The day of my move was really stressful. I ran into various issues throughout the day. Shannon in the office was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I had to call maintenance for a couple of things and both DJ and Walter were awesome. The staff helped me through a tough day and I am so thankful!I am now settled and am loving my new community. The neighbors are friendly, the pool is amazing and the property is landscaped beautifully. Love it!

I recieved a tour from Elizabeth Corrales, she was so nice and thorough when showing us around. I was the last tour and needed to run through it quickly. She took us around to show us everything and answered any questions we had and we made it through with time to spare! She is fantastic and the apartments are beautiful. 10/10 would recommend.

DJ Love consider his job very serious and responsible. After I submit the maintenance, he call me back immediately, which it was really surprising to me. He asked me about the sink issue, tell me what to do and he said he would be here as soon as possible. 5 stars service!

Very beautiful apartment, nice and new amenities, HUGE closets, and pool is great! Maintenance requests are generally tended to quickly and they do their best to help you out. Most problems Ive had resolved quickly.Friendly office staff as well when theyre around. My main frustration is that they seem to show up whenever they feel like it, as opposed to the hours posted. Call the office on a weekday during normal business hours and you have a very slim chance of getting anyone to pick up.

A very nice apartment complex with amazing amenities. This is a new development and it feels like it. The Decor and facilities are really modern. One of the best features of this apartment community are the people. The Staff at Cyan is so friendly. Shannon G. has helped on board me into my new apartment and she was so knowledgeable, friendly, and is always there for any question. Thank you Shannon for making me feel at home. John

Cyan has been a wonderful place to live. Shannon, the assistant manager has made our stay extremely wonderful. She has been very helpful with any questions I had. The amenities are great, especially the pool. I would most definitely recommend anyone to live here if you are moving to the area.

The apartments themselves are nice and very new feeling. The insulation needs some work, it is always cold in the apartments even though the heat is running constantly and the electric bill is very high in the winter months. The building is also settling and the walls by doorways are already cracking or having a hard time shutting.The management team is the whole reason I would stay away from this place. I had 3 service requests that were put in that got “resolved” without talking to me and when questioned how that’s possible I still have yet to get a response 5 months later. There’s so many raving reviews about the how fast people respond to them and I got nothing but silence. Or maybe the maintenance was too busy showing new people around they weren’t able to help me, based on other reviews lol. I just have a problem paying that much rent to be ignored.Another thing is the “Valet” trash, why am I paying $25 a month for valet trash when there’s a trash shoot on every floor that we already pay monthly fees for? It doesn’t make any sense, especially when the dumpsters sit outside for days before getting picked up, luxury at it’s finest.I would personally not recommend this place to anyone.

Amenities abound in these brand new luxury apartments. Pool table swimming pool covered parking garage parking you name it. From the warm and inviting staff when you walk into the leasing office to the location location close to anywhere in overland Park.

Fred and Walter with maintenance completed my submitted request about our dishwasher very quickly! They also offered to replace the burnt out lightbulb in the second bedroom closet when I mentioned it, even though a service request had not been completed yet. They were great, very helpful and friendly!

Made an appointment to come check out the place at 1pm and drove 40min to them. When I arrived I noticed they sent me an email that they double booked my appointment. Email was sent 12:56pm just 4min before the appointment. They didn’t call or even apologize in the email. Now 40min drive one way for their terrible customer service.If they do not know how to write a good email / double book an appointment (idk how’s that possible) for future residents, imagine how they are managing their property ! Super unprofessional.

I had Shannon show me around and she was AMAZING. Honestly didn’t think this part of an apartment toured really mattered... until I went to the other 3 apartment tours and they were awkward the entire time. Shannon is extremely personable and I didn’t feel awkward at any point of the tour... she didn’t make me feel any pressure about signing the lease at all, she realizes that people are going to look elsewhere and not having that extra pressure means a lot. I am a sales person myself and don’t need someone pressuring me into signing something that is 12-15 months of my life. Really appreciate the professionalism from the team.I’m extremely happy with my first night in the apartment and I already know Shannon and the rest of the team will be great for the next 13 months.

