The management and maintenance staff are awesome! I have not had a landlord as cool as Michelle for a very long time. If I have any issues they get fixed quick! Now is a great time to be living in Metcalf 56 Apartments as lots of cool upgrades are being done.

Complete garbage. Talk to residents before considering moving in, you will hear horror stories.

Been here a year my things break does not get fixed I have a fire hazard in my closet that was supposed be fixed when I first moved in and it never did they have a bug problem that they seem to not be able to get rid of and one of the maintenance guys are rude says he can do what he wants because he works here . I keep to myself try not to bother the front but this place will turn someone who is nice into someone who is mean. I work and I come home that’s all I do I stay to myself with me and my kid I would not recommend living here unless you like living with people going in and out of your unit people getting drunk and fighting throughout the nights any day of the week and if you like bugs and then the employees being rude. If you’re OK with all that then this is the place for you. I don’t see how this plays has not been shut down in All honest truth!! I have black mold they have not fixed you can’t live in black mold I am very patient but after year living here in the unhealthy living addition because they don’t come fix it is not oka and causes health issues! If I can leave I would in a heartbeat my lease is almost up as soon as it is I will be leaving I tried to contact hired in the front office to see if anything can be done! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! What ever you do DO NOT LIVE HERE!! P.s I spoke with the front offices manager offered to send her pictures in email about the things but she said that does not show anything she will not understand I repeated to her what her employees told me and she told me that makes no sense well of course not but that’s what your employees said to me she was not professional so I asked if I could speak with the actual owner she said no so therefore there’s no way of getting this place better I don’t see them ever becoming good! TURN AND RUN!! DONT EVEN THINK OF THIS PLACE AS AN OPTION!!

Just bad overall, dont even try to move in. They will screw you over. The office workers cant do their jobs right and they are as rude as can be. For gods sake just DONT LIVE HERE. The apartment we live in, has had black mold and the previous tenants moved from it and even won a court case. They illegally opened it back up and let people move in without cleaning it/fixing it.

This is a horrible place. I live in one of the duplexes next door and it is an eye sore to our neighborhood. One of my friends who lived there had no ac for nearly a month in summertime despite telling the landlord multiple times. So they called the rental company in charge and the landlord got in trouble. Then they got evicted and had tons of lies made up about them. Never live here
