I recommend making an appointment but walking are cool just expect to wait. Ive been going to this salon for a while now and it provides a nice ambiance, is clean, and professional. I always love my nails and can count on a great gel mani and pedi. Ive tried a few of the salons in the area but this one is my favorite. Highly recommend.

Its a hit or miss at this place. Depending on who you get, your nails can turn out great or awful. I keep giving it chances because its so close to my house. Maybe if I do a little research I can stick with one person.(Update: Owner called and offered to redo my nails free of charge. He was very friendly and apologetic. I really appreciated the extra effort.

September 23rd was my very first visit but certainly not my last.Philip was very professional and friendly. The salon is very clean with lots of nail colors to choose from.With that being said, I will see you in 2 weeks Philip.

I love this place!! I’m currently sitting here finishing up from my deluxe pedicure and full set with Jimmy :) he’s amazing, the whole staff is !!!! I’ve tried places all over and I can’t help but come back here ! Clean, always kind, organized, wonderful service and calm jazz music. I strayed away a few times to try other places but I won’t be doing that anymore, this place is unmatched.

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I have used this salon on several occasions and referred several people. I booked an appointment yesterday for 12:30pm to find out the gentleman agreed to a walk in because he forget our appointment. I understood that! Things happen, however I was in the salon for 2.5 hours and the wrong color was used for my pedicure. I told the lady that did it, I didnt have time for them to fix it I would be back first thing in the morning. I just went back to be told we are too busy I advised the gentleman (who I believe is the owner) it was your error and due to the amount of time I spent yesterday I couldnt stay any longer to have it fixed. I was willing to pay for the change but I was just dismissed!! I am not happy and will NEVER spend another dollar with them. The level of customer service that was just provided tells me my time doematter to them and neither does my money.

This nail salon is professional and efficient. The atmosphere is very clean, relaxed, and has a pleasing aesthetic. My regular manicurist is Tina, and she always creates an amazing, and very attentive experience. If I schedule an appointment, there has never been a wait. I recommend Nails Pro.

Today was my 1st time at this nail salon. I got my nails serviced by Jimmy and use the SNS dipping powder. He was great; very gentle and extremely meticulous! The level service I received was the best I’ve had in this area in a long time. It wasn’t busy and loud and the stations were very clean and the played relaxing music. Now I’m not going to mention where I went before but the energy wasn’t as positive as the energy I felt in Nails Pro Spa. If you’re looking for a nail tech make an appointment with Jimmy you won’t be disappointed.

Im usually difficult to please but this place has won me over! To be honest, I typically feel most nail salon staff(specifically Asians) do not appreciate their black patrons. However, this place delivers excellent customer service and make you feel appreciated. They greet everyone that walks through their door the exact same way. Super friendly and caring. They are very strict with cleanliness and abiding by the proper covid guidelines. Im always pleased when leaving there! Happy customer 😊

Came here last Monday to get a gel full set and my nails were amess. Acrylic was on the side of my nails. The nails weren’t straight. The polish was sloppy.The nails were chipping the next day. Very disappointed because this is rated 5 stars…. The service was fine but product was horrible.

Outright rude!!! I walked into this establishment at 10am and not one of the techs even said Good Morning or may I help you. They all just stared. I mentioned that I needed a nail fixed. Mind you, I just had them done a week ago. They charged me five dollars and upon paying, had to pay ten dollars because they have a ten dollar minimum. These people are very rude as Ive experienced several times in the past.Their mannerisms when Im spending my dollars are very, very unprofessional. Im a retiree and have never experienced this type of service in all of my 61 years. Im taking my business elsewhere from here on out.

Very popular spot in Owings Mills, I would recommend calling ahead and make an appointment. Huge selection of polish even gels, the staff is very detailed oriented. For my first visit I chose the basic manicure and pedicure, I ended up there on Friday afternoon walk in and had to wait about 45 minutes. The owner sits at station one and very attentive to clients waiting, unlike other salons in the area they have very nice background music playing, there’s no product smells and everything is modern chic look. Every tech uses a individual client tool kit and each station is wide clean and organized. Not to sure about the waxing as not many ladies came in for that, but I would go back again during a less popular time.

Do not go here! I came in for the first time simply to get a manicure and I asked if the nail tech could do a design which she flat out refused. I picked a different design and again she said no, meanwhile they were doing designs for others. I just got a plain color and it looks terrible! There are air bubbles and uneven layers of polish that are very obvious. I was so excited to get my nails done, but am incredibly disappointed.

I usually go to #1 nails, but they were busy. So, I came to this location. The establishment is clean. However, the technician did a poor job with my dipping powder nails. My nails were different lengths and shapes. She only offered to take 10 dollars off or total removal. I did total removal because I did not want to pay 70.00 for bad nails/ I wasted three hours of my day.

The only place that I go to for my pedicures! Phillip is amazing! Friendly, thorough and takes his time. Exactly why I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years!

I had a Gel Manicure done today with Jimmy. He is excellent, very professional and very pleasant. He has done my pedicures before and he is absolutely amazing.My husband had a pedicure today by Nhu and let me tell you she works extremely hard and she makes his feet look like new. He really appreciates her pedicures because she always does an Amazing job.Nail Pro has safety and health protection in place. You must wash your hands as soon as you enter and they have sanitized iPad pens for you to sign in. They clean everything to continue to keep you safe.

