Price was a little high just to drive about a mile or so but the driver made up for it by being communicative if thats even a word lol. Rode with him home and he was a pleasure to speak to. Did his job in a professional manner and i will use this tow service and recommend this tow company to friends.

I had to call literally 7 times for them to come pick up an abandoned vehicle and every time I called they treated me as well if it was my first time calling. It was a huge waste of my time. What a horrible business.

THIS company is horrible! I would have given then zero stars if possible! Long story short, they put a lien sale on my car, but never filed it with the DMV and my license was suspended because they left the registration in my name and sent my car off to be destroyed. I even called Nicks before DMV took my license, I was told not to worry about it! Ya right!!! Now in another state and have to clear up license in California before I can get one here. I called this morning and was hung up on by the rude guy who answered the phone! Next step is a lawyer!

I am a victim of the Camp Fire and lost everything I own including the paper work of the car I was driving that got impounded. My father bought this car for me and I picked it up the day before the fire. I almost didnt have a car the day I evacuated with my 4 kids. So needless to say the paperwork i had was still in my apartment that burned to the ground. Leaving me with no bill of sale or any information on the people we bought it from. The man in charge with the dark hair would not speak a word to me and kept repeating that im not registered owner so i had to go. We also had a cussing match on the phone. Thank god the owner was there he let me grab my purse so at least I had my ID and money so I could get a room because Ive been living in my car. They said I couldnt grab anything else without proving the car was mine. Ive been to the DMV, sheriff station, chip, and no one could give me info on the previous owner. But all my kids birth certificates, SS #s, FEMA paperwork, all my mail and all other info I have that is so important is in the back pack in my car. I never had anyone treat me so rudely and would not even tell me how much time I had to claim my things. If that paperwork gets into the wrong hands my teenagers are 19, 17, 17, 4 someone could steal their identity. What I dont understand is why couldnt he just tell me how long he would hold my things or did it get stolen already? I am torn over this as those are original birth certificates with foot prints of even my own birth certificate. It almost been 30days and i fear the worst and now their is no way i can afford to get the car but all I really want is the back pack and they wont let me have it even though its proof that its mine! Who is this guy and what happened to my things?

I have to say, your not going to find more honesty than right here. Cars are this mans art, and never mistake, he isnt out to make a bad buck.

Not very friendly. Never seem to have time to accommodate the customer. Mechanical work is well under par, especially to have been around for so long. But if you need your car towed by CHP they are on spot . Probably because they wanna keep your vehicle.

The women at the front desk was the worst business women I have ever had to deal with, she was incompetent, and rued. A lab monkey could do a better job.
