Giving a new review after years of coming here. Not sure what is going on since reopening last year but, definitely not the same service or quality of service. Have tried 3 times since hoping would get better but, will not be returning to pay more for bad work.

Van is amazing. She has been doing nails for over 20 years and no other nail salon can compare to Princess Nails.

This was my second time going to Princess Nails and Ive definitely found my new favorite spot! I got a fill of a set they did three weeks ago and its the nicest fill Ive ever gotten by far

I have been going to Princess Nails in Oxford MA for over 15 years now. The owner, Van is wonderful! I never have a problem with my nails, and am always getting complemented on them. Princess Nails is clean and its fun being there. Lots of people from town come in and its like old home week. Van makes every customer feel like family! Love this place!!

Van was super nice and accommodating. Went in for a new full set and she was able to salvage my set on. Im super picky with my nails and she did a great job. She brought my nails back to life. I will continue to drive out to Oxford.

Wonderful. They are great careing staff, place is spotless, all protocol s kept. Recommend it for everyone, they offer so many services. Mani/pedicures, facials, etc. Cant say enough about them

I was very disappointed with my acrylic nail manicure. The lady who was doing my nails looked like she was a teenager and had no idea what she was doing. She made me bleed several different times on different nails. She also wouldn’t cut my nails shorter. The nails were very thick and I am very upset. I do not recommend this poor nail salon. If it would let me do zero stars I would.

They did a wonderful job on my pedi. It was my first visit and found it very affordable and had no idea the basic included stones and a shoulder/neck rub! They seem to be very nice and close to my office and it was quick too. I will definitely be back.

Went to have pedicure and manicure done I got some young kid speaking barely English so when I told him that I have ingrown toenail and I need some extra attention to that he totally ignored me and my ingrown toenail. When hi did my manicure he cut my nails to short and make them square even though he could see they were rounded when I come in. No happy I would NOT recommend that place to anybody.

Ive been going here for years for both manis and pedis. Van and her family are all very friendly and professional. I can always trust them to do a great job.

I came here with my friend. They welcomed us right in and were very kind to us. The shape is exactly what I was expecting. Will definitely come back if I am ever in the area.

Love this place - always makes time for you and my nails look fantastic all the time. . I have had chipped nails weeks after getting them done repaird with out them charging me. The whole crew is so sweet

I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Princess Nails coming from a very picky person. I had got the Dipping power done and it came out beautiful. Its very thin, strong and natural looking. I strongly recommend it.

I have gotten my nails done, my toes done and my eyebrows done. Always came out great. Amazing service.

I went here after not having acrylics for about 4 months asking for a full set. I called around 4 that day asking what time they close and if they had time for me to come in that day. They told me they close at 6:30 and to come in at 5:30. I made sure to be on time because I know full sets take a while. When I got there I told the women who I was and that I called earlier. She yelled for a woman in the back and when she came out she said “are you serious? I really have to do this right now.” I pretended not to hear and proceeded to pick a color. I asked for a long thin square shape. But while I was getting them done the lady was fileing my nails so hard 4 of them were bleeding and she was peeling skin off the others. I hated the way the shape turned out but I didn’t want to ask her to fix them bc my nails hurt so bad. Any time she needed my hand she would hit the top of it in a rude manner. When she was done she grabbed her purse and coat before my nails were dry and told me I had to leave because they were closed even though my nails weren’t completely dry. It’s safe to say I won’t be going back.

After having a pedicure I got an infection in my toe. Cant recommend as they do not have to meet government standards and obviously didnt sterilize the equipment properly.

Only place that I will get my nails done. They do an amazing job every time

I was not pleased in the least by this high end salon. It was my first visit and I went for a pedicure and eyebrow waxing with a friend. I had my eyebrows done first and some older woman sat me in a pedicure chair that doesnt recline and started waxing and ripping off my eyebrows with no care or detail. It took her all of three minutes to finish and she didnt even shape them so I pretty much came out looking the same as when I went in after a 10 dollar wax! I can get it for 8 and they actually care about what they are doing at t and c in the auburn mall. Than, my friend and I wanted pedis after both having a stressful week to relax and we got rushed out of our chairs so fast we didnt even have time to enjoy it. The pedicure didnt even take a half hour and there was little attention to detail also not to mention it was 30 dollars for a pedicure!!! I asked the woman if she could scrub my heels good because they were very dry and cracked and she literally scrubbed them three times and was finished. I felt so rushed that I will not go back here EVER. I can get wayyy better service in a way more relaxed environment at t&c or queen nails in webster. Not a good first impression at all.

Ended up getting French gen nails they completely chipped off and cracked within 3 days of getting it, the white parts of the tips faded after 4 days, I also got a design done that was completely crooked and they wouldnt fix it