As my lease comes to an end, I become more and more shocked with this establishment. When I signed my lease in April 2020, the leasing agent told us the pool would be finished by summer. Wasnt finished until November, maybe! I dont care that it took that long to finish, but the fact that no one was transparent about the entire situation is hurtful. The foundation is settling, leaving cracks in the walls and at least 3 doors unable to close. No one answers the phone (before AND after they switched management companies within the first year). Their car care center is essentially a car port with a trashcan and a vacuum you have to pay for to use. Dog park is tiny, at best. Indoor & Outdoor Kitchens w/ Lounging Areas - yeah, havent been able to use that for the entire duration of my lease. I GET not swimming in the pool until memorial day, but not even being able to use the pool deck? WHY NOT?? When we received our 60-day notice to vacate letter, it said to just extend our lease for ONE month it would be OVER $5,000! For one month! I dont know about you but paying full rent and not being able to use the amenities for essentially 95% of my lease term is frustrating. Management companies changed and things were looking up, but this is frustrating and I am looking forward to my lease ending so I can live somewhere that cares.

I had called in maintenance for some plumbing leak in the furnace closet . DJ Love came in and identified the issue immediately . It was resolved in no time without any hassle. All this, while I was in the middle of meetings taking calls.This was fantastic.

If i could give zero stars I would. I never lived here but my small experience I had with this company was very unpleasant. I scheduled a viewing after scheduling I received an email saying they would contact me verifying my viewing date and time. I never received a confirmation from the company. I had to show up unknowing if the appointment was still on or not. Fortunately we were still on for the viewing. After reviewing the complex i thought it was great place to live but after reading about the poor management I will not be living here. They gave me a number after viewing if i had any questions, and that wasnt even a working number. I had to research and find the number myself. After calling a million times I still have yet to talk to anyone working there. Very poor management overall!! Would not recommend to anyone!!

We LOVE our new apartment! The personal attention given to us by Alison Lyons made our experience even better. She is the very definition of professional, but even better, she is the definition of kind. Our move here was because of a personal tragedy. She helped in more ways than we can count, from figuring out the BEST apartment that was available, to reserving it, figuring out the best pricing for us, showing it to us multiple times, and finally navigating through the lease agreement. Her patience and professional attention to detail carried the day. We are older and technologically challenged, yet Alison made all of the on-line maneuvers easy. CYAN feels safe, peaceful, and like home! I cant be more thankful to live here. The staff is professional and friendly. The apartments are beautiful with amazing appliances. And the parking is amazing! I love it. :) PLUS the area has so much to offer! AND there is a fun walking trail!

This was by far the worst apartment complex I ever lived in. I usually never leave reviews but the treatment was so horrible I had to. I ended up be able to break my lease within three months of moving in. I could write a whole book on how horrible this place is. The old management was great and I had a great experience moving in but once management changed to BH Management, everything went downhill from there. From having theft activity in my garage, someone was able to break into my garage twice. I made police reports but the assistant manager at the time showed her senseless remorse both times.I developed a leak in my master bath from my neighbors above which developed mold. I have an infant and after unanswered emails and no one barely answering the phone, it took them exactly 10 days to fix it.My neighbors above me constantly harassed and discriminated me and my boyfriend. I could hear their every move above me (which doesn’t bother me) but my neighbors constantly stomped on the floor above me if my sound bar for movies was I guess too loud. Which I wasn’t aware of. They lied to management mentioning my boyfriend lived there (which he did not) and was told he needed to fill out an application for a background check even if he did not live there. Also, I was told I could only have guest stay the night 3 nights out the month which is a lie, it was no where stated in the lease.Multiple maintenance issues go unnoticed for weeks. They never answer the phone. Dog poop everywhere. The apartments are poorly insulated. Electricity bill was $300 a month and was $550 when we experienced the cold weather for those two weeks. The only reason I able to break my lease was from the help of my lawyer. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the look and location of my apartment. And the gym was the best part. So sad I had to leave.

