I have lived hear about a year and have recently renewed my lease. I have really enjoyed my time here and I have had to spend alot of time at my apartment due to working from home this year. The apartments are quiet. The management extremely responsive and respectful. Also the amount of space I get for my money is amazing. It is also very safe and comfortable.
Really enjoyed living here. Best team of management I’ve ever had. Friendly and timely maintenance staff as well. Had to move due to work but wish we could have stayed otherwise. Clean and quiet complex and neighborhood. Thank you Treetop for a great renting experience.
Simply the best apartment complex in OPK. Great staff and especially wonderful units in a perfect location, can’t go wrong here. I was at a loss on where to find a place to stay and the team was extremely helpful in getting me taken care of. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great complex, safe, and in a family friendly neighborhood. Brittany is simply the best apartment manager EVER!!!
I absolutely love living here! The ladies in the office, Amanda and Brittany, are super friendly and helpful. They are organized and actually take the time and effort to take care of the tenants. If maintenance is needed, repairs have been taken care of in a timely manner. Emil and Luis, the gentlemen who take care of repairs, do a terrific job and are pleasant to interact with.Thank you all for everything you do...it is greatly appreciated!Sincerely,Brenda V.
Do not rent here, not because of the staff or the property but rather the way the property management company runs. They arent willing to make changes that the staff feel are needed, they dont hire enough maintenance workers so work orders take entirely too long and they try and take advantage of those who dont know their rights. I would love to deal with this staff any day and enjoyed my years with them.
These apartments are affordable and while they arent fancy, they have huge kitchens (seriously great size) and everything works. If anything breaks, its fixed very quickly. Work orders are done within 24 hours basically every time, the staff is very friendly and relaxed. I have been here a little over 2 years and will continue to live here for the foreseeable future. Utilities are reasonable, parking is ample (on about half the complex, the other half has a little less room due to more multicar households), and its close to the highways and basically any shopping you might need. Having the W/D hookups is great! Pet rent is about average. Its also fairly quiet, Ive never really had issues with people being loud late into the night, although of course you can hear your neighbor walking around sometimes etc. The neighborhood is lovely and very safe, I walk around it all the time. They treat for bugs frequently so its rare I see any. I highly recommend these apartments if you want an affordable place thats well maintained with great staff.
I’ve been renting here for about 3 years now. I honestly never want to leave. The staff here are EXTREMELY AMAZING.The management and leasing team Amanda and Brittany are just fantastic. They understand life happens and are welling to help you out when times are hard.Tree Top Lodge has an outstanding maintenance team they get things done in a timely fashion!!! I had a one bedroom which was H U G E. My goodness beautiful open kitchen just plan luxury. Very spacious and comfortable! Since I started a family I’m now renting a two bed one bath!! Boy oh boy It’s H U G E R “ if that’s a word” Every unit has a washer and dryer hook up AMAZING ! But overall this is a really is a amazing place to live. It’s a welcoming community and everyone that rents here are really really nice people I’m sooo glad Tree Top lodge is my home !
We moved here about 3yrs old and we love it ever since. We don’t have pets but they have the cuteness play area for your furry family member. If you have kids the schools are a hop, skip, jump away, literally. The small community is friendly and pleasant. The units are spacious, we started in a townhome which are huge... the bedrooms are huge. We just downsized to a loft which is AWESOME. No complaints here 🥰😍.
I just moved here, but so far so freaking good. Move was easy and apartment is as expected! I hope its as good as it feels, but with all the great reviews Ive read Im so glad I chose this place! I have a feeling we will love it here😊
The apartment is very beautiful and very clean. I would that the landlord is very nice and funny. I am so glad to be apart of the TreeTop Lodge Apartments. The neighbors are fun and well respectful every single day and I always feel like home when I am here. Thank you so much for welcoming me over to the neighborhood.
