I havent had my nails done professionally in 20 years. I just stopped doing it and grew my own. After a surgery my nails began breaking and stayed short. My wedding anniversary is coming up and I wanted pretty nails. My sister in law recommended this place so off we went. Instantly walking in we were greeted with smile. Nail color selection was so easy. They had painted nails on a ring. I got Leon. Everyone was so nice and friendly, even the other customers were carrying on conversations. I immediately felt comfortable. Leon was so professional and did a great job on my nails. Exactly how I wanted them. My ONLY complaint are that my nails are a little longer than I like. But that is at zero fault of Leon. Thats my fault... I have a feeling I just have to get used to nails again LOL... I will be back regularly now and I will request Leon. Ill ask for shorter next time haha! For $30 plus a $5 tip this place is very affordable. I think Ill start doing pedicures as well. Why not?! Thanks for an amazing experience. See yall next time!!

They always do a top quality job on everything they do. They never cut corners and make sure that everything is satisfactory. I appreciate that. I will tell you another thing about this place. They never treat anyone any more special then the other that comes in. No matter if you are rich or poor. They are equally kind and respectful to all. I bring this up because I was at another nail place on 54, and they gave this lady special treatment over others because she had money. That was the last time I went there.

They cant even do ombre nails. If your looking for something simple they might be fine...but if you want your nails to stand out and be complimented do not go to them

Because they are so busy they dont take the time with each person to make sure their nails come out great. One on my nails came off before i even got to my car.

I got there at 5:45 they told me it would be 30 min wait.. waited a hr finally got my toes done in the middle of her doing my toes they tell me they are closing & I have to come back tomorrow & hopefully I’m one of the first here or I’ll have to wait again mins you it’s 8mins until 8. So much for a 30 mins wait & the could of told me before I got my toe done they could do it all I would have left instead of waiting around expecting my nails to get done as well. This is my second visit in a row having and issue I will not return.

The first time I came here, I thought they did a nice job. I got a fill in on my acrylics. 5 days later 2 of my nails had snapped, so I went back in to go get those 2 nails repaired. On the first nail, the man was extremely rough and careless and made my nail bleed. On the 2nd repair nail (pics), the man ripped my real nail off. My nail was bleeding really bad and he just kept going. He dug into my real nail and ripped it off. The man was EXTREMELY rude to me and laughed in my face. I had to go to the dr afterwards because my nail bed was out and I didn’t want an infection. DO NOT GO HERE. I will be reporting them to the board.

This so the second time Ive gone for a pedicure here. Ive had friends who had great experiences. I do not often treat myself, and was extremely disappointed with my pedicure both times. The nail tech was not present really. I repeatedly mentioned that I wanted the deluxe pedicure (I watched my male friend get this service the first time I went, and they massaged his legs and feet for literally 30 mins). I stand all day and really went for that service. She massaged my feet and legs for maybe 5 minutes, with one hand, while she stared out the door. I will not be back

I was completely unhappy with the service I received, not pleased with the service very poor communication. I set for one hour,when I was told it would be 30 minutes. So No stars for Le Nails and I will not go back there

Nail color selection was awesome! The durability of the nails was great! My only complaint was the customer service they lack in big time. Not personable and to be told I’m picky and go somewhere else blew my mind. Money in America must be that good huh.... my money my nails what the point of asking how I like them and it’s your job to do them how I want it? Isn’t that the point of going to nail places? Your suppose to feel good not ran off.

They was very rude and didnt take the time with what they was doing I was wanting nails for my wedding showed her 3 different pics told me no asked if she could do a glitter look said no they dont do glitter when two people with me got glitter Im going to get my nails fixed some where else they look awful very unhappy

B is AMAZING!! Ive went to him a handful of times and will never go anywhere else for my nails. He is very talented and takes his time to make sure you leave with exactly what you wanted. He pays alot of attention to detail and is passionate about his work!!!

Best place on the west side. I have never had a bad experience. I dont do acrylics or gels.... Just my own nails.

This is by far my favorite place in owensboro!! I have been here for almost 3 years and to a lot of nail places here and finally found what I have been looking for. The place is very clean, no clutter, modern, nice music, really friendly, make you feel comfortable. They actually listened to exactly what I wanted. I like long nails with style and design, no one in Owensboro could give me that so I always had to just settle with what they could do or the colors they had. The shape is perfect, every nail is straight, he took his time and made sure they were even and straight. So excited to go back in a couple weeks!!

Fabulous salon!! I went during busy hours and set an appointment for 5pm. Setting appointments are easy and when the salon isnt busy youll get grand service. In and out in no time with nails that shine.

This used to be my go to place. The service has just gotten bad over time. I sat there for over an hour waiting on a pedicure until the water was ice cold and the woman had gotten up 2 times to service other customers. I had a wedding to attend and due to this horrible service and waiting and not finished pedicure my feet looked horrible and I missed my hair appointment. I will not be going back to this salon, EVER! I do not recommend this salon to anyone, EVER! I will drive to Evansville if I have to.

Good place but you need to be particular about who does your nails. My daughter had her toes done and they looked horrible

I went to this place for a new set and one of the ladies seemed upset just because she was doing my nails. She was cutting my nails and broke two of them and it drew blood and she was upset because I told her it was hurting me. She said “you shouldn’t be getting your nails done if your that sensitive.” I’ve never had someone to do my nails that hard. She was rude to me the entire time I was there. I told her to just take my nails off and i was going to leave and just forget about doing my nails I couldn’t take it they way they was treating me. When she was done she told me to just leave and get someone else to do my nails.

They were rude. The procedure they used on my nails resulted in 2 injuries to my fingers. The dip process they used was well overpriced.
