Amber has been my stylist for years now. She never ceases to amaze me. She constantly learns new techniques and color formulas. Shes experienced but not stale or complacent in her career.

There is this girl named Crystal who makes You an appointment and Never shows up. This Establishment shouldnt allow this kind of behavior.

I sat an appointment up for myself and my daughter for 5:30 upon arrival we were told by heather that she was running a little behind and that she would be with us as soon as possible. We waited patiently in the lobby thinking it wouldnt be too long before we would be in the chair. We ended up waiting 2 hours and finally decided to just leave ... No curtosey call to let us know she was running behind, told us she was finishing a cut on a girl and then once done told us she had to finish up yet another client, so my daughter left upset because she had waited for her hair to be done and nothing... 2 hours of waiting and she STILL wasnt finished when we finally walked out at 7:20 pm after waiting since 5:20 pm.

GREAT salon!!! Very clean, wonderful staff, nice location. I was very happy with Ms. Katie Ray. She did a phenomenal job fixing my mess of hair :)

Lacy Howard is my hair stylists at Bella Vita Salon and I cant give her enough praise!! Not only is she want to be only a few hairstyles I know that can successfully turn brown hair to blonde without it being yellow, Lacy is well knowledge in her profession!! I had breakage in my hair a lot of it to be honest. Lacey told me I needed to eat more protein in my daily diet and drink more fluids. She also told me different products to use that would help protect my hair and not create buildup. This wasnt information Lacy gave to me so she could sell her products, because most of the things she recommended to me were products from Ulta, online stores, and etc. Recommended titanium styling tools to reduce damage. I have listened to her advice to a T and within 3 months it is absolutely extraordinary how much of a difference it has made!! I practically dont have any hair breakage. Because of that my hair is actually getting longer instead of breaking before it can get any length to it! I can literally go on and on about all the differences listening to her share knowledge and personalised plan, has made to my hair!

It was absolutely amazing, my stylist Lacie is a miracle worker. I would highly recommend her,my husbands face light up when I got home!!

Crystal King destroyed my hair and when I posted it publicly to warn others my rating was deleted and she had her mom get online lying for her saying she didnt screw my hair up after she did. My hair was right above my butt and brown and I showed her a bayalage and told her I wanted to keep my length and knew it would take multiple sessions to get to the blonde, she FRIED my hair and left an orange blob all over my head except my roots....then lied and said it didnt look like that when I left but yet she took before pictures and never wanted to take after. She tried to take 80$ for her screw up until I threatened to take her to small claims court then she gave me back 50$. DO NOT GO TO HER. The other girls in there I seen did really great but she fd my hair all up.