Treetop lodge is an amazing living experience. The office staff is always cheerful and happy to accommodate. The maintenance staff is on top of requests and kind. The units are very updated and spacious. For a smaller complex the amenities are great and well maintained. The resident events are fun and family oriented. The location is prime in its proximity to I-35. If you are looking for a quiet and homey location to reside treetop lodge is an amazing choice!!!!
The young maintenance man, Emil Samborski goes above and beyond the call of duty. Always willing to lend a hand even when hes off duty. I appreciate him taking the time to help an older couple who were moving to help them lift an appliance of some sort. He most certainly did. You can tell he loves his job, his company and most importantly his residents.
This apartment complex is THE BEST! Great footage for the price in a perfect spot next to all the major highways. The staff is impeccable, which could still be an understatement. Brittany is always there, more then happy to help and can always resolve any issue you have. Emil, the maintenance man, always has an upbeat attitude and fixes issues promptly and efficiently. Amanda, property manager, is the most compassionate, real person I have ever met in my life. You’d be lucky to live here and is also super pet friendly 👍 10/10 would recommend
I have lived here since 2015 and this is truly a nice apartment complex to live in. It has given a comfortable place to call home. The apt manager & staff go out of their way to make sure things are running & any repairs fixed. The apt allows a quiet & peaceful home for a person/family. You can have pets, and a play place fenced off for your dogs to exercise & socialize. A plus is washer/dryer hook-ups in every unit, a nice swim pool & a small clubhouse workout area. It only takes approx. 5 min. to stores, restaurants & the mall. I give it a two thumbs up!
I moved here this summer and have been consistently impressed. The appliances are up to date which is great because I like to cook. The staff and the maintenance are attentive and have been able to resolve any issue I have had.I had a package delivered to the office. I walked in to the front office and Brittany already had it in her hand. She must have seen me coming and recognized that I had a package and had it ready for me before I even walked in the front door. Just another example of how the excellent staff treats the residents.
10/10 would recommend!!Living at Treetop Lodge for the last 2 years has been an amazing experience!Brittany and Amanda are among the best office staff you can find in Overland Park!! The passion they have for their jobs truly shine through the service they provide. Maintenance is always timely and reliable! The compassion they all have for the community they’ve built makes you feel like you’re right at home!I currently rent a 1 bedroom and it’s unpretentious, easy, and comfortable! It’s also very economically reasonable, which can be hard to find in this area! Right near both 69 HW and I 35 you get plenty of shopping necessity and restaurant options! They have also added a dog park to the complex!! I have two 50+lb dogs who LOVE going to run around every chance they get.Basically the perks of living here are endless!! I know when the day comes for me to move on it will be emotional having to say goodbye to my apartment and people I’ve come to enjoy sharing this community with. If you’re still reading this...why haven’t you called yet so you can live here too!?!
I just moved in less then a week ago. Apartment is very clean with brand new carpet and floors. Freshly painted. Maintenance staff and management are extremely nice and helpful. When going through the application process Brittany was very easy to work with and we were able to lock down a place in less then 24 hours. Incredible service since I was in a time crunch to find a place. Brittany is very friendly and great at her job. Made moving very easy.
I started renting here in July and absolutely love it here! Brittany in the office always makes herself available for anything I need. Whether it be a maintenance issue or just turning on the tanning bed, she makes me her #1 priority.
I have lived at Treetop for years! The new management is top notch and the community is friendly and safe. Raised my kids here and still loving it!
The staff is great and they take care of their residents. I enjoy living here and I would recommend to anyone apartment hunting!
I absolutely love the staff! Amanda and Brittany are very sweet ladies. Anytime I have a question or concern, they are right on top of it! You can say its more of a family atmosphere. The maintenance guys are pretty cool too. Its not a noisy community. Very peaceful. I always recommend my friends to live here. They have a very nice pool, plenty of parking spaces, storage, carports, dog park, a gym, even a tanning room . If I could give it more stars...I would!! Thanks for everything! Love the property!!
