This place is so nice! I received a couples massage and it was the best one weve ever received! Scarlett was the best! Shes really good at what she does! I love the assortment of items for purchase and the assortment of services offered. I would reccomend heavily to anyone looking for these services!

My daughter got a haircut here recently and it’s uneven. She is completely embarrassed and upset. We will never go back to this place. The haircut lasted less than 10 minutes and the lady sat down the whole time. Her name was Nancy. She had the guts to tell my daughter that she normally charges $70 for haircuts but told her she would only charge her $30 for this time. Do not go here.

I had a massage at Allure and wouldnt recommend them. The massage therapist didnt make me feel comfortable. I was getting these weird vibes, almost like she didnt want to be there. I would rather go to a private practice where there arent so many distractions. The place is too busy.

Love this place! I’ve been going here since I was a little girl along with my mom, aunts, and grandmothers. We love the staff, they are so warm and inviting. Best pedicure and manicure you can get in Owensboro. Would 100% recommend going here!!

I just had my nails done by Vicky and she did an excellent job, with very much attention to detail. My nails were in great need of rehab and she employed a number of different techniques to solve various different problems. She is also a lovely person to chat with - which is important when you are sitting there holding hands for nearly 2 hours! :)

I have been getting my nails done with Debbie Sosh ever since shes been at Allure Salon but a big big and going to Debbie in 2002 when she was at another location. Samantha Crisp does a wonderful job on styling and coloring my hair my hair also. Today Samantha was on vacation and Rita Woolen did my hair and did a wonderful job also. you cant go wrong with anyone at Allure Salon and Spa.

If I could give no stars, I would. Legit the most disrespectful staff and “Manager” I’ve ever met. They got tons of bad reviews on Facebook so they started blocking people from their page since they couldn’t delete the reviews. I’ve had an awful experience with them, as well as 2 of my friends that I know of. If you want to be treated nicely, stay away from this place.

Friendly employees, cozy atmosphere. Ive had a massage and a mani/pedi there and will be a repeat customer. They offer various gift certificates for products and services. Their Saturday hours are a nice bonus for those who work during the week.

Zina has taken care of my nails for 12 years, and someone compliments them at least once a week. Everyone there is friendly--a great atmosphere.

Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. Bought my wife a gift certificate and the hard copy was lost. I called the manager she was completely and thoroughly rude and unhelpful. She said there was nothing they could do even though she had records written down of the purchase but refused to offer any solution other than Im sure you will find it.

OFF; BEFORE WRAP LOOK 9 MO. PREGNANT AFTER WRAP LOOK LIKE 7 MONTHS PREGNANT!!! THEN THEY SAID WELL BECAUSE OF YOUR CONDITIONS IT DIDNT WORK RIGHT!!! REALLY YOU SAID THAT MY ISSUES WOULDNT MATTER, BUT CHANGED IT AFTER I PAID FOR THE BODY WRAP, YOURE MISS LEADING CUSTOMERS TELL THE TRUTH, I WOULDNT HAVE PAID $95.00 IN THE FIRST PLACE, YOU SHOULD ASHAMED OF YOURSELF, AND I COMPLAINED, SHE SAID OH WELL YOU DID LOSE A LITTLE!!! I HOPE PEOPLE READ THIS THIS, AND SEE WHAT YOU REALLY ARE LIRAS!!! THIS IS THE POOREST RATING EVER, I RATE 0, YEAH ITS RIGHT 0!!!

You completely destroyed my friend’s hair and then charged her $150 and refused to make things right. As a stylist, if you aren’t 100% confident you can do what a client is asking, THAT IS ON YOU to say that before destroying someone’s hair. If you thought her hair wasn’t in a condition that would allow you to do what she wanted, YOU should have communicated that. Your dye job looked like something a drunk college student would do. Literally huge blotches of bleach. And the way you treated her afterwards is absolutely appalling. I will make sure no one I know comes back to you. All I have to do is show them the pictures of her hair.