Nu gave the best Deluxe pedicure ever! My French manicure is awesome!I like the fact that the manicure and pedicure areas are separated.It was very tranquil, not much talking and a very relaxing atmosphere.

Terrible manicure. My nails are ruined. When I called to let them know that my nails were chipping, breaking, peeling they said no refunds and they were too busy to talk.Update went back to talk with the manager. He yelled at me for posting a negative review and refused to make the situation right. He yelled at me and refused to talk. Do not ever go here.

My nails are thin, there’s no apex applied and my nails are kinda long. I told him that my 2 of my nails were crocked and he said “he wasn’t done” but he put the powder away so I knew he had no intentions of fixing it. The design is terrible, there’s no gradient affect on my glitter and he put a harsh line. He was friendly but that’s it. I usually go to Bella in owing mills but my tech was busy. I knew I should have been patient and wait. Jimmy needs to protect his craft. If you like “Instagram acrylic nails” this may not be the spot for you. I don’t plan on returning

This is my second time coming to this salon and honestly I kind of love it now. The atmosphere and the energy is so good. The techs are amazing. Philip is really nice, keeps me laughing. I am taking a break from my nails, but Ive been keeping my toes done and wonderful jobs both times that Ive come. I drive 30 minutes to get my toes done so yea lol. Thank you guys!

I really love this place I use to go up the street to spa #1 nails but they are always crowded. This place is very quiet. I never had to wait the times I went. I think I’ve found my new nail place just moving here! I love the music, it’s very calm and soothing. They actually take their time and not rushing the job.

I have been getting my nail services from Nails Pro for many years. The staff are friendly and the ambience is excellent. The location is very convenient to my home. My first time getting my nails done but my second time visiting, I’ve gotten my eyebrows done here the first time. I honest love both my experiences. I’ve been looking for a new nail home around me and I’ve feel like I’ve finally found it. They are really clean, really nice and fast. James did my nails and he was very tender, not rough at all, he listened to what I wanted and my nails turned out great!!! I just called this nail salon to see how they are implementing safety measures and social distancing before I made an appointment but they hung up on me like I was a part of the media or state. Then I called back and they said they were booked for the day and hung up on me, didn’t even offer to give other dates. Please do not book here or spend your hard earn money with these people. Their customer service is classless, tasteless and unprofessional. The fact that they couldn’t answer the question about safety guidelines means that they don’t have any in place. Totally disrespectful, please don’t support this business.

Me and my husband was looking for a new spot for our couple pedicure and when I tell you they are professional and clean it’s quiet and relaxing and the rub down they put on your feet we both went home and took a nap. Due to covid19 we weren’t able to sit next to each other but we still enjoy the experience.

Everything was excellent as far as the service one concern how ever with Covid 19 every station did not have a plastic Barrier.. Display they were in compliance with a asking you to sign off that you are OK and led me to seek nama 10 that did not have a plastic divider I decline in the is to be set at a seat with a plastic divider so if you gonna follow kuvin 19 foul it all we threw for the safety of your customers otherwise it was good

Its been 2 weeks and they still look good, but Im on my way to get it done again by them, the person who done my nails was the best, forgot the nail... Very well polished (pun intended) establishment, in the midst of these uncertain times. Staff were well attentive, listened & service was satisfactory.

I have gone to this salon for over 10 years. Had many different nail techs. Over the last 3 years the quality has increasing gone down. I still stayed until several weeks ago when Phillip completely disrespected me. He has done my nails for years. He is the new manager and apparently must have forgotten that there are too many nail salons to take loyal customers for granted.

I was very pleased with the welcome upon entry. The service was great and I was very happy with my nails upon completion.

Nails pro is one of the best place to experience. It is not only fulfill services with a lot of choices for manicure and pedicure treatment but also there are multiple colors to choose. I am really recommend this place. # cleaning # relaxing # more and more interesting things from every technician there.

Nails Pro staff are always professional and the facility is always clean.

1) They have an ancient card reader here that would not accept/read my credit card with a chip in it. I had to pay with cash that I had on me which was designated for something else. In 2017 if you dont have the right equipment to read credit cards that is a HUGE inconvenience. 2) Half of their people are really really super slow. Good luck getting someone that doesnt keep your for 2 hours for just a fill. Make this place your LAST resort.

Ive been coming to this place for almost 10 years and at first everyone was very friendly and the services were great, however now everything is the complete opposite and gets worse every time. My most recent experience was horrible. I went in to have my eyebrows cleaned up. (They were very thick and full.) I specifically asked the girl just to clean them up for shape, but leave them thick. When she finished they were paper thin, one sharply arched and the other round and missing half. She didnt even apply oil after, which left me red and breaking out. As I left the waxing room i recieved looks and snickers from other employees there. Ive recently stopped using their nail services altogether because my last 2 gel manicures began to peel off completely in less than a week. Also the staff has become blatantly rude. I came in for my birthday and asked for a service that they claimed not to do anymore, but is still on their pamphlet. So I began to ask questions, like when did they stop, and they began to speak to one another in Vietnamese and laughed in my face. I will never spend my money there again. I really used to love that place.