The ladies in the office were very nice. However, we had consistent issues with our apartment. The main being that during the winter time our power would just got out for half of our apartment. That half also had our heater. It was at least a could 15 times that this occurred. We would wake up and it was like 40 degrees in our apartment. The always managed to respond fairly quick to our calls when this happened but after a while it just got ridiculous.
Great place to live for a great price. I love Brittany and Amanda, they are both great and really take care of the residents here. I wouldnt want to move anywhere else.
The management and maintenance team is awesome! Thanks Brittany and Emil for your prompt attention in making sure our issues are addressed and fixed in a very timely manner!!!
Super spacious, loved the floor plan and location! But the front office staff is pretty horrible. They are super sweet and kind, but don’t take care of anything. My apartment heat went out in the middle of the winter & the air froze over in the summer, and the staff did nothing to take care of this. The shower head fell out of the water, all of our doors in the apartment broke off, the windows wouldn’t close, and the back door shattered, and none of this was taken care of until we where moving out. If the staff actually took care of these places and there tendants this would be an amazing night place to live!
Recently moved from a less than stellar property. I have been consistently impressed at how easy this process has been compared to other complexes. Office staff is nice and any concern ive had has been addressed quickly.
I just moved in with my boyfriend and so far I love my apartment. Tons of space for such a great rental rate, you cant beat it. The manager is new and staff seemed fairly new, Taylor helped me out and they have been nothing but helpful and cool since we have moved in. The area is pretty peaceful, very convenient to the mall, target and restaurants. I think this is the 1st place I have lived where I actually talk to my neighbors. If they have the availability, jump on it.
I moved to Treetop in December 2015. I had lived at the same apartment complex for 12 years and I found a terrific deal at Treetop, so I took the plunge. The community is quiet and the location is great. The highway access is a huge perk. The office staff is friendly, professional and attentive and they certainly do their best to make you feel at home and keep the place running smoothly. I would also like to commend the groundskeeper and the maintenance crews for all that they do to keep the place looking so nice. The courtyard and parking lots are clean and clear and the landscaping crews do an outstanding job of keeping the community looking nice.I feel especially blessed; I had a newly renovated apartment with all new appliances and brand new carpet. If you are looking for lots of space, a good price and a quiet community, look no further...Treetop is where it is at!
Love Tree Top and their team! Always kind and attentive when needed. Cute apartments too!
**Update: Weve now been here 9 months. I LOVE IT HERE!!! I DONT WANT TO LEAVE!!! But unfortunately we cant afford to renew our lease and its because we are a one income family and they are remodeling all the apartments which only makes it better for you :). This is one of the most amazing places and locations to live.I have lived here with my husband and 9 month old for 2 months. I love the staff. They are super friendly and have worked with us 100%. They let us pay our pet deposit in 2 payments and when the second payment came due and we couldnt do it, right away they extended it another 2 weeks. We have a problem with spiders and I left a message after hours and right away the next day they called me to put in for an exterminator. Its pretty quiet and all my neighbors are really nice. Out of all the apartments we have lived in, this is by far the best one. The area is amazing, traffic on 87th Pkwy sucks during rush hour but its not too bad. The only reason we will move is if the rent goes up too high or our family grows bigger.
I love my new apartment, especially it’s unique floor plan. Great location and price but what makes leasing at Treetop lodge great is the service. The staff made the process as painless and simple as possible. And the prompt and awesome service did not stop after I signed the lease, just today I called for a maintenance order and it was taken care of ASAP. Communication is open and always friendly with management staff
My girlfriend and I lived at Treetop lodge for two and a half years. Overall our experience there was pretty great, especially once the new management company took over. I would highly recommend others if they are looking for a great place to live.
So I just moved into Treetop Lodge about a month ago and let me tell you....................... I LOVE IT. So spacious and the management is awesome. If you have any problems, maintenance is right on it. But Brittany takes the cake. Its as if she genuinely cares about you being comfortable and shes a super sweet person in general. I am definitely considering staying for another year after this lease is up.
