Absolutely horrible service. Arrived when they opened at 9am and didn’t leave until 11:30 and left with a garbage set of dip nails. I was left to soak for 45+ minutes while the nail tech went and did a full pedicure on someone else. By the time someone got back around to me, the set me up with a tech who had the shakiest hands I have ever seen. I tried being really patient with him because I knew he was doing his best. But my nails didn’t look great when they were done. I just paid and left because I had been there for so long at that point.

I just moved here and I absolutely love this nail salon! The nail tech did my nails (a full set) and she did such an amazing job! She took her time to make sure they looked great and wasnt in a rush.

They did really good on my acrylics and they did what I had as a picture! There massage was good too! I recommend this place bc this was a really short wait too! Not very pricey but it can take money! The art was also pretty good.

I just moved here and decided to try this Salon. I only go there for a pedicure but my tech does any amazing job!!! Very friendly atmosphere. What a fun experience.

I had reservations for 7 for my daughters birthday. Some were manicures, some were pedicures and a couple were both. This was explained when we made the reservation. They took the pedicures back first and about 40 minutes later took the first manicure. We were there for almost 2 hours and the other person that just wanted a manicure was never waited on. Most of the staff was friendly and did a good job. One was not and my 10 year old could have painted nails better

My tech does the best pedicures! I did the ultimate pedicure with gel and had the best leg ever. She very good at applying the gel polish so that it wasnt streaky. Will be back for sure! ​

I also got the gel extensions and they are AMAZING!! My nail tech did them and I asked for a specific design and she NAILED IT! The staff was wonderful and I loved my service. Would definitely recommend.

I just got my nails done here today! I asked for just gel polish, no manicure or anything, but they still filed and trimmed my nails, which was great. The service was nice and quick, and the results look great.

I walked into another salon on a Friday afternoon but it was a minimum 30 min wait.. Eve was busy but I was greeted immediately and they took me to a chair immediately! He did a great job and if I were a local, Id come here every time!

I was told this salon was very clean and the employees were very nice. I went on a whim and it’s been almost 3 weeks and they still look really nice. I’m going for a fill in tomorrow. He did exactly what I’d asked him to do. I’m very very pleased with the salon, employees and service I had.

She did an amazing job on my first pedicure. She did her best not to tickle me. There was a little bit of wait time, but it was worth it.

This is my first and last time ever coming in here. My nail tech was rushed and wreckless. I was in pain the whole time he was doing my nails. And to top it all off he completely ripped my natural nails off leaving most of my nail bed exposed and the last little bit of nail I have paper thin. I am not a sensitive person but I had tears in my eyes through the whole experience. I do NOT recommend coming here. For now on I will stick with obky.

I made an appointment and got in right at my appointment time. My full set of liquid gel nails did take about an hour, but it was a busy Saturday right before Mothers Day and they were packed. Even if it wasnt busy, as beautiful as my nails look, that hour was well worth it! They are strong and flawless! Lee was so nice and greeted every customer that came in. Eve Nails is definitely my go to place from now on!

First owner was great - I really liked Nam Le, his wife did my fill-in once and I was not too pleased. I had gone to Henry at Pro Nails and loved him. He later came to Eve and I went to him until he left. Jason (current co-owner) worked there before Nam Le and Jan moved to FL. Nam Le told me to go to Jason after he left. I did and I have been very satisfied. His mother gave me a pedicure recently and I told her and Jason that it was the best one I had ever had.

HORRIBLE experience! I’ve also heard of other people treated poorly here and being made fun of and ridiculed. They don’t do a very good job either and continuously try to talk you into spending more money after I said no about 5 times. Don’t waste your money on this place!

Traveling and happy to be close to this salon. Glad too that I didnt pay attention to previous reviews about the owners wife. The skinny girl whos name is Nina was sweet as she could be, not rude. She did a fantastic job on my nails. She didnt speak English (other than a few words), which may have been why others thought she was rude, but she smiled and never twisted my hands/fingers as others have said. Great price, great job, Id go back in a heartbeat if/when Im in the area!