This place is fantastic! Ive been here for about 3-4 months and only have positive things to say. I primarily worked with Bronson, who was super cool and helpful when setting up my lease. In fact, all of the staff members Ive interacted with have been very nice and helpful. If you like to exercise, theres a nice gym, or you could run the trail behind the complex. Also, the insulation must be really good, because although I have neighbors, I NEVER hear them through the walls. Anyways, I could probably go on and on about how nice this place is (Its also a nice location). I highly recommend it!

The apartments and community are nice but the management is awful. The management is hard to get a hold of and never returns phone calls when they say they will. I also was never able to get a straight answer from management and staff. They are constantly changing staff and never know what is going on or can answer questions. You constantly have to reach out to them receiving no answers.

You will notice mostly all the 4 star reviews are from 4 months ago before new management. Quality of living at the property has decreased significantly since the new management company took over. Trash around property in and outside the building. Buildings are boarded up with very unattractive plywood. Management said it was for cold weather freeze which was two months ago and buildings are still boarded up. So. basically paying to live in a boarded up building. This property was advertised as luxury but the experience has been anything but since BH Management took over. Was very nice prior to new management but value has declined significantly. Very disappointing. I dont recommend this property to anyone.

I’ve loved living at Cyan Southcreek! I moved in in June 2020 and have had nothing but positive experiences. The office staff are responsive, friendly and helpful!The maintenance staff are also very prompt. I put in a request and it was fixed by the next day!This is one of the best value apartments in the area. Tons of space and great amenities for the price. Would definitely recommend!

Please stay away. A few months ago, I left a review with some of the decent qualities about living at these apartments, always being optimistic regardless of all the issues weve had. Now, I refuse to say anything nice. Its been nothing but issues. Unusually high electric bill even though we dont use much electricity (which 15 other people have had issues with), noisy neighbors, cheap materials used to build apartments becuase everything keeps breaking, among a list of other things. Safe to say, will not be renewing our lease.

I would definitely recommend Cyan Southcreek to anyone looking for a new apartment! It is located in a great area with lots of things to do around. The amenities are well-kept and the staff has always been really helpful. Maintenance is awesome here too— very quick and responsive! Cyan definitely checks all of the boxes for us.

By far the best the best apartment complex I have stayed at. The staff are super friendly. The amenities are wonderful. There is a gourmet coffee machine downstairs and the gym has all the equipment I need for a great workout. There is a park trail next to the apartment for runs and walks. Absolutely recommend Cyan without reservations.

I moved in as soon as these apartments opened in April and I couldn’t be happier. The construction noise has officially ended! The pool is beautiful and I cannot wait until next summer to make use of it! The management staff has been great, the amenities are great, the apartment units are great! *I am noticing that some of the recent 5 star reviews are from employees or from people who know employees.*My biggest issue with the apartment complex is the lack of communication from the front office. I have reached out in every form possible (left a voicemail, spoke with someone face to face, commented on multiple social media posts on Facebook and Instagram, and direct messaged them on Facebook) and have never gotten a response. My messages on Facebook never get delivered so i would assume nobody is monitoring their social media for inquiries. The voicemail I left was “resolved” with no call back to answer the question AND after adding comments that nobody called, I have yet to still hear anything from anyone. I can call the office and nobody picks up, but walk to the office 2 seconds later and everyone is there not doing anything. It is terribly hard to get in touch with them. My next biggest issue is maintenance. Before the management change, it took months for a door to be fixed (after calling every week) which still isn’t truly fixed...they just can’t do anything else without not having a door for awhile (per maintenance). When we got the cold weather I had put in an urgent request as half of the apartment had no water. It took 2 weeks for someone to come by to check on the pipes. Thankfully the water came back after a few days but they didn’t know that and it still took 2 weeks. Lastly, these apartments are not well insulated. The electric bill was over 300 dollars and it was still cold in the apartment, and I can hear dogs barking, the people above make a lot of noise, and everyone slams their doors...it is constant noise here (understandingly, it is expected to a degree in an apartment but this is the noisiest I’ve ever noticed).Overall, the apartment itself is nice and the layout is very open.