I lived here since the mid to late 90s way back when this place was treehouse and run by Noland Estates Realtor now that Pinnacle Estates Realtor took over things got a whole lot better from office to maintainence staff Amanda Guyer and Brittany Luna are the best property Mangers and they greet you with a friendly smile and are willing to go out of their way to help you if have trouble with rent or any other issues not only are they willing to work with you but will recommend agencies or persons who will help you with it and if you need a Fax sent or copies made up they dont mind stopping what they are doing to help you and as for the maintainence staff Emo and Louise will stop and help you with a small problem even if you dont have a work order for it and the work orders that you put in they get to it as fast as they can and do it with all the professionalism that is required to do the repair they are courteous and respectful to everyone when they come do the project and make sure you are satisfied with the work the whole staff is great they dont treat you like a resident or occupant they treat you as close to family as they can and I appreciate that and as long as they are here I will always renewal my lease Thanks to all you do to make it great to live here...!!!Ralph Alonzo
Ok so a while back ago i wrote a pretty terrible review. But i got to tell you my opinion has truly changed since the new management took over. I have lived here for many years and this is the first time i have truly felt happy here. I love the new maintenance staff.. they fix things very fast. All of the office staff seem to really care about others. I believe the price is wonderful and the neighbors are really friendly. They are really keeping up with these complexes such as roof repairs. They also do things for the residents every now and then such as parties. So if you are looking for a friendly neighbors and a great price for such beautiful apartments look here.
Very accommodating with pets, floor plans, maintenance issues, and office staff. Great place to live!!
My roommate and I lived in Treetop for 9 months and like this environment. The leasing office staff were mostly friendly, but how they did on our leasing contract deposit made me feel very disappointed. So we moved out in a hurry and thus left some furniture/ daily articles in the apartment. Before we left, we asked the staff specifically three times that whether its OK to leave things there. Their reply is YES and they would probably donate them to homeless people or whoever needs them. THATS ALL. But when we sent emails to question our deposit, the office ignored my emails at first and only answered till I called them. They told me that they wont refund our deposit because we left many furniture behind and need to charge us $25 back on each item. After getting this feedback, we didnt know whether we should feel thankful since they didnt charge us more for selling/donating our things or just being quiet.Be honest, the moment when we decided to leave things there instead of reselling means that we wont prioritize money. And the office should at least have the gut to tell us about the extra charges before we moved out . But ignoring our emails and then told us all the things were sold out and then had to charge us on the deposit are just low. I wont trust this office any more and probably wont suggest any of my friends live there.
Brittany is the real MVP! I live at TreeTop Lodge Apartment since March of 2016 and let me tell you management was horrible!! But after Pinnacle took over last year, everything has been great! the management and staff are friendly, but the one person that takes the cake and is by far my favorite person at Treetop Lodge is Brittany! she spotted something on my ledger that looked wrong when Amanda and I were dealing with a different issue. Brittany went out of her own way and time to dig into the thing she saw on my ledger and saved me some HUGE money! When she gave me a call and she told me the news on what she did I was super stoked, she made my day times 1000!!! Brittany is the real MVP! Thank you!
Love Amanda, Brittany, and Emilthese guys are great and make sure the job gets done!
These are the first apartment complexes Ive lived in & so far my experience has been AMAZING! Ive been here since june & see myself being here past my lease. I have lived in both a 2bed 2bath & currently in a 1bed 1 bath both VERY spacious & have up to date applicances! Brittany up in the office is such a sweetheart & is always happy & eager to help with everything & anything! She has went above & beyond to help me adjust. The maintenance men are great as well! Treetop has everything I wanted in my first apartment. Plenty of parking, carports, a gym, a dog park, a pool, everything! Also the residents here are very diverse & friendly. I definitely love living here!