This was the worst experience i’ve had. First it stinks like a burrito in there. Next it was wayyy overpriced! He did a sloppy job, pulled at our fingers, and left our old polish on!! And charged us 60 bucks for it

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this was a horrendous experience. I started with a pedicure. I stated I would like white about 4 times and they painted my toes coral. Not a huge deal. It was for prom and still matched my look, but not at all what I wanted. Next we move into the true nightmare. I had been growing my nails out for months. I swore I would never get acrylic again. I tell him the design I want. The picture is on acrylic nails, so I say, I want this design, but on my natural nails. Again, I said this 4 or more times. Then he began cutting off my grown out natural nails. I wanted to cry. But its fine, maybe they will turn out just like the picture and Ill love them. Shockingly enough, they did! But the biggest nightmare of all comes a few weeks later when my sister soaked them off for me. She is an aspiring nail tech and IMMEDIATELY noticed the product used on the white portion of my pink to white ombre nails was MMA. If you do not know, MMA is an illegal type of acrylic in the United States because it is toxic and very dangerous to the nails and skin. It is incredibly cheap, but crazy strong. When attempting to soak it off it dries quickly and is incredibly difficult to work with. It comes off in sticky balls of stretchy acrylic. I wish I never would have gone to EVE NAILS because the did not listen to a word I said and used a toxic and illegal acrylic on me.

I have been going to Eve Nails for years now! They go above and beyond for their customers always! I never leave disappointed. I highly recommend them!

This place does an amazing job Jason is really good and I am sure several others in there do as well. However for now on I will request that the skinny cute girl will not do my nails, she was rude and made me very uncomfortable. Making faces at me, yanking my hand. Then my hand slipped and she rudely told me I could have caused her to file her own finger and she did not want that, she told me twice. I told her I have been getting nails since middle school and it’s the first it had ever happened. It was not that dramatic of a case for her to even say that. I find good in all people and tried to be nice, so I said they look great, you did a good job, and she said it’s your nails not mine. I said wow she said I am just honest. I usually do not write reviews such as this, but I want them to address her because this business is too beautiful for one person’s terrible attitude to mess it up. Then she was going to bash my previous nail job which was beautiful, way better than she did. She made a disgusted face and said where did you get these done, I said here and she changed her tone. However the men in there are wonderful and the other lady with the glasses she is sweet. I am will go back but will refuse service from the young rude girl. She has potential and I sure one day can be great, needs some training from Jason!! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the way she treated me.

Amazing place! Great Service! Loved my ultimate pedicure. Took my girlfriend for her birthday. I let her pick the place since I dont live in Owensboro. Eves had great natural lighting, very open salon (doesnt feel like you are sitting on top of the next customer), and very clean feeling.

Manicure. Ive been several times. Henry is very good. One guy put way too many layers on, peeled too soon. One girl was rude to me because I could not get the light to come on while drying. The last visit was probably the best. Young, quiet, shy, female did my mani. She is the best so far. I wish I knew her name

I have been coming here since they opened and absolutely love the friendliness of the staff and owners. Highly recommended. They have a childs chair for the little ones to get their pedicure also.

This place is a mess. They have only a few nail techs who are overworked and the wait is always long. Understanding most places have a wait, what makes this place terrible is the service received. The techs are terrible with communicating what is going on and are very short to customers. Also, I went to get my acrylics off, and instead of soaking and filing down the nail, they peel it off and do a terrible job getting all of that acrylic off safely. The job is pretty sloppy everytime. Overworked staff gets you that. Would not recommend. Service is rude and impersonal.

So I absolutely love this salon the only one in town I go to but now I get what all the reviews are saying from other pages if you go here don’t get the the girl with long hair who always has it in a ponytail with bump on top I think I have read that she is the owners wife? I have never had someone be so rough and pushy and impatient while getting my nails done never before left a salon of any kind in a worse mood then I went in with she is definitely not meant for customer service I really am just blown away by how horrible this whole experience was and the fact that none of what happened was out right rudeness but was all rude none the same 🤦🏻‍♀️ Like she would jerk my hand or pull if I was taking to long to switch hands Or just stare at me with the this horrible jerky look like I’m a very happy friendly person but stuff like this really irritates me Well anyway eve nails and spa is a wonderful establishment with awesome staff an I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their nails done but if you would rather not have a unpleasant experience try to get someone other then her just a suggestion but I will NEVER have her do my nails again or my toes!- on the receipt it says her name is Jane

I got my nails Shellaced and the paint on the nails peeled within and week and a half. The nails were nicely painted but I do not recommend going to Eve Nails.

I have been going there since it opened. It has progressively gone downhill. It is down to only a few rude employees. Today was the final straw. The owners (?) Wife was extremely rude and physically hurtful. I will not go back. Such a nice clean place....but bad personnel.

Thats what I got from him at least, I accidentally opened something and it fell on the floor and when I tried to help pick them up he told.me DONT TOUCH that set it off for me Ill take my rich money and go someplace else!!
