I have made Wycliffe Apartments my home for 18 years! I have been really happy living here...The Management team, Tracy, Alex, and Tyler are the best! They always greet you with a smile and are always ready to help you in any way...They know you by your first name, are friendly, always professional but make you feel welcome...Bryan and Jason our maintenance guys are always prompt and if they are running late they let you know...They are friendly, always greet you with a smile and as they get to work on whatever the problem is, if they need to leave to get a tool or parts they make sure to not let your pets out and they neverleave a mess...Michael the grounds keeper has a big job keeping up with making sure our community looks good all the time and does a good job...It’s fun living here, before covid we always had themed party’s every couple months in the beautiful lounge area of the Management office...Soup suppers, taco nights, chili suppers, kids party’s with all kinds of goodies and treats along with meeting new people and just enjoying the fellowship of all...And the annual pool party so much fun, good food and music always...It’s been an adventure living here and I’d recommend Wycliffe to friends and strangers...It’s well lit up at night and I feel safe if I am out late or walking back from the gym...Thank you to Tracy, Alex, Tyler, Bryan, Jason and Michael for making me feel safe all these years living in Wycliffe Apartments and making me feel at home...You’re all the best!!

I never lived here but I was very interested in there at one time and things is right I will.Its beautiful there when I seen it last.

Lived here for a year (just moved out 1/31/20) and never had any problems. Maintenance is quick to fix problems in apartments and office staff are helpful and kind. The location is great for hopping on the highway and area is safe. Close proximity to most things I ever needed.

I have been living here for some years, and always happy with the staff help. Ruby is a true professional (always finds the reason to make a compliment). She knows her business pretty well, neat to people and to documents.

I have had a great experience moving into Wycliff West apartments. The staff has been very friendly and the move was hassle-free. Rooms are spacious and quiet in a central location. I have appreciated that the apartment is pet friendly with walking paths and a patio.

NOBODY should be harass by their landlord so if you guys dont want to deal with this dont stay here dont waste your money and effort on this apt complex. The management is poor and rude.. Rubys the most racist landlord ever.

Incredibly friendly staff! Connie provided me with excellent service. Shes been very helpful & personable. I would definitely recommend this complex to my friends.

This place has sex offenders living here. Would not recommend this place to anyone who has kids or is planning on having any in the future. Did a quick background check and found this before looking at the place and found out a guy by the name josh blaze Andrews lives here. Called the apartment complex before and asked them if they allowed sex offenders. The lady said absolutely not. This place is obviously lying for some reason I dont know. Sign the lease here at your own risk.

I have lived here for a couple months and this place may not look the best, but the staff here are amazing and they fix things in a very timely manner and care about the residents. I would recommend this place to people I know in a heartbeat!

I like this place. The staff here is amazing. If I ever had a problem they were always fixing it the next day.The apartments themselves are not the best, meaning a little out of date but the prices here are amazing.

Worst apartment I ever lived in. Dont be deceived by how it looks and how cheap the rent was. My family has been living here for almost two years. We had minimal problems with our apartment at first and became worse as the time goes by. Poor A/C during the summer and heater during winter. Our unit has poor insulation. We learned to deal with it since were paying cheap rent. We had to put insulation ourselves to save us $$ from electricity bill. Since we cant moved out because i got pregnant, we signed our (renewed)contract . Since then our problems with our unit started. Water was leaking in the bathroom and we never know where it was coming from (just disgusting). Maintenance were lazy. They just come and go. We complain so many times about out bathroom leak and they tried to fix it for 4 time in a row in three weeks. (they hired a plumber but it was just a temporary fix)Then later on we found out that WE HAD MOLDS INFESTATION in our unit due to leak in the bathroom and kitchen sink. They finally brought in professional plumber to fix this huge mess. We (my husband, toddler, a newborn and myself) had to move to a friends house temporarily for two weeks while theyre fixing our unit. (Which we also paid rent ). We didnt get any rent compensation or whatsoever from Wycliff mangement. We still had to pay our full rent during those two weeks that they were working on our unit in addition to our apartment bills. Its a long messy story and I dont want to sound like Im ranting. Im just trying to save you from trouble. If we can only get out of this apartment, we will, but we are bounded by the contract. Also, Ruby and her boss were not helpful. All the reviews about Ruby were all true. So, Stay away from this place.

Awful. Ive been here four months and have had nothing but trouble. Everything is broken or breaking and they take WEEKS to fix something, usually in a temporary way. When I first moved in, there was a giant hole in my bedroom wall, the front door didnt latch, and there was no hot water (for a month!), there was dog hair all over th carpet, among many other things. I have friends living in another unit with a newborn baby. Their a/c isnt working and their poor little girl has been panting in the heat. They say they just havent run the a/c long enough, but it was on with no cool air for three days just running up the utility bill. I could go on.The cheap rent here is not cheap enough!

You cant walk to the office playground if youre a teen because the manager always threatens to call the cops when youre doing no crime what so ever. She always believes someone Id trespassing

Do not stay at Wycliff West Apartments!Its the hottest weekend of the summer, by far, and my AC unit decides to go out. I call early Sat morning (to an operator - bc office is closed) just to hear that they wont page a tech unless the temp is 90 outside. So I wait. Its 11am and its about 85 in my house and 86 outside. I called again just to see if they can come a little early bc i have a daughter (she sweats easily and she gets hot quick) and she was crying. And again they told me they would not page a tech. They checked their weather app and it only said 76 deg outside! Which i got upset bc mine clearly said 86 deg. Spent an hour on the phone, finally they said they paged someone but would not give me and ETA. So i thought they were just saying it (so that i would stop calling) and they would just page someone when its 90 deg outside. An hour later (89 deg in the house for 2 hours now) a tech shows up. Hes probably there for 15 mins and he says the air flow is not as strong but it should be OK til Monday & running the AC wont make a big difference in the electricity bill. The reason why he didnt fix it is because he didnt have the right tools and then he says (TO MY FACE) Im not getting paid OT so I have to come back Monday!First off, you knew you were here to fix my AC unit, but you werent prepared and didnt bring the right tools with you? Second, youre going to allow a family to stay in a home when its suppose to be 95 degrees all weekend? I just couldnt believe it. There was nothing I could do so i let him leave. I got home later that day, tested the AC again bc he said there should be cold AC blowing out just not as much air flow. It was 85 deg in the house and it set the temp at 67. It took an hour to decrease the temp by 1 degrees. It was still hot outside so I decided to call back to see if he would come out again (since it wasnt fixed the first time and maybe he can bring the necessary tools). He stated again that he would not come out bc hes not getting paid OT. So then i asked if it was a guarantee that I would get my AC fixed on Mon and he goes, if i dont have work backed up. At that point, I was furious and i realized that nothing else could be done and we werent going to get our AC fixed.So we wait til Monday and Ruby says she will put a work order in. She apologized but then said she needed to hear his side of the story to bc the tech never told her any of this information (of course). She also added that other tenants put in a work order that Monday bc their AC went out over the weekend. Well maybe they had somewhere to go, or they didnt have a child in their home, or they could handle the heat. No reason to throw out excuses. But this place couldnt be more disappointing and disgusting.That was one out of MANY problems this place has !!!Ruby, the manager (or whatever she is) at this office, is so rude, disrespectful and ghetto.. She may seem nice at first but once youve signed your lease to stay there, she wont care about you! Ive called about my AC since last week (which is still not working) and she is not willing to work with me at all. My AC is still broken so i gave some alternatives to hire a professional and she didnt want to hear it at all. She hung up on me and said she wont be answering my calls anymore. This is not a reliable place to live at and management is so poor !!!
