As Always, the Discount Tires in Oro Valley was superb. Troy Jarvis and Drew were Absolutely Amazing. After having ordered 4 new tires, with a scheduled install within a couple of days, today (9/7/21) my Volvo ended up with an unrepairable flat. Drew and Troy went Above and Beyond and managed to get my son squared away and off to school/work sooner than anticipated, within a couple of hours. Kudos to Drew and Troy. They were Outstanding!This is just one example as to why we have continued to be returning customers since approx 2007. This place is incredible. We have been using them for years. Today, I walked in at 9:15 and they had a busy waiting lobby with people waiting. I did not have an appointment. They had the tires I needed in stock, and I had all four replaced within the hour. They moved so quickly and efficiently, they were polite helpful energetic and positive. We will always come to this discount tire as long as we live in the area!

Great experience from ALL the staff when I dropped in late on a Saturday with a screw in one tire and all the pressure sensors caput. Even tho I was the last customer there (again, late on a Saturday!) I was enthusiastically cared for. I will ALWAYS buy my tires at Discount Tire and recommend them, as well. Thank you all!! PS. Thank you for saving my trip! A competitor across the street said the screw was too close to the sidewall and couldnt be repaired and since my vehicle is AWD I would need 4 new tires... For my 1 month old car...I went to this location and was reminded why Discount Tire is the best. Everyone was very polite, efficient, and speedy. Even with 12 people there before me I was out in about an hour with a repaired tire. For free!The guys here are great and they really saved my entire road trip. Couldnt be happier.

One tire was loosing air. Had a 1 pm appointment. Didnt get out of there until 2:10 and they had the tire readily available. Whats the point of an appointment? Sign said save 30% more time by making an appointment...really? Got a discount at $55 for the tire and left still paying $200 all in BS fees.

Very good customer service. Friendly and helpful. I arrived without an appointment because my tire had a screw lodged in it. They worked hard to squeeze me in despite their full schedule. And -- then didnt charge since it was only a patch. Wow.

Brought my car in to Discount Tire on 3/06/2021 because I had a slow leak in one on my tires. Discount Tire found the leak (which was a bolt in my tire), fixed it and balanced the wheels all for free. I was surprised and very pleased that the service was no charge. What a wonderful service. The tire was fixed in less then an hour. The repair person explained to me what had happened to the tire. Everyone from the salesperson to the repair person was kind and friendly. I have bought tires from them in the past and when my 2019 car needs new tires, that is the first place I will go to. Thanks Discount Tire.

Theyre always very busy and sometimes they lose track of things like your place in line. But to be honest, theyre doing their best and those boys in there are hustling. They got our tire repaired for free, had a screw in it. It was a long wait, but it needed to be done, and they were really kind. We had the dogs with us by accident and they let us stay in the car with them.

Ive visited this location several times. The team is professional and has always taken care of me. I will be coming back the next time I need my tires serviced.

I went to Discount Tire in Oro Valley to have a flat tire repaired yesterday. I was able to drop it off and pick it up once repaired at my convenience... and it was done at no charge. Troy helped me on drop off and pickup and he was beyond amazing! Not only was he very professional and pleasant to interact with but he offered to put the repaired flat tire back in the spare tire location under my trunk for me. Thank you Troy and Discount Tire for making this such a pleasant and painless experience! I will definitely be back!

My go-to-tire store for our family vehicles as well as for my wifes company truck. Discount Tire has made customer service a massive priority and believe me, they have succeeded. Whether its a surprise slow leak in my trucks tire or a full set of new tires for my wifes work truck, these folks have a system and were the center of it......total customer care with extremely well-designed timing that makes the best of my time. Prices for tires vary, but there is no price cheaper that has even closer to the same level of customer attention and care. Be there or be square.

Great and friendly service. I had some expensive wheels and tires that needed to get mounted on my vehicle and these guys did a perfect job with their touch less machine. They even took off my old tires and wheels and packaged them up for me to take back. Would highly recommend them.

Have purchased tires here, had tire maintenance and regularly stop by for the complimentary air checks. The professionalism of the entire staff, the efficiency of service, and the overall price keeps me coming here. This morning I sat in line for an air check in my truck and watched as a young gentleman took care of 4 cars ahead of me. On each car, he was efficient, friendly, and had a smile for every customer. Was encouraging to see him take his job this seriously and set an example for everyone. Will be back!!