I’ve worked in housing. I’ve lived in housing. I’ve seen others live in housing and I’ve never seen a staff like Amanda’s (Property Manager) in all my years. Brittany (Assistant Property Manager) always greets me with a warm smile and knows my name. David and Emil (Maintenance) are always prompt at fixing little things such as a burned out light bulb to the bigger projects like replacing a hot water heater. Easily one of the best apartment living experiences I’ve ever had in my life and those are few and far between. Pinnacle did something right in putting together the dream team of apartment housing. Even though this property is older, they work hard to RENOVATE (not just simply replace) the units on property so the resident community can have the best living experience possible. Couldn’t be happier to live at The Treetop Lodge.
I dont live here and after the phone call today I do not want to live here. I am looking for an apartment and saw treetop lodge apartments. I noticed they have a 1 bedroom listed for $689 on one of those rental websites. When I called for more info I spoke to Lea, the first thing out of her mouth was that I needed to make 3 times the income. I said ok well what else do I need to apply? She again replied about the income and that it needed to be 3 times the rent, she said will that work for you I kept wanting to continue the conversation but she was very condescending, she stated that the 1 bedroom unit was $750. Which is fine... I just wanted information to apply. I was the one calling for information and I couldnt get it because she was so worried about how much my income was. Like I said very condescension, its not like I was submitting an application already, I just wanted info. I want to call a place and feel welcome and not have to force words out of someones mouth..she sounded bothered and sassy about every answer. What kind of customer service is that? Finally I did get upset, and treated her just like she was treating me. Thank you, but no thank you, I will continue to look elsewhere and if someone ask me about these apartments Treetop Lodge Apartments I will make sure to tell them about the horrible phone call with Lea.
This was my familys second apartment. We loved it. Huge rooms and closets, no bugs ever, nice appliances. We think of this place fondly. Our daughter learned to walk in our apartment. Lots of great memories.
I just moved here but I loved it. The staff and other people are helpful. And the Neighborhood is good. I love it here and would recommend this place to every one.
Ill begin with saying I am beyond ecstatic to finally be done with this complex. I moved in in July 2016 and problems immediately arose. First of all, the gym is a 24 hour gym located inside the office so you need a key to access it outside of office hours. I didnt receive the key upon move in which was disappointing, but nothing to throw a fit over obviously. However, I went back at least 6 times over the course of the first few months and they still didnt have the keys made yet. I leased for a year, and never received the gym key, therefore I never once was able to use the gym (my work hours require me to go to the gym after office hours). Frustrating to have to be paying rent that is suppose to include amenities that you cant even access. Secondly, in December there was a leak in my bathroom ceiling from the unit above mine. It caused the ceiling to rot and fall apart. Maintenance fixed the above units leak, cut the rotted ceiling out of my unit, but never came back to fix the hole. I put three work orders in for that one issue and it still wasnt fixed upon my move out. The air stopped working back in June and when they came to fix it they had to take the door off to access the a/c unit and instead of replacing the door, they just left it leaning against the wall in my living room. I put in a work order for them to come put the door back on and it was never replaced even up until the day I moved out. The staff was absolutely horrible when I moved in and were completely rude anytime I went in to speak with them. I had issue upon issue with my rent ledger, showing late fees because my rent payments kept posting to the system they were using before the new management took over. Luckily the new management had enough common sense to fix the issue. The staff that has taken over are much better, and seem to care more, but the maintenance is still a huge problem. Communication is a little better with the new management, but honestly the old management left such a bad taste in my mouth that I just didnt want to have to deal with anyone at that point. Im just so glad that Im finally out. A year was way too long to have to live so uncomfortably.
Brittany has been super awesome, shes helped me through the whole process of getting an apartment and shes always been nice and professional
I have lived here for almost 2 years and I LOVE IT!!! Nicole is fabulous in the office and very attentive to my needs. Many more people should live here :)
The staff is on point. If you have questions they have answers. I have never lived anywhere so helpful, nice, and professional. I’m glad to call this place home.
