me saying three is too much and doesn’t look natural (anyone who does dip knows you’re going for durability not natural, otherwise you’d do gel) so she said it’s too late and just did the two. I didn’t want to put up an argument like most clients feel, it’s awkward. So I pay my total. I can already see the lines of the overgrown pieces of nails and the lifts on the sides from not being filed correctly. I should’ve confronted the situation there at that moment but like most clients I was too shy. Less and a week later my nail has already chipped, and I told them I live across the country and I was just visiting my sister, so I call and tell them I want a refund or something for just the manicure, not the two pedicures I paid for. The manager continues to argue and say that’s not how we do business and tell me I’m wrong and all this. I offer to send pictures, videos, whatever I can from Florida to prove that I’m not lying. He continues to say no and argue with me. As if I can jump on a plane and show him the less than great job one of his employees did. Do not go here. They disrespect clients and accuse you of lying. Bare in mind it’s been LESS than a week since going and in already chipping. He keeps saying “dip is suppose to last two to three weeks” which I’m fully aware of, so explain to me why it’s not even if you know it’s suppose to last longer?

Best nail spa in oxnard!!

I tried to go to this place twice. The first time, I got there when they opened and the husband and wife?.. acted as if I was a bother. I waited 15 min, and then they begrudgingly said that they could do my much needed acrylic fill. The second time, the place was empty again, with dust on the table and on the jewelry that they have to sell. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes to be acknowledged and finally just left. I will not return. I did however go to the next shopping center over and was immediately helped by the ladies at persimmon nails. I guess I should thank the bad service at OV nails for guiding me to amazing service at Persimmon Nails.

Decent work for a filthy cochina like me.. I just didnt dig on the commentary. The owner, Joey, is chocfulla gossip & tends to respect the company of individuals who externally exude the superficial fumes that remind me being treated like a outsider by all the snobby kids at school.

I love this place I come once a month like clockwork. I’ve always had feet issues with ingrown toenails, and diabetes. But since I’ve been coming here my feet have never been healthier.