Great place to get nails done, great selection of nail polish and scrubs. Bruce does excellent work in fingernails, I have been using him for over 2 years. EXCELLENT service.

I enjoy the service everyone is always nice. Ive been using this location for years and havent had bad experience. The location was nice before but the renovation and updates make it ever better and enhance your experience.

Was my first time at the shop and they did not even acknowledge my presence when I walked in the door. No one spoke to me. I stood there for almost 2 minutes mind you. Even if its a busy day customer service is paramount. If you dont make me feel welcome or important the moment i walk in why I should I spend my hard earned money with you? There was a tech standing up right by the front desk who looked at me and didnt even smile. I walked right back out. Its a shame because it would have been convenient to come there. They will never see my face again! They deserve 0 stars!

Clean, but very high turnover with staff. The experienced staff does not stay. They need to focus on retention to keep faithful customers. Im now going to a new salon.

Just recently took my 3 daughters here to get their nails polished. I had taken them there once before and they had charged me $5 per child so I didnt ask how much it would be. After all 3 were finished and I went to pay and the guy told me it would be $24. I said wait, why? They had the nerve to say its $8 dollars for children to get their nails polished! I said I had been there before and only paid 5 and the guy laughed and said that was 2017 this is 2018. I didnt find it funny though. I told him they would not ever get any more of my money again. I will not be going back there again!

Ive been a regular for almost a year and the only reason that Ive stayed was because of Vivian, my nail tech. Even Vivian managed to upset me at least twice by not properly writing down my appointment time and pretty much blaming me (by speaking in Vietnamese to her coworkers.) I went in today to request any available appointment for a mani/pedi. I asked for Linda. Well Linda yells from her seat that shes busy all day. Okay. I ask if anyone else is available. I was asked what time I want to come back. I say in one hour. Man says, can you come in 4 hours. 🙄. Whatever. Sure. I ask who is my appointment with. I was told everyone is busy today. No appointments available. So why are you asking me to come back in 4 hours!!!??? Each time I go inside, no one greets you. They just ask what you need. They act as if your very presence is a complete inconvenience to them. Well so is my money. Im going elsewhere! ✌🏽️

Do Not Go Here ! Very Rude!!! My daughter, and I went to get our nails done on Saturday July 29,2017. We walked in and no one acknowledged us. Annie, and another nail tech looked at us, and continued doing nails. No hello or anything! We stood there for several minutes before Annie, the lady with glasses finally said anything to us. She was so rude! She did not say hello, or how can I help you. She just said pick out a nail color. My daughter and I, felt so unwelcome and I comfortable, that we just turned around and walked out. Then Annie says have a nice day. As we were leaving. What a rude, ignorant nasty woman. I hate to use the race card, but it made me wonder if she was being a Racist toward us. Thats how She made my 16 year old and I feel. Do not waste your money or time on this place. They are rude and they dont know how to treat people.

The first pedicure they try to offer you is $45. Most places start at $30. Their cheapest pedicure is so basic and they do such a terrible job its ridiculous. I would have given this shop a better rating however my 1st experience with them was not as good as others. It is a well-kept salon and the techs seem friendly enough. The language barrier is a bit of a problem as I had to repeat my preferred nail request several times. The color was all wrong and my nails were not what I expected.

Rude rude rude!!! There is a nail salon on every corner. Why deal with rudeness. I wasnt happy with my toe color and asked to see the color palette. Tracy and nya got an instant attitude and told me to get up and go get the palette, while my toes were in the middle of being worked on. Their tone was just nasty. Why give my money to a place who acts like that? Customer service is EVERYTHING!

I always believe in second chances but when I went back the 2nd time it was even worse. The two times I got pedicures I had a very rude middle aged man who talked the entire time to his employees. Which is very rude the pedicure was very short he rushed through it the entire time. Back to the first time I went I showed this older guy a picture of how I wanted my nails shaped. He did the complete opposite basically doing what he wanted to do he cut my fingers up through the whole process. The drills he was using on my nails where burning me. Although I literally live up the street where as tho I can walk if I wanted to I will NEVER GO BACK EVER AND SO SHOULD YOU. Its so hard to find a good salon and unfortunately this is not one you can call home. I hope that this review will help someone out DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Thee worst service ever! A male technician took me back for a pedicure, very rude and aggressive the entire time. I asked him to cut down my nails he refused with an attitude. IGNORANCEI just survived cancer and was looking forward to my first mani pedi since my diagnosis. I returned to the only salon Ive used in the area only to be turned away because my nails were dark. I explained I had cancer and that chemo not only makes your hair fall out but it darkens and weakens your nails. They told me to go elsewhere because they they didnt want to do it. I survived cancer only to be discriminated against in a nail salon. WOW!!!

HORRIFIC! Do not go here. I had the same experience as the previous review. My nails chipped the first day, the staff was RUDE and my nail was damaged from the tech #2 over-filing my nails. Some of the technicians are NOT LICENSED, please beware!