Went in for a simple flat tire repair at 1:45 and left 45 min before they close at 6. I find it ridiculous that the front employees lost my car keys for about 4 hours when I told them I would be right back with them to turn off my car, as I left it running thinking I was going to wait in my car. I had placed them in front of the computer he helped me on with other employees around to witness I placed them there because he was busy. It took a call from my mother respectfully inquiring about the situation for the management to actually put an effort in finding the keys. He gave no concrete solutions to his and his faculties mistake other than “ we close at 6.” This obviously infuriated my mom because what kind of manager is that absent minded to offer that as a response to a customer. My mother raised a very valid concern questioning the title of the manager due to his lack of problem solving skills that I’m sure any first grader possesses. Ricky finally found the keys where I had initially suggested they look for them. I got my tire fixed with no apology for the inconvenience, but what can I expect from a shop this unprofessional. Get your repairs done elsewhere this shop lacks good customer service and management with common sense. Even before I entered an employee (Matt) drove up to me and my boyfriend “joking” about hitting us with a car. He drove closer to us as we walked up to get my number down. I don’t think I need to point out how unsafe/unprofessional and just plain rude it is to joke like that with a customer coming in for service that has never engaged with him like that. Do better.

Everybody I interacted with (from the front desk to the technicians) was very friendly and attentive. I went in for tire replacements and was in and out in about an hour. Top of the line service. Quick Check in and if you shop and buy online beforehand, theyll have your tires ready for your appointment. I was in and out on Saturday in 45 mins with 4 new tires. Their online comparison process is pretty slick but if you need to ask questions, they are very helpful and friendly. This is the 4th location Ive used and all are the same.

Stopped by this locations as the one closer to my home was not open at the time. I must say that this was the most friendly and professional car service center I have been too. Doors were held for each guest, service was prompt and Covid procedures in place kept me feeling safe in this crazy time. Made appt for tire rotation and check of leaking tire. Got me in on time, found the tire problem and completed the work in 30 minutes. No charge (tires purchased here 5000 miles ago).

I have waited 6 weeks for them to get me tires. I call in today to see if the tires were in and they told me that they are on back order for another 6 weeks. Unacceptable. I will never do business with discount tire. I was offered my money back as a solution. Customer service and empathy are non existent.

Excellent customer service. My husband came in to replace the driver side tire. They replaced the passenger tire instead. When I came back they showed me the passenger tire was actually the worse tire but comped is the tire for the miscommunication.

So I had an appointment at 1:30pm. When I looked to see if they took in my car, at 2:40pm, it was still outside in the same spot untouched. I went to speak to one of the employees or a manager, I told him that I had an appoitment scheduled at 1:30, why is my car still outside? He said that he didnt know about it, he asked me if he wanted to pull it in now, I said no because it was already an hour and 20 minutes late. The guys name is Ricky. I dont recommend this store, I know the prices are great and affordable. But the employees there arent doing their job. I shouldnt give any stars, but it requires me to.

Excellent service, adherence to health guidance to wear masks and social distancing in the waiting area. Limited seating during pandemic, so consider getting a ride after drop off if health is an issue. Its always busy so definitely make an appointment if you have a time constraint.

The guys in the front of the shop at the cash register. They need to work on their customer service they’re not horrible but they’re not the best they’re a little rude they need to be a little bit more friendly and polite to customers especially paying customers. But the guys in the back doing the work super nice polite friendly and helpful.

Ive been coming here for years and I see no reason to stop. Its always really busy but thats probably because theyre so good. Theyve rotated and balanced my tires for free and even patched a hole in my wifes tire at no charge! Theyll check your air for free too. This is more than just a simple tire store. They really go above and beyond to provide a good service.

Ive been to this place a few times for tires. Every time I go here the staff is friendly and prompt. Even if its busy they try their hardest to get your car in and out as quick as possible. The service is always great here regardless. Also while we know tires can be expensive, discount tire seems to have some of the better prices. I paid $60 less here than I did at Firestone for the same exact tire.

I used to get the tires from the mechanic that did my car repairs until they changed owners and quit servicing tires. I was recommended to the Discount TIre on Oracle and have been using them for five years now.I couldnt be happier, and would highly advise anyone with tire issues to check them out.

We arrived at 1:08pm and the car was to be service until 2:40pm. It was 3:45 when the car entered the service bay and left at 4:05. They either forgot us or deliberately service other cars before us.

Most friendly Discount Tire I have visited. Their attitude really made a difference, as I visited to have my tires balanced and left having bought replacements. They wrote a description of the unusual wear on my tires to give my mechanic since the bad tires were staying behind. Will return for my tire needs.

You cant beat the prices. Go online and research options and inventory before going in and the process is much easier. The online store had all the tires they offer plus prices and discounts. They do try to upsale you products in store, and sometimes the deals justify it. The staff was friendly and working quickly, but the amount of customers makes for long wait times. Call ahead and schedule an appointment, this helps speed things along.