I want to start off with saying my issues with Treetop is not with the employees, as their customer service and friendliness are more like a five star. The aim to provide a community feeling, with throwing parties and such. So there is some positive to living here. But, the quality of apartments are definitely sub par, with a high price. Since my husband and I moved in two years ago, we instantly had issues with our air conditioner unit. We lived in a two floor penthouse, and literally could not use the upstairs space because it was so hot. You could stand on top of the vents and they would not even blow. We complained many times, but got Thats just the way it is, as a response. Our unit was so old, a friend who works in the air conditioning industry said he couldnt even tell how old it is. In my opinion, if something is obviously not working correctly, you should replace it, instead of waiting until it breaks completely. This seems cheap to me. This is the biggest issue we had with the apartment, but we had many other small issues that were just as annoying. Broken promises from maintenance, and just cheaply built complexes. We were event old by a maintenance worker that the complex was old and run down, and too expensive for what we were getting. We had hopes that management would make it right with two years of complaining of a run down apartment, extra costs in electric due to a shotty unity (280 dollars for the last month we lived there, which is just plain ridiculous), but they did not. Once again, I had no issues with the staff. Just wanted to give a very honest review for those of you looking into renting here.
If you like spending lots of money for a terrible apartment,TreeTop is the place for you... $1,000 a month should get you a top notch apartment with good appliances. Not here, youll get an old fridge, dishwasher and A/C unit all in one! The maintenance was sub par. They fixed what they could but literally nothing was ever fully fixed. Over priced section 8 housing is what it felt like to us. Youll never find a parking spot unless you pay $15 bucks a month to have youre own. Theyve got plenty of space where the car ports sit that nobody pays for, so they dont get used. Overall this place is terrible, dont waste youre money.
I have been living here since Dec 2011, and I like the fact that it is truly a community. There are many opportunities for involvement, BBQs, kickball games, free massages for residences. I like it more every month Im here. The apartments are older and there are things that come up, but Id say its a good deal for the price. The people in the office are super duper helpful, too....UPDATE: I continue to like the above things about here. I do miss Nicole; she held the community feel here a bit more, but have enjoyed the new renovations and improvements. The current management is more attentive to resolution of any issues there were in the past. I do realize though that a good review includes positive and negative. I have really only two criticisms. 1) When we went through some financial hardship the fees were very excessive. I talked to friends and family and they agreed that charging interest on interest on interest even when I was scrapping to at least pay rent, it was almost impossible to come back from. The fees on my account after 3 months of hardship (even though I paid the rent, albeit late) were in the thousands of dollars. Its a good thing my husbands company bounced back quickly after not getting paid, otherwise we would have never caught up and there was very little relief. In any case, the fines and fees here are thrown around pretty liberally so if you live here make sure to truly read the rules and pay on the 1st (there is little to no grace period-- not even the usual 5 days I was used to) and the fines can be steep,2) Maintenance can take days or even weeks to attend to a request unless they determine it is on their list of emergencies. This has been the case on many issues. I was used to (at my previous apt complex) same or next day somebody at least looking at things, but rarely has that been the case here. Like I said, with the new management this has improved somewhat, but it can still take a while.
If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is EXTREMELY overpriced. We chose Treetop because Ashley in the office was super friendly and the office and amenities are beautiful. We were unable to tour a unit prior to moving because the townhomes are always full. Lesson learned the hard way! They advertise new renovations (I understand that rentals arent exactly worth putting a lot of money into), but they didnt even do the basics. The carpet had clearly been replaced without replacing the padding. Gross! You can tell because there are random sink holes all over the place. The spiders are on steroids and theyre everywhere! I know its because of the treeline right behind the back yard, but they charge a monthly fee for pest control... Control? I think not. Everywhere else that sort of thing is included. The cleaning they supposedly did before we moved in was a joke. On move in day we asked for the cleaner to come back, which she did, but it was hardly touched again! They compensated us for it, so Ill give them that. However, these are just some small examples of the many I could write for why this place is a dump, but I honestly have no more energy left for this place. Weve been here less than two months and already we know we wont be renewing our lease. To their benefit, they have been trying to make it better, but one thing gets fixed and another issue pops up. There have been close to a dozen issues already. The bottom line is when youre paying this much for a place, you shouldnt have to deal with this much bull. Additionally, I took a survey several weeks ago from corporate and selected that I would like to be contacted, but it still hasnt happened... Not so sure they actually care.