This complex has taken a major nose dive in terms of quality. The property is littered with trash both indoors and outdoors. People don’t pick up after their dog so it’s nearly impossible to walk on the grass without stepping in dog poop. Pet waste stations are almost always full. Most recently people have been letting their dogs go to the bathroom right in the hallways...I will not be recommending this apartment complex to anyone.

While I have only resided here for a few days, the staff has always been quick, helpful and professional, and our application process was easy and without incident. Our leasing agent was very nice and personable, and answered any questions we had. The finishes in the units are nice, and the floor plan (at least for the A2) is very functional, with lots of space.The complex is still under construction, which means some amenities are not yet available, but thats to be expected and management was very up front about any construction related activity.I will update this review if any issues arise and as more amenities are available, but for now Im enjoying my stay.

The location of these apartments is top notch! Easily commutable to all areas of Overland Park and Olathe and just a bit from downtown.Not only is the location great, the staff and amenities are amazing as well, I’m looking forward to the pool when things finally warm up!

I left a five star review here last year and I had to come back and edit it. The apartment itself is great and of a high quality. We have been happy with it and used to love the staff here. They have since switched management companies and the new company, BH management, is TERRIBLE. We were previously told that our rent would not increase and that the renewal offer would be negotiable. They are now raising our rent higher than the current rate is for new potential renters, on top of offering a free month of rent to them because they cannot fill their apartments. We inquired about it and they are now unwilling to discuss it after increasing our rent after we were told it would not be raised. We were one of the first people to move into the complex, and amenities that we were told would be here either were not finished or did not exist. We understood construction issues due to COVID, but they are currently advertising amenities, such as a bike repair and storage room, that simply do not even exist on the property. We love our actual apartment and would like to remain living here, but the new office staff is hard to work with and difficult to get a hold of. There may be some who have had better experiences than ours, and we hope that these issues can be resolved, but I unfortunately would advise anyone looking to live here to look elsewhere until they have smoothed over this management transition.

Love this apartments, quite spacious, wooden floor in the living area. Maintenance was excellent. Two times got on time service. Amenities are great, private office room kind of space. Excellent fitness facilities.Changed my stars to 4, this apartments are not as affordable as i thought, water bills are sky rocketing.if water usage is 20 sewage cost is 50 and additional 25$ will be collected on first bill and 5$ top on every month bill. I havent seen these kind of model in any apartments near by. I warn new commers to check on utilities.

Overall my experience with these apartments has been pretty great. Management is amazing, friendly, and always available to help out when necesary. The complex is good about addressing issues like speeding, etc. My only issues are that the floorboards are so thin that you can clearly hear the people upstairs walking back and forth all day (which may or may not be an issue with other apts.) Weve also had several other minor issues (pipes leaking), which maintenace always addresses, albeit sometimes very slowly. However, overall, I would still highly recommend.

Stay far away from this property. Management is highly inconsistent and unresponsive with their communication and will say one thing and do another, going directly against their own written policies. Im planning on filing a lawsuit for unreturned fees because of this.Their written policies are misleading and only sets up the tenant for failure even when their own staff admitted to their negligence. I was encouraged to send my security deposit check via public FedEx, despite current public health recommendations, and because they were inflexible in any other option. It seems this new and rising community is solely profit-driven.Echoing the previous review 100% - communication is very misleading. This is my first time ever writing a review for any apartment complex.

They are not serious people, I made an application for an apartment with them, at first they accepted me and sent me a welcome letter, they even told me that I qualified and I shouldn’t pay down payment for it, for that reason I trust them and don’t renew the contract in my current apartament, and now they sent me another letter saying that my application was not approved, they just made me waste my time and money ..!
