I bought a 550i from browsers towing and I bought it as is. Now I understood when I signed the papers I’m buying this car as is, but the unprofessional and inconsiderate thing to do is sell a car for $4000 mind you they quoted me at $5000 knowing that there is smoke coming out the tail pipe and a fat oil leak under the hood is beyond selfish I hope they reep what they sow cause when someone does someone dirty knowing exactly what they are doing they deserve to pay the price. They could have charged me a reasonable price knowing these things but nope they are the root of all evil……MONEY HUNGARY pigs. GOD BLESS

Had a wonderful experience with the gentleman that came out to tow my car this morning. I was having issues with a battery cable not coming off (it was very Corroded) Instead of having it towed he spent 45 minutes and got it off and new battery put in! I am so thankful he took his time and helped me out. Saved me from having to pay a shop to do this. AWESOME SERVICE!!!

My vehicle was illegally Impounded. They wouldnt speak to me because I wasnt registered owner. They are dead. I believed I ought car from registered owner. I had a Bill of sale ins and release of liability, transfer of title paperwork in vehicle. I was never allowed access to remove my and my boyfriend belongings. Purse all my jewelry (50 years worth) clothing. All my boyfriend s tools (he is a auto mechanic.)now we dont have a vehicle or the means to make money to survive.

The employee David made all the difference being extremely polite, patient, and understanding when I came to the tow yard. It made what would typically be a rather unfortunate situation for anyone to have to deal with concerning my car being there, a relaxed and manageable one free of stress. The help behind the counter was also extremely helpful with everything involving my situation. Everybody helped work with me to get exactly what I needed to get handled and in a timely manner. Thank you for being a respectable business that cares. I appreciate that a lot these days. 🤗

I was helped immediately by the staff, and was able to buy a nice used vehicle without a lot of run around. Also was able to see a great selection of vehicles that were ready to go.

Ive used them three times. Drivers are oleasent or knowledgeable. They appear to like their job. Courteous people and easy getting them to come out for jump start or lock out at casino. Was made my company helped me thru AAA...Thank you!

They were kind and very efficient and arrived earlier than expected.

The driver and service were great, 5-star. The dispatcher got the 3-star review, more like 2 or 2.5. I called and she gave me a price which was agreeable, so I told her Id call back in a minute, needed to get some cash. Called back 10 minutes later and the price was the same, so told her to send the truck. She said she would call when truck was on the way, sounds good. 15-20 minutes later she calls says the truck will be there in a minute but the price went up 12%. What the f@$%? A bit shady. Her excuse was she didnt know that was where we were going. Are you joking. She had the location of both the pickup and drop prior to giving me a price. I would have been cool with it if she told me $20 more dollars on the original call, or before she sent the truck, but afterwards.......Dont do this! Shame and booooo! Its shady to say the least and closer to dishonest. Ending on a high note, the driver was a good dude, and my ride got to where it was going with no problems.

They charge way to much to get a car outta impound towing its like 240.00 then 60 bucks a day thats just crazy

I had a great experience with this company. I was stranded, my truck was hemorrhaging transmission fluid. I called multiple companies and either they couldnt help me or my wait would be 3 or more hours. Browers sent someone right away and he was there within 45 mins. The lady in the office was very nice and professional. My tow truck driver was personable and had a good sense of humor, which helped me brush off some of the worry I had about my vehicle. I was charged less than I was expecting which was also a plus. I would recommend Browers to friends and family and if I ever need a tow they will be the first company I call. Thanks Browers for making a bad situation good, I really appreciate it.

Friendliest, most courteous drivers in the state! Had my truck lose a wheel off the front axle one night & the guy they sent was fast, responsive & very knowledgeable. I was safe at home within the hour.About a year later, I was involved in an accident that pushed my bumper against the front tire, rendering it useless. The same driver was dispatched to tow my truck & again, he was great! Once he backed my truck into my narrow driveway, he hooked up his tow wench (or boom, whatever its called lol) and tried several times to pull the bumper, which was bent onto the tire. After a few times, the truck just kept jumping to the side. He apologized, but it was FINE, nobody has ever been so nice to us in that automotive service industry. The fact that he offered & tried to help was more than great.I would recommend Browers Towing to ANYBODY stuck or broke down in the North State!! Thanks, Browers! 😸😸😸

Greatest towing experience Ive had, and Ive had many with my old bimmers. He was quick at getting my car loaded, and got it to the shop rapidly!

They get away with legal car theft when the county uses them to tow cars and impound them. The price people have to pay to get their autos back is more than most can pay. Then the tow company sells de cars at auction and makes a profit that is split whats the county or the law enforcement agency involved. This is entirely unfair it should be illegal as it amounts to nothing but legal car theft.

My 97 customized tahoe was towed by this company. They damaged my custom tires, rims & custom body kit. My truck has a professional lowering kit installed as well. My truck is a low rider with custom ground effects body kit. The body kit is fiber glass. They damaged my front and rear ground effects by dragging my truck onto the tow bed. The protocol for a truck so low with custom rims that stick out further require a special truck with a bed that is wider and can cover the ground clearence for a vehicle so low. I confronted the company of the damages and they said it was like that when they towed it. They treated me very poorly. And acted as of it was all my fault. I am a successful business owner in oroville. I would never accuse my customers of any wrong doing or treat them poorly, I need and want the business. They want to say they follow protocol. So why is my low rider truck have severe damage to the body, rims and tires. They popped 2 tires and damaged the rims. It looked like they sat the vehicle rims on the lip of the side of the tow teuck bed. The indents in my rims and gashes in my tires match the trucks bed witdh of the lip on the tow truck bed that towed my low rider truck. My rims seams have been damaged and no longer holds air with the tire on the rim. The damage done to my custom low rider 97 tahoe is estimated well over 5,000+ american dollars. Truck sits to this day and the company never even tryed to make it right. If the company would of worked with me i would not be leaving this message for alike people with custom vehicles or stock custom vehicles. The company chose to no longer do business with me. I reccomend Kings Towing because they have the trucks with wider beds and lower ground clearence if you have a low vehicle. Now days, vehicles like bmw and mercedez etc are very low. Consider my honesty people . Sorry Browers but you guys treated me very inapropiately and this is the outcome. 1Star. Ty for your time people. Consider my honesty.
