I took my car in on May 15 and had it inspected. All was well. Over the years I have never had a problem there and the work was done well with fair charges.Mr. Proctor has been there for a long time and has always been pleasant to deal with and does a great job with my car. I was leaving my house to go to work and saw that one of my back tires was completely flat. I had it towed to this Goodyear location, they were very busy but Jamie promised to try and fit my car in so it could be done the same day and they did! Apparently I ran over a razor blade! I was very lucky as it was just deeply embedded in the tread and not the wall, hence could be patched. They easily could have just told me the tire was a lost cause and had me pay for a replacement (possibly two even, the tires have quite a bit of miles on them) but they didnt! I wasnt even charged for it either. Thank you so much!

In terms of general service this location may be the best Goodyear Ive visited in all the ones Ive stopped at across the country. Simply put, the staff is friendly and quick. Easily, 5 stars there.Unfortunately, regarding customer safety, with a pandemic still in full swing, I couldnt give them more than 3 stars. I could care less if the staff wears masks while in the bay and it was clear they were taking a few precautions - plastic on drivers seat, keys in plastic bag, gloves. Yet, as soon as I arrived I noticed they were not wearing masks while inside customer vehicles. Thats pretty unsettling. I made it clear Id want someone to wear a mask in my car. Specifically, because I am a traveling nurse and I especially would like to protect the staff... unfortunately, this is a great example of how the staff is not doing everything they can to protect the customers.I did have a conversation with Jamie, one of the managers, about my concerns and while she answered all my questions she stated it was not a requirement for staff to wear masks while in the customers car. Please, keep that in mind when you go and ask for staff to wear their mask in your car if you feel uncomfortable or happen to be a high risk individual - they did follow my request which I greatly appreciated.Stay safe, cover you mouth and wash your hands. Lets just get this over with..

Air conditioner ran out of coolant on my way across the desert. Stopped in to see if they could get it in and they got me right in and got my air working in less than an hour on a Saturday! Fantastic service. Thank Chadd!!

Chadd was professional, friendly and detail oriented. It was simple to get an appointment and they had tire replacement, alignment and oil change done in only a couple hours. So Id say I had a good experience and feel confident in my Volt!

I picked up some road debis today (plastic hubcap) that became lodged in the undercarage of my car. A wonderful employee took a quick look and pulled a hub cap out...good old fashioned customer service and kindness is often hard to find; thank you kind sir, so sorry I failed to get your name...Goodyear tires are excellent too, plz support this biz.

I had a really bad experience here with one employee. He was terrible, rude and unprofessional. This was my first time to this location so maybe the service is normally really good. This employee was clearly having a really bad day. I won’t be back.

My experience at the Goodyear, Oro Valley location was exceptional. Owning 2 local businesses, customer service is always at the forefront of my mind when I go anywhere. I came to Goodyear for new tires on my Lexus but had been struggling with a clicking and squealing sound when I drove. Greg was so kind and considerate that he took the time to find the reason and went above and beyond to replace my newly purchased brakes with OEM brakes. He also took me to the back of the shop and had Robert the technician who was knowledgeable and professional to show me how they were moving back and forth making the clicking sound and what it would take to fix the issue. Needless to say, my car drives smooth without any noise and I’m extremely happy my experience.

Excellent Service - I made an appointment on line, the Mechanic inspected and repaired a tire, no charge.

I would recommend steering clear of this place. The lady who is the manager completely lied about the price of tires and was rude. I had an appointment for 1pm. The manager said theyre busy and i should come back by 5 PM. When i showed up, my car had not even been put on the lift yet. When i asked the lady if she snuck some cars in front of me, she was pretty nasty about it. Poor management, dishonest prices and extremely poor service would rate my experience here. Steer clear.

Its a bummer they are the only Goodyear left in Tucson but its great to see they got the best of the best from the stores that closed! THE place to go for anybody who is interested in actually taking care of the car that takes care of them. Thanks to the whole team for everything!

We are originally from Minneapolis. I quit buying Goodyear Tires about 10 years ago because 2 almost new tires blew out in potholes two weeks apart. It was the Comfort tread tire that they still selling today with very thin side walls. I was getting oil changes at Goodyear because they had a decent oil and it was a big savings with their oil change card and I enjoyed going there. However, they stopped using the decent oil and went to the bottom of the line conventional Mobil Oil. The only place I could find that even sold it was Target, no auto parts stores or anywhere else even carries it.

We have followed Jaime to several Goodyear locations. Trust is what we feel dealing with her and her crew.

A huge thumbs up for this store!! Labor Day weekend, my tire pressure light comes on...went to the Oracle Rd location. At first they filled tires; the service person said likely a puncture. The got me in with little waiting— it was indeed a puncture— and they sent me off without a charge! Big relief before traveling back to Phoenix👍

This particular tire center have great reps willing to help in any way they can. I had an issue with my car they looked at it and told me nothing to worry about. Nothing more. Awesome group... Thanks Goodyear!