Lived here for 2 years, getting a maintenance order fixed is like pulling teeth. I had a leak in the bathroom roof and they cut a big hole in the roof and never came back to patch it for over 7 months. When moving in there was mold in the bedroom near the window, the hallway toilet hardly worked, there was a leak in the heater which ended up destroying the carpet in the hallway. For half a year i had the worse water pressure ive ever seen. And all these issues i put work orders in for and it was pulling teeth and constantly calling to get them fixed. There is NEVER any parking and if you want a registered parking spot its not going to be near your apt and its going to cost you. Also my car was illegally towed from the parking lot because i was parked in a loading and unloading zone. Terrible place to live. If i could give zero stars i would.
I lived in a one bedroom and experienced a lot of water leaks coming from our laundry room so then i moved to a two bedroom thinking it would be better, same issues and even worse our dish washer leaks and there is a hole between our dishwasher and kitchen sink. i can hear people walking upstairs. Every few months there is a terrible smell and i was told its someone burning hair from there shower or a sewage issue. i have also experienced bug problems in our bedrooms even after pest control came. The water heater is very loud. i know that no apartment is going to be perfect and there will be issues but this is just too many issues. i regret signing another 1 year lease when i moved to the 2 bedroom. But i just thought it was just that 1 one bedroom apartment with all the troubles. now for the positives.. nice neighboorhood and pet friendly. They have get together just about monthly for there residents and a good swimming pool.
More like TreeTOP NOTCH Lodge Apartments! After visiting several lackluster apartments in Overland Park, my girlfriend and I were on the brink of breakup. We just couldnt come to an agreement on which apartment complex would best suit our needs. She wanted two bedrooms, lots of closet space, in-apt. washer/dryer hookups, and a pool. I wanted an updated kitchen with lots of counter space, a deck to drink and grill on, a gym, and somewhere for my dog to run around. No matter where we went, one of us was going to have to make some sacrifices... and as you probably know, sacrifices always lead to break ups. Arriving at the last stop on our list, all of our frustration and aggravation slowly turned into curiosity and intrigue; this place had lots of grass, charcoal grills, and every apartment had either a deck or a patio. The clubhouse/office looked brand-new, and next to it, an amazing pool. My girlfriend and I were all smiles as we made our way into the clubhouse/office, where we were met with more smiles and greeted by the friendliest, best-looking apartment staff we had ever seen. Our eyes and our smiles grew as Ashley gave us a tour of the place. It had everything we wanted, and more! Not only would we get two rooms, but one had its own floor accessed by a spiffy, swank, spiral staircase! Both levels had their own deck! The kitchen had new appliances and lots of counter space! There were four closets, one a walk-in, one with washer/dryer hookups! That was it. Moments later, Ashley helped us get our application approved. My girlfriend and I would not have to make ANY sacrifices.Treetop Lodge saved our relationship and were so grateful for the staff, the crew, and all that this place has to offer. I highly recommend this place for families, couples, singles, and bros.P.S. No matter the season you can always look like summer with TLs own stand-up tanning bed and gym!
Sherri Phillips2:04 PM+1I lived here a few agos and Im thinking of moving back. Very nice complex. Managament takes care of any issues in a timely manner. All in all, a good place to live.
