READ REVIEW: Our puppy Rasha swallowed some poison on a trip to see my father. They were kind and compassionate immediately upon our surprise arrival. Gary and his staff rushed our dog in and went to work. Within an hour we were on our way and Rasha was right as rain. We then paid our bill.... It was such a good price that Im still shocked about how fair it was. This is such a great place, with an amazing staff that compassionately cares about you and your animals. Highly recommended 👍

Wow! Where to start! The level of professionalism at this clinic is below subpar. Unfortunately we had to euthanize our puppy. We had asked for a paw print to be done. We have still yet to receive her paw print, I have called and talked to several people there. Our first call was with Lisa, she was very kind and said some time these take a little longer to ship, give us a call next week if you still do not have it. I called back the following week and got Katrina on the phone, I expressed my frustration and heavy heartedness with the situation and she came off very cold hearted and made this FAIL on their behalf feel as if it was my issue that the paw print had not gotten to me. When I pointed out that our puppy is a family member and this momentum of our pup, she began to tell me this is not her issue and she does not have a way to fix it. When you ask for a paw print of the puppy and you are told we will do that for you, that is what is expected to happen (or I would not have had her put to sleep here). Mind you I have gotten the bill (that has been paid) but still no paw print. This is a clinic I would steer far from with zero return!

We have found patient and caring staff for all our lil buddies, we have cats and dogs. Frontier has wonderful care and they are progressive in their treatments, conservative when appropriate. Enzo, our pointer mix, is finishing up cold laser therapy for a tender knee and might have to have CCL surgery, which has been performed by this clinic often. Despite the possible need for surgery, were glad to have the option to try less invasive treatments beforehand. We recently had our little old Sprout put to sleep and Dr. Sam and Kerry Jo came to our home to help with his gentle passing and they were wonderful. Office staff are responsive, friendly and knowledgable. Gary Norwood is professional and highly skilled and we really appreciate his years of experience and expertise in vet medicine. Thanks to the entire place for your kind service!

I was on a very long road trip home from WA heading to TX when my 14 yr old husky started panting and shaking excessively, very stressed and likely car sick among dealing with her senior joint problems. I panicked and worried we’d need to find a pet ER after hrs while passing through and called Dr. Vernon on a whim. She called me back even though the clinic was closed, was incredibly compassionate and gave me helpful advice over the phone with upping my dogs senior meds I had in the car. My husky is feeling much better today and I’m thankful Dr. Vernon was so caring to help someone who isn’t even a patient at the clinic. We’re incredibly grateful for humans like you.

Love this clinic. My dogs have all gone there. We always tease that we would rather go see Dr. Gary then our own doctors. The staff is wonderful and there is never a wait.

Dr. Vernon is the best of the best. She has always been honest and compassionate. My dogs needed surgery for cancer and i had to euthanize a loved one and just the usual care. She was terrific with all my loved ones needs even the worst we have to face. Her rates were reasonable and the staff was equally good. She did purchase this practice in July so it would be worth coming back for another visit. Our animals deserve her.

I was very impressed with this visit. This was the visit you never really want to have. My dog, Hero wasnt doing well, he was over 15 years old, and it was a very hard visit. The staff was very compassionate and did everything they could to make sure I was doing as well as could be. The vet, Dr. Hogue was exceptional. She kept me informed and asked me what I wanted to do. She checked him and took xrays, and had the tough discussion with me. I knew taking him there he more than likely wouldnt be coming back home, but the vet wanted to make sure if there was anything she could do, she would do it. I was able to be with Hero, and he choose to pass on his own. They gave all the time I wanted to be with him, and were very compassionate when asking if I knew what I wanted to do with his body. I know my sweetie isnt sick anymore, and would recommend Frontier Vet to anyone. I believe the way our furry friends are treated when they are old/ill says so much about the people taking care of them.

There are really no words to explain how grateful we are to Dr. Sam Vernon for the love and care she gave our beautiful Pyr, Angel, who was diagnosed with cancer a few weeks ago. Dr. Sam was so loving and kind to myself and Angel and it helped tremendously with the grieving. Thank you so much! We are so grateful for the fine care and concern we get for our animals at Frontier Vet Clinic. Gary is a wonderful guy who, you can tell, loves the animals, and they seem to love him back. We just absolutely love Sam Vernon and her gentle, matter of fact way she works with our goats, who came out in the middle of a cold night to save our Great Pyrenees dog after shed been hit by a hit and run. Just good, honest people who care and treat we, the owners, as pleasantly as our pets are treated....thank you to the gals in the office all the way back to the Techs ....you all are great!

I dont have enough positive things to say about Frontier! They not only made my pup and I feel welcomed right away but they have been there when we really needed them in every aspect. Dr. Sam and all of the vet techs treat Loki like one of their own. I adore all of them and their facility. I wouldnt take my baby anywhere else! :)

The only vet I could get to see my dog in the middle of the night during an emergency. They were fast, skilled and surprisingly affordable. We decided to make them our permanent vet after the positive experience.

Ive been taking my dogs to the folks at Frontier ever since I arrived in Cheyenne, almost 9 years ago. When I had to put my Sammy dog down, the staff at Frontier was kind, caring and helpful during that difficult time. So as soon as I adopted Luna, we headed right off to Frontier. I love that I get my annual check-up reminders from them. They keep me on track.

Just moved here and had our equine records transferred when we had our first emergency. The office staff made me feel like they had known us forever. We got right in, the treatment was excellent, and they followed up! The Vets were very good at explaining everything. We just had another emergency with one of our dogs who we didnt have set up at this facility. Their Vet was out, and we need to be seen. Frontier took us in again - right away. The staff is caring, helpful, quick (excellent multitaskers I might add) and knowledgeable. I cant say enough about how wonderful we think they are!

With two cats and two dogs I am frequently visiting Frontier . We have had several emergencies and have been taken care of immediately. This is important when you are worried or have a pet in pain. They explain everything to you and if you need to call back and ask a question they will answer you and never make you feel like you are an imposition! The vet techs go above and beyond to help ! The staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Frontier Veterinarian Clinic. And my critters have been well taken care!

These people are great! I hate to say how long we have been going there (many, many years). They have always taken excellent care of all our pets: horses, dogs, cats. They do it all with a smile. They arent only my vet, they are my friends.

Frontier Vet is the best. I moved away and I miss all of them. I havent found any veterinary hospital where Im living, that I would trust. If I could Id drive the 325 miles for an appointment.

These guys killed my dog, through an act of neglect.Could have had several more years with my labrador, but now that is over with and it is too late.I highly reccomend you go elsewhere. Anywhere else.

The vet techs are always the nicest. As for the Veterinarians there, thats a whole other story.Beware all this clinic wants to do is prescribe Rimadyl.

Our latest visit was an emergency euthanization. As always, the staff was caring and compassionate...so very important when the event is the loss of a family pet. We appreciate the fact that we were fit into what we know was a fully scheduled day.

Definitely wont be going anywhere else but here in the future. I dont care they are the furthest vet from my house haha. I took my GSD there for a broken toenail that was bleeding, they snuck me in real fast and didnt even charge! It was very minor, but I did expect to pay something. So polite and caring. If you are reading this review, read no more, just call them.

I first called them because my little dog was vomiting, they thought he was just a nervous sort and had gotten upset about something. We started out with some simple meds and a bland diet. He got progressive worse.He went to stay at the clinic so they could monitor him and give him IV fluids.It took about a week for him to start getting better. Thankfully now he is almost back to normal.Thanks to Dr. Hogue for all her help and understanding!

My mom works there so I can go every day I love it there everyone is soooo nice.