My front tire blew out today and I was able to drive to closest tire store, this Goodyear Auto Service Center in Oro Valley. They gave me options for tire replacement and offered to check alignment. They also told me what time to expect to pick up my car. They delivered on all points. Both Ray and Clancy were professional and polite. This is a new location for Goodyear and I wish them success; if they keep up the good service should be no problem.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. This shop was an absolute nightmare to work with. The staff was rude and the manager John was awful. I had issues with them working on my car and ruining my battery. On top of that they took 6 hours to finish an oil change and tire balancing. I tried to find answers in regards to my battery and they did not take responsibility for their errors, instead all I received were arguments and condescending remarks. I will definitely not be coming back to this location and would recommend anyone considering them to stay away, unless you want more problems for your vehicle. The upselling here is. They pressure you into to services you dont need and get upset if you dont buy into it. stay far away!

Litterally no one here and because of lunches for the staff. Was told to go down the road for an oil change. What a joke! The cashier was rude. Ive never met a car place to turn away business. Online says they have every time slot open she said if I would of booked it she would of canceled it. First experience and my last.

Great job. I went in for a oil change today and they did a complete inspection of my car. They told me that the brakes had about 8 to 10,000 miles left on them.I took my car to Jim Click about a moth ago, they told me I needed to have my brakes done.Who would I trust? Not Jim Click.

Courteous and speedyMy first but not my last visit.

I took one of my vehicles here last week for an oil change. They did an inspection of the vehicle and told me I needed a new battery. I installed a new battery less than a year ago so I told them I would wait on installing a new one, at which I was told that postponing replacement would ruin the charging system. I took the vehicle to another service center, they checked the battery while I watched, and the read-out came back perfect in every way. I will never bring a vehicle here again. Save yourself some money and go somewhere that is honest.

Interesting experience.. ordered tires for my Dodge Challenger Hellcat SRT online .. got a pair of Mickey Thompsons and got a very nice why dont you have where you purchased them install them instead. Hesitant with the reviews online but glad it was confirmed on the phone with John. Thank you and will never do business with you. Heading to Discount Tire where I normally get my work done. Knew the convenience being just around the block from me was to good to be true.

Absolutely awful. I was talking to Karen at the counter after giving her my key about an estimate for more I wanted done on my car. Another couple come in, she greets them, takes them in the back and leaves me hat the counter almost 10 minutes. At that, I tale back my keys and leave. She calls me spologizing, but too late. She needed to finish fits with me, or at the least excuse herself to me saying shed be right back. Then come right back.

Dont take your car here if you want to waste four hours of your day. I was leaving work and found a nail in my tire, this good year being the closest to my work I headed over. I was told that the tire was not in stock and it had to be brought in from another in town location. After first being told the wait will be 45 minutes, then I was told it was a 2 hour wait. After 2 hours and still no tire, they then said another 45 min!! It shouldnt take 3 1/2 hours for a tire to be delivered from a shop that is about 30 minutes away. There was no urgency to help a customer, it was more oh well you just gotta wait. Sad thing is I recently got out of this field of work and the way they conduct business was inadequate to say the least.

Convenient location. Expensive. Have had things done that required follow up visit.

The manager that took over running the store about a year ago or so was the former service manager. This new manager is all about up-selling you on anything and everything. They will try to find all types of things wrong will your vehicle from wheel alignments to batteries, to tires needing replacement. Every time I have taken my vehicle in for an oil change with these guys since the change in management, I feel like I have to endure an hard up sell atmosphere on everything. They want a $30 oil change to turn into $500 - $1,000 of work. Avoid this place at all cost. Goodyear is well-known for their upselling practices, and it is in full swing at this store under their new management.

First impressions are important and if your encounter with the person working at the front desk is less than helpful and on the border of being rude, itll be hard to keep customers. Was just passing through, but I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

My transmission went out unexpectedly and I was caught in a bind. John Vella helped me out tremendously! He was able to call around and find the best deal possible on getting my tranny rebuilt for me instead of just swapping it out with a new transmission which would have been 1000$ more. I would definitely recommend goodyear. Great, courteous staff all in all and willing to think outside the box to get things done for their customers!

They Do Not do Emissions Test. They do the Repairs if your failed.

Instead of changing my oil which is all I asked for they spent and hour of my time looking for other things wrong with my vehicle to UPSELL me repairs I didnt ask for or need. After turning down their $980 additional repairs they spent an additional 15 minutes to actually change my oil and another 10 to take my payment. I was there for an hour and 30 minutes and I had made an appointment.

Couldnt fix the tire, but put on the spare for me for free.

Great service.
