Fun people in a fun environment. Even the customers seemed to be there to have fun. AND they did a terrific job! Very reasonably priced and efficient. Very pleased, all the way around. Thank you VIP Nails!

I wish I had a better experience at this salon because they did a great job on my nails. However, I will not be returning. They did not inform me upon arrival that it would be an hour wait and failed to mention customers constantly sign in and come back later (so the wait can appear shorter than it truly is). After I waited an hour patiently, I asked why I had waited so long and how much longer it would be. For this action, my nail technician barely spoke to me the entire time. Make sure you bring cash because it is a 4% charge to use a card. Luckily, I called ahead and found out this information and that my gel manicure should cost $30. Once it was time to pay, however, I was told it was $40. The employee just took the $40 and walked away. Not sure if they just tipped themselves $10 assuming I would not tip or I was charged extra for requesting an extra coat of nail polish. WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN.

4/15- Went back for a fill in and they did another great job. Nail tech took his time and was gentle.I came in with a train wreck of nails (from another salon) and some pretty bad feet. They did a great job! Took their time and made sure to ask if things were okay, if I liked it, etc. First thing I noticed was the plexiglass, disinfectant spray, hand sanitizer and they were doing their best with social distancing. Unfortunately I didnt get the name of the woman who performed my pedicure but she did a great job, even applied acrylic to give me normal looking toenails, just like I asked! My nails look great and she was very helpful with colors. I like the system they have for signing in also. I will definitely be back!

Everyone was very nice. It was very crowded but the wait wasnt too bad. They use liners for the pedicure chairs and opened sterilized equipment packages in front of the person before using it.

Pedro is a superb artist in the craft of nails! It was an honor to meet him!

Always do a great job. The only bad thing I could say is most of the time you have to wait a long time to get your nails done.

Everything was great, he even stayed late to finish my nails. Prices are very reasonable. None have fallen off or wobbled in the slightest for the past 3weeks. Although, after a week they looked grown out significantly more than it has from when Ive gotten them done else where. Not sure if they purposefully do this so you come back sooner or if my nails have decided to take a growing spree, lol who knows

Kim is extremely rude, and is not near as good as the people that work for her. She doesn’t seem to care about mistakes she makes and her attitude needs to have a serious change. She thinks because she runs the place that she can do whatever she wants. Bobbi and Tim are amazing and fun to talk to so if you have to go to Vip salon my advice would be to request them and stay as far away as you can to Kim.

Rude period didnt do what I wanted did a different design then what I asked and told me my nails were too small to do a design.

I damn near fell asleep via the pedi I received.

I typically do not write reviews but I had such a bad experience that it is worthy of sharing so others do not make the mistake of wasting your money at this place. I had my nails done on a Monday afternoon. On Tuesday one of my nails came off so I went back Wednesday to have it fixed. Got it fixed and Thursday another nail fell off. So on Friday I make another trip there to have my nail fixed a second time. I waited for over an hour to have my nail fixed and they acted like I had purposely taken the nail off myself or something. The lady who did my nails ( first seat on the right when you walk in) was the rudest person I have ever met. I tried to talk to her while getting my nail fixed and she wouldn’t even respond. She never once looked me in the eye or even looked up. When she finished I told her thank you and she walked off without saying a word back to me. If you are looking for quality service and a friendly atmosphere this is definitely not the place for you. I will never be back and I will make sure all of my friends know how absolutely terrible this place is.

I love VIP nails. I get my pedicures here. The staff are friendly and the pedicure is meticulously, luxuriously done. The massage chairs are an added bonus.

Great place for a walk-in visit. Lots of customers, but I was still able to be in and out pretty quickly for a pedicure. Nail tech was a really nice guy and did a great job. Business appeared to be very clean and kept everything hygienic, too.

Acrylic was so thick that the nail kept falling off. They also made fun of the color I chose! Why make fun of the color when you own it?! I go to a place in Evansville now and have no problems!

Would not take a gift certificate. Federal law says they are good for five years it was two years. Guess they set their own laws

This was my first time here, I had a great experience. There was a little bit of a wait but every spot was full so they were going as fast as possible. There was a fun banter back and forth between regular customers and staff.The lady that did my pedicure was very nice, I feel bad I didnt ask her name. We talked quite a bit but the conversation wasnt forced. I paid the price listed on the sign, which never seemed to happen where I use to go. (It was basically at their discretion how much they charged per person, like charging u $5 extra to remove old paint.) This place was also well ventilated, which I appreciate. Literally the only downside was the pedicure chair was pretty uncomfortable and made my bottom sore but I wasnt in it forever so not that big of a deal.