The negative reviews are not actualized. Goes to show people will complain about anything. Seriously, 1 star because the spiders are too big or the staff rewards good reviews? Get real. Perhaps the overall quality of some of the apartments is a bit differential, but its not as if the staff is ignoring you, providing responses and apologies. That, to me, is extremely rare for apartment complexes and is indicative that they authentically care about the quality of your living. Is that worthy of one star? I suppose all you smart guys out there dont trust google review anyway. I just thought Id leave something for other skeptically minded apartment seekers. For anyone looking for a solid first apartment experience, Treetop is a defensive option. Sure the prices might be a little steep, but Ive been living comfortably with two roommates and my pet ferret in our spacious 2 bedder for about 3-4 months now. Problems have come up, but the maintenance crew has been very responsive and friendly, as well as just being overall cool dudes. Also another rare and, according to the other reviews, severely unappreciated aspect of Treetop. My only criticism that holds any weight is, to iterate, that prices are a little steeper than I had anticipated. Part of this could be attributed to my lack of foresight, but in my defense, there were a decent amount of incentives to sign the lease as soon as possible. Such is typical for any complex possessive of leasers eager to flex their persuasive moxie. However, based on the time I have spent here so far, I can affirm that it was the right decision. Its not hard to tell that these guys are trying their best. I hope they can keep up the good work without having to stress out about reviews made in poor judgement.
I have lived at Treetop Lodge for almost three years. When I first began living here there was a different management team in charge of the leasing office as well as a different maintenance crew. I was not very happy with the initial crew of people running the place. However, since the new managers and maintainence crew took over it has been a complete 180 in every way imaginable. Amanda and Brittany are extremely helpful and give me the sense that they genuinly care about my living experience. They even know my daughter by name while the old crew of employees probably didnt even know I have a child. The maintainence crew is extremely responsive in the rare moments I have needed them. I will continue to renew my lease, something I wasnt going to do before the new team arrived.
I really liked it here when I moved in 1 1/2 yrs ago but now Im fed up. The pest control is paid for monthly and my apartment hasnt been sprayed in at least six months. The pool is disgusting. Last week there was so much chlorine in the pool it bleached out the beach towels and burned my sons eyes. No one ever cleans it and now its foggy and full of trash. The new maintenence staff seems nice but that is the only positive thing I can say at this point
Awesome! Wonderful place to live!
I was trown out and called crazy for reporting infestation of ROACHS! I put up w ROACHS FOR 6 MONTHS! My stove was Broken when I moved in you brought another stove from another unit full of ROACHS? NOLAN REALTY SUCKS🖕
Management is great, they are caring and understanding. I couldnt ask for a better place to live!
My family and I have been living here since December of 2011....and we love the over all theme of the community. As with EVERY apartment that you will find... Sometimes you come across others who do not care to abide by some rules of the rental agreement (the noise levels that they create)...... But... The management tend to the issues (IF YOU HAVE ANY) as soon as they are informed..As for the living quarters... They are very comfortable and you feel right at home and very comfortable as soon As you enter. .. we have lived in 2 apartments here in Tree Top Lodge. They are both in the same vacinity and are located close too each other.. but they are different. The first one we lived in had 2 bdrms 2 full baths a GRAND Brick Fireplace in the living room..and we LOVED it.We stayed there for 2 yrs and then we downsized to a 2 bdrm 1 bath w/no fireplace...and we love it just as much as the other one.Yes... Its not exactly ideal to live so close to the interstate (due to the sounds of traffic)... But... There are also Perks to living by the interstate as well.Over all..... This is a great place to live.Open fields to have your kids play in and to bring your dogs out for walks...and... Lovely little areas that have benches and grills to sit at and socialize with friends..family and neighbors.And... THE POOL!!!!!!!Which is..... Me and sons favorite part!!! Lol.There are no words to discribe the pool and the area around it. Ill Just say... Once you get there... You wont want to leave.!!There are always times where you can get some peace and quiet and just lay out and relax..and then There are other times when you can enjoy the laughter of children playing...and enjoy the company of others...........This Is by far on my TOP 3 list of apartments that I have lived in.
Nice community and we enjoy the quiet and fun atmosphere!!
