I took my car into Gregs to fix a body issue with my fender. They fixed the fender great...but when I picked my car back up, my battery was completely dead. An issue I never had until after I dropped it off at Gregs.I repeatedly told their shop manager that they are the cause of my battery dying and they wouldnt take responsibility for it. Instead, they told me to take it to Auto-Zone.Body work looked great...but they will not take ownership for killing my battery. Especially since I paid full price for the body work before I picked my car back up.If youre desperate, use Gregs...but I suggest going anywhere else.

This makes the third time Ive had one of my cars at Gregs and will have to say they do good work and I would recommend Gregs to all my family and friends.Thank you guys

I waited 4 weeks for tires to come in, they said they would be there two days after i ordered them. I called today to see if they were in they never asked my name or tire size or vehicle, but they said they were coming in today. I never got a call. They were rather rude when I called. So i went to VC’s across the street they had my tire size and got a oil change as well and got me in the same day to change all four tires i do not recommend Gregs auto shop to anyone. Also they wanted 200 dollars to touch up a few scratches on my truck. I went to auto zone got a paint pen and they made sure it was the right color for my vehicle and i did it myself and it only cost 16.00 Gregs is a rip off

Bad bad service! Not even one phone call from them to let me know what was going on.. they were to scared to work on my brakes so it was towed to another garage! I dont reccomend this place!

Customer service was okay, rices are pretty high, but other than that, no complaints.

Had body work done there for the first time. They gave me a nice car to drive while mine was being fixed. Talk to ERNIE and you won’t have any problems.

Ernie is the best. His estimates are quick, fair and accurate.

They really go the extra mile to save you money and get you back on the road fast.

Have done business a lot with them in the past. Called them asking about having a ball joint replaced. Guy on the phone acted like I was a burden to him and that he really didn’t have time to take care of me. Also said that I couldn’t bring the vehicle down, you now have to make an “appointment.” Went to Beckman Tire and they got me in that day, we’re cheaper, and also had my vehicle done in a few hours. Won’t be returning to Greg’s anymore.

He was very considerate and explain in detail about the work that needed to be done. Awesome service.

I work as a Director of Transportation for a local fleet in Owensboro. Any time we have needed body repair on one of our vehicles, Gregs is our first choice. They have continuously delivered great customer service and collision repair time and time again.

I moved in right behind the shop recently so I went to Gregs for the first time and I have to say; the prices were fair, the people were nice, and they had my car ready in no time. Also very good towing prices.

Was trying to buy a car from them. Didnt even have the oradasity to call me back after calling three times and tell me the price. Not to mention I was on hold for over 30 minutes and the receptioniest was rude as Ill get out. Wouldnt buy a thing from this place.

They seem to be decent people. They were chosen at random when I was hit by truck and needed a tow. Seemed overpriced but full coverage got it.
