I’ve been going to Gia for the past 6 weeks. She has won me over! When I show her pics of what I want, she nails it every time! Everyone is very nice and the service is great!

I’ve come here a few times before and this was the first time I had Johnny as my nail tech. He did a fabulous job! He was very professional, friendly, fast and efficient! They took me and my friend right on time for our appointment and just did a great job. I like coming here because it’s clean, I rarely have to wait even if I don’t make an appointment and they work quickly and do a good job at the same time. I highly recommend this place and Johnny is a great new addition in my opinion!

This my second time at this nail shop & I love it there but Yesterday was my first time having Johnny if y’all looking for a nail tech he’s definitely the 1 10/10 recommend you won’t be disappointed

My favorite place to get my nails done in the area. Never a really long wait during the weekdays and you can call ahead to get an appointment for the weekend. I enjoy Hanna doing my nails as she takes her time and does a great job! Some people made a comment that they are a little pricey, but you pay for what you get. My gel polish always last me until my next manicure/pedicure. Great service and the prices really aren’t that bad.

Had a wonderful and quick experience today. I was greeted as soon as entering the location and serviced immediately after. No aggressive signs written complaining of clients behavior and no misleading information regarding types of polishes used. I received service from a wonderful young man Edson. I will return. I only have 4 stars since this was my first experience.

I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years and I got my nails done by Johnny and Edson this past Tuesday and I’m absolutely in love! Edson did a great job on my gel pedicure and made sure to communicate with me about exactly what I wanted. Johnny did my full set and was completely gentle with my nail removal, made sure to take his time on shaping my nails, and did my nails exactly how I wanted. I will definitely be making my upcoming appointments with the both of them!

I had an appointment with Sara. I have been going to her for a couple of years and even through the pandemic. Sara became aggressive, rude, unprofessional, and impatient with me when I was trying to find a color to cover my nails. She made a scene in which the other customers in the salon were staring (probably in disbelief in the way she was talking at me so disrespectfully). Then she started talking bad about me in her language to the male operator seated next to her. It was one of the most stressful experiences that I have ever had as a paying customer for a service. This was an example of very poor customer service. I did not deserve to be treated that way. I would NEVER treat my customers that way, as they are the reason why you are In business. In addition, I hated the color that was applied to my nails but due to the aggression that I received at Nail Splash II, + Sara made it very clear to me that if the color goes on my naiIs and I dont like it, Im stuck with it. I will be going to another salon tomorrow to remove the dreadful color that was applied to my nails. I hope that no other customer gets treated the way that I did.

2nd visit to nail splash 11 and the nail tech was Gia because Edson was on vacation. Gia was very nice and knowledgeable about nail care. Loved her design she provided and she did a magnificent job on my hands and feet. Great job Gia and thanks for taking me today.

Great service and all of the nail technicians are good! They have EVERY GEL COLOR you would ever want to choose from and the wait is never very long. They do take walk-ins, but I suggest calling to make an appointment. Love this place!

A very bad service!! I came on Friday at 4 pm for a specific lady and the guy told me it will take an hour and if I can come back at 5pm. I told him ok no problem and as he said I came at 5. Then he asked me if I can come tomorrow because she already got someone!! I changed all my plans for that and now I’m stuck at 6pm with nothing need to find a new place. Then if you never been here before then I recommend to go to a different place. Business that don’t know how to treat his customers not deserve to get our money!

Good price. They didnt rush my nails. Wouldnt do the design I asked and didnt offer other options. They offer beverages but didnt offer when I came in. Soaked off my sns properly. Overall positive experience.

Rushed pedi. Came in at 4:26 she was done by 4:40. I asked for the honey pedicure but what I got was not as advertised. Said I would get a honey massage and I did not. I got a tablespoon of warm honey on the heels of my feet, wrapped in a towel for 5 minutes then just a pea sized amount of lotion on my legs. She used so little that my skin is still dry. Never again. I will just go somewhere else and happily pay more for better quality products and service.

Been coming here for gel mani and pedis for a few months now and I love them! The gel polish stays on long and doesnt chip like they do often at some other salons. I got the cat eye gel which came out great and they did such a terrific job. Will definitely come back here again.

My new favorite nail salon! My manicurist was so sweet and did an incredible job on my nails. My mani was three weeks ago and is still in perfect shape. Worth the wait for a walk in on the weekend.

Not professional and They really need to work on there customer service.I was there Last week scheduled appointment a week before and the lady and wasnt there.I end up with a different lady that was doing ok job but when I ask her to change the color only on one finger she came with an attitude.(And of course I didnt ask to do it for free)They not appreciate your business.I will definitely not coming back to this place.

Have been going to Nail Splash I for years and switched to Nail Splash II when they opened the 2nd location. There is plenty of parking. The salon is clean and airy with TVs to entertain you while you get your nails done. The pedicure selection is great, the chairs are comfortable and they use single use liners to make sure you get a clean experience every time. The staff is always quick to accommodate and the wait times are short (you DO expect longer wait times if youre a walk in client during peak hours or during peak hours+upcoming holidays). Its always a great experience at this place!

Ask for Winston. If you have any problems with your nails, he will gladly fix it for you. He has great customer service. He did my hands and toes very well. This was my first time coming here and I will be back . I have switched nail homes 5 times (this one being the 5th) and I think I finally found a permanent one. I know what my nails are suppose to look like and he does a very good job making sure that they look right. It’s also 7% off if you pay with cash there. But seriously, ASK FOR WINSTON. P.s...He’s not available on Sunday’s.

Horrible customer service. I sat for over 40 minutes when they told me 20 minutes. I watched people come in after me getting more then a fill in get serviced before me. I asked how much longer they tell 20 more minutes. A man walked in he wasnt there for more than 5 minutes and got service. Your loss... Horrible customer service.

My nails always look flawless and last a long time.

I have to just give up on this shop. I always have some issue. On my past visit they applied the wrong color polish ....neon pink i explained several times it was the wrong color. The solutio was to add the color I asked for as the final coat. Needless to say one week later the neon is bleeding through and my color is lifting horribly! Im done!

Shara has been doing my family nails for a while so I sent her my girlfriend and she did a horrible job, she told her your nails short and wide and my girl asked for stones and she told her you dont need no stones, next she didnt do a good job on her nails and then going tell her she needs to pay 10 dollars to soak them off, this was the worst service in over 6 years...I will never return
