I have been using this place since living in Oxford and most of the time I put up with the cold demeanor but yesterday I just wanted to get my eyebrows done and was being ignored for a moment and then when I told them what service I wanted I was told by the lady to go to the hair salon instead 😐I will not be going back. If you dont want my money I will take it elsewear. Made me feel like Ive done something wrong. Anytime I come to Walmart there is not one customer in here too. She wasnt busy so I will go somewhere else.

Surprisingly the best place I’ve settled on in Oxford for my nails! Affordable, fast and great quality. I’m not sure what product they use, but my nails do not lift! I highly recommend this salon and it’s convenient to a grocery to-do list while your there! Celine and the rest of staff are friendly and professional.

Had I read the reviews prior to going I would have never went. This nail salon customer service, pedicure service is the worst.First & foremost they do not sanatize their equipment at all. I watch customers get service and equipment not clean.The owner/manger is horrible and ignorant. She talks about the customers to other customers. She is completely on the defense when asked a basic question.Nothing is that convenient go somewhere else ppl.I promise you this lady heart does not mean well stop her money and bet shell start acting professional.Clean those pedicure carts sterilize your tools.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for 10+ years! The service has ALWAYS been great! Celine is really sweet person & she truly has me spoiled because she can fix my nails in 15-20 minutes! I always get complimented on my nails whenever she does them! Please check her out!

This is the only salon I go to in Oxford. Im very picky about my nails and Celine and her sister always do my nails the way I like and they are consistent with the work they do. Yes I recommend!!! Celine, this is Alicia

I usually go here all the time since i moved for school. This particular day I did not have my friends with me to get my card out of my purse so one of the ladies did. I told her to use my debit card but she insisted since I have cash use that. When she returned she clearly said youre a colored girl and dont have money like that. THAT IS NO WAY TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER!! I will not be returning and plus they filed my sides of my nails too far down and cute three of them.

She was rude and cannot paint...what I asked for was very simple! I got them done December 24th and they are already about to come off...I wasted $30!!

Ive been to several different nail shops in Batesville and Oxford and they do the best by far. I wont go anywhere else.

Nail acrylic is thin and nails are uneven if i could give no stars i would dont come here just cause it is convenient

The worst experience ever at a nail shop! The lady was very rude, and made racist comments towards me for no reason. I set in her chair and didnt even stay to get my nails done because I was so uncomfortable and not welcome. I would not recommend going here to anyone! If I could rate this place a -5 I would! Also, they dont have a large variety of colors to choose from.

Very average salon. I came here because the price for a pedi was the lowest in town. However, the price has increased to $30. Though my tech explained they tried to match competitors, the quality is not up to par. I was willing to tolerate some things for the price point but now I have no incentive to do so. They also charge an extra $2 for using card, which is even harder to excuse. This is my last time here.

I was a little disgusted that she was coughing without a mask over her face or covering her mouth. She did sort of turn her head away from me a little though. I was dissatisfied with the fact that she wouldnt do me any designs. The clear pink tent that she did has bubbles in it and made my nails look ugly. At least the fill in was decent. If you want anything specific or cute, dont go here.

Wasnt happy with this place.. needed a fill walked in she said it would be 17 and charged me 20 because she cut my nails? she rushed through it! my nails were all different lengths. will NOT be going back

HORRIBLE!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Messed my thumb nail up. When I told her I didnt like it she was screaming in her native language telling the other ladies and then charged me to fix her mistake. Please avoid this place at all cost!!!!

It took her an hour to do my nails and I did not like them at all she refused to fix them.
