My first and only time visiting was on my wedding day. I was in a rush and they were WONDERFUL. They gave me a full manicure and pedicure and it was perfect. Im very pleased with my experience.

This is my third time visiting. So far good service, nice people. I would recommend it. The only thing its just two there but they will tell you how long your wait will be and they will let you know if theyre able to get to you for that day. I like that.

The employees are all so friendly! Amazing customer service, and obviously its lovely that most of the decor is pink! Andy is very experienced and talented- I dont want anyone else touching my nails ever again haha

Always just the owner and his wife working. The owner can have a harsh tone sometimes . But they are nice and the place is very clean. The only thing I see often is that their young daughter is always interacting with guests in a sort of bothersome way. Although she’s very sweet, I prefer to relax when I go to the nail shop instead of entertaining someone else’s child, especially when I’m paying for a service .

Don’t waste your time. Called for appointment and they said, “Come on.” Drove across town and when I arrived they said they were busy. I drove to the Nail Place next to Publix and they took me right in and treated me like I was important. I will never go back.

Oh my god, you need to come here they have nice guest and the boss is nice! he offered me a good nail redo and it came out sadly theres not much workers but dont judge them so quick I know they may be asian but lets not be racist they are good at there job!

Went in for a dip powder manicure, they had so many colors to choose from and my nails look amazing! The staff was super friendly and I will definitely be coming back!

Serviced by friendly people that absolutely have no idea how to give a pedicure! Even when I expressed my dissatisfaction, she offered no solution to remedy my most obvious unhappiness with my experience. I would never recommend this place and I will NEVER go back. I do not have money or time to waste.

AMAZING. Only place I can go where my nails dont lift. I can even run my hands threw my hair 2 weeks later without my hair getting caught under my nails

I just move here from Birmingham Alabama and I was looking for a great salon to call my home. The owner was very rude when I walked in he talked about how my current nails look bad and talked about how he would never recommend getting SNS to the customer that he was working on. I waited for his wife to do my nails. The SNS job with her was horrible. I at least liked my nails when I left the other nail salon. I could not tell how bad my nails were until I got outside in better lighting and they were awful. I tried to tell him that maybe he should use the light that they use for the gel polish as a better drying mechanism than the fan to dry them but he said that that was crazy. My nails were lumpy not shiny at all and cracking and peeling within a 24 hour time span. I never wasted $45 this quick in my life. I was so disappointed and upset I just went to a new nail salon the next day I refuse to walk around with my nails looking that hideous for more than one day

Worse experience ever. I will never go back to pink nail.. Waited 1 hour then as Im waiting for them to start on my daughter nails. He tell us to come back in a hour. Never again never again.

Love to go and be pampered only if I can afford it so not often but they do a great job.

Bad lighting so I couldnt really see what my nails looked like until I left & my nails look horrible! I got a full set, they are lumpy & look like they already need to be filled in as well as looking like a child painted them. I will not be returning & wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

This place is cute but had a lot of mess out...drink cups and bottles, food, condiments. Staff ignored me at first when starting the mani but got friendly after the first 10 minutes or so. The regular mani looks good but after just a day and a half, there is a good size gap between the cuticle and polish line. I dont think Ill go back unless I have a specific tech to ask for.

Nailed it!!! Literally. I moved to Alabama 3 years ago from Michigan, the worst part of moving is finding new hair stylist, nail tech etc... Ive tried over 12 nail salons and almost gave up hope until now. As soon as I walked in the Pink Nail Bar I was excited, the design of the shop is super cute and I could pick up on the professionalism right away. These women know how to provide great customer service!! Not only are these ladies super talented they also know how to treat customers. They have an amazing list of services to choose from and the biggest gel polish selection Ive ever seen. I got the rocker nail mani and a jello shot pedi that I fell punch drunk in love with right away!! My daughter also got a pedi and a full set for prom, we showed the nail artist a picture we found on pinterest and the end result was even better. Too good to be true right??? Not at all with the ladies at the Pink Nail Bar! Thank you so much and I will definitely be a returning client.

This is the worst experience I have had in 20 years. My nails look like some childrens fake nails. The wait was two and a half hours before they started on my nails. Only took them 15 minutes to do them. It costed me $50. They dont have good lighting so you cant see what your nails look like until you leave. I went back to tell them I was nice I tried to keep it quiet so no one could here I even apologized for complaining. They yelled at me, argued with me, told me i was crazy, i didnt know what i was talking about, and not to come back. I went tov anothr r salon they said they where done wrong and they have had a lot iiif customers come in and complain about them.

Horrible. Will never go back. As soon as I walked in the door a staff member said, What do you want? When I said I needed a fill-in and pedicure for my daughter he told be he didnt have time to do that. Extremely rude!!