Ive been to other salons, but I always come back to this one! They always do a better a job, really nice, n cheaper than the places Ive been to also! This girl is not going anywhere else again, not worth it! Thank you V I P!!!

Best pedicures in town.. I just wish they had a better color selection for regular polish. As of April 2018, theyve raised their prices. Pedicures are now $27, dip powder is $35 & up, P&W full set is $50

If I could leave a negative number for a review i would. The older woman(i guess the owner) who sits the first seat on the right was extremely rude. Everytime i asked her a question when choosing the style for my nails that i had a picture of, she would answer rudely or ignore me. I even asked to see the colors on the paper towel as i wanted sparkle. She refused telling me to hurry up and and just pick a color.. So i did. When she applied the color i couldnt even see the sparkle. I said i dont like that can we try another color please. She told me she is too busy to deal with me as she was shouting at me and rambling. I left with overfiled nails and no fingernail polish on my nails. My first time there and definitely my last time there unfortunately. I will never go back there. I had to find another nail place to fix their mess.

The people there are so nice to you and theyre not rude with you and they pay attention to you and your needs so I recommend definitely recommend these good people

My wife just left this place of business very upset after the manager spoke to her very rudely and told her if she didnt like them putting others in front of her she could just leave. Extremely bad customer service.

They ruined my acrylic nails and when i asked for my money back threatened to call the police. they were the worst nails i’ve ever had done and there weren’t any friendly faces there the whole time. i wasted $35 on them.

I keep telling my self I’ll never go back ... I have in grown toenails and arthritis in my big toes ... the owner and girl doing my toes were making fun of my feet ... ( you can tell there making fun of you talking in they’re language and staring at your feet ... right ) I usually have my nails done in Dallas when I go visit my son .... Dallas knows what they’re doing and have up to date colors ... the place has old polish which make your toes look like ____.... I need a pedicure place in Owensboro ky does anyone know of one other than these places that don’t care about and make fun of you ..

Was horrible!!!!! The lady that did my nails was like the owner she was so Rude to me!!! It was my first time here wanted to try it because I was close. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!! My nails look really bad and they have uneven coats of paint ugh. I will make sure to go to TOP NAILS next time. Their the BEST place I have found yet.

I always go here. Everyone is friendly. They talk and laugh with everyone. Sometimes the wait is long but thats a sign people love it there.

Didnt have to wait on a busy Sunday opening time, but the service was not friendly and the gel manicure I got seemed pretty rushed.

Had a full set put on and I already need them filled in. They were looking bad within 3 days. The gentleman that did my pedi did a good job though.

Worse pedicure Ive ever had. I have first degree burns on my feet and lower legs, then had a horrible scrub put on and rubbed on my legs that hurt. The paint is super messy, my toe nails are all different shapes, not even at all! Worse experience ever! And no one asked if it was okay. I had been going to same place for 12 years and just recently got transferred in the military here! Will definitely never go back!!!!

Not a great experience. I had to wait 45 minutes to get my nails dipped. When I was done they looked terrible. They had dips in them, and they didnt clean up after so I had stuff under my nails and on the skin beside each nail. Within 3 days, the clear polish started coming off.

I just walked out of there .......baby I can take my lil 70 dollars somewhere else....I walked in no one greeted me... Everybody looking me upside my head including staff. One of the staff walked by me, looked me in my face and didnt speak back....... then some lady came from the back like what you want? .....Im like ....HI HOW ARE YOU? she said, hi ...what you need?.... I said I dont need anything from you.... and walked out.....I will never give my money where Im not wanted or treated like a number.....ABSURDLY RUDE

The staff didnt allow me to keep the chair remote, to adjust the massager to my preferences during my pedicure. They were also bit pushy.

Not very impressed, charged me $50 for cat eyes an it had chipped in a week, can go to tell city for $30 an it actually last 2 or 3 full weeks, didnt even have the nails a week an already looked like I had them done 3 weeks or longer.

Worst experience!!! Never again. I never leave reviews so take this seriously DONT let them eat your money. They are rude and bad service! My nails look like a 10yr old has done them!!!
