We live in evansville and had to rent a tow dolly to come pick our vehicle up from here. They had the keys and were gonna be closed when we got there. We called 2 hours ahead and asked them to put the keys above the visor. After renting tow dolly and driving there to get car, the keys were not left above the visor or in the car, we tried to call but of course they were closed. We called the next day because due to THEIR error, we are going to have to pay another say for tow dolly and although they ADMITTED it was their mistake said they didnt know what to tell us about the cost of extra day rental on tow dolly. Not to mention gas for 2 trips there and they were completely rude and unhelpful. Said car had been sitting there for a long time and it has been there for a week. We live in another town and so made arrangements to pick up and did our part but they for sure didnt do theirs. I hope you all find nicer place with nicer people to go for your tire needs.

Were very helpful and worked to save me money instead of trying to make more money. They gave me the cheapest option to fix the problem.

They are always very nice to me.I have the Bruners Coin Shop at 1628 Triplett street and I know you have to fair and honest with people. That is how they are. I have no problem with the fellow at the counter today.

I gave the man in charge instructions to put my old rims in the boxes I had because I just put new front and back seats in my Jeep and he did not put them back in the boxes and the old rims was against my new seats . Had new mags put on and he put the old lug nuts back on instead of the new ones that matched my new rims. It took a long time. I would not recommend this Bowen Tire to anyone.

Went in for alignment after suspension parts were replaced at a mechanic shop and visiting both Bowen tire shops to get an alignment on my Lincoln LS, Brady and his team at both shops said that the alignment was Dead on where its supposed to be, but yet the car still pulled to either directions and the steering wheel shimmys, and did not fix the problem and I am unsatisfied never will I return to a Bowen tire shop for any type of service nor Wil I recommend anyone to go there, had to take it to another alignment shop for them to actually fix the problem
