The worst service and attention I’ve ever had. I paid $160 to fix my rims including balance. they invented lying stories to charge more and did the worst service, I just come back to ask them to fix it and they said don’t have time and will not do it.... I’m going to the courthouse

I had a small dent on the inside of my rim that was making a vibration. I work during the day so it was hard to get to the location at a reasonable time but when I called the owner told me to come before 5:20pm and he would help me out. His guys fixed my problem in a matter of minutes and I was on my way. Thank you all for taking my service at the last minute of the day I really appreciate it.

Most advertised for bigger vehicles above 20in rims. So this place may be of interest to big rim owners. However, dont come here if looking for something small along the 17in line. Limited selection. Other then that, nice and friendly staff along with quick service. Cant complain to that

Great Value! I’ve been going to Bent Rim for years and usually have wheel fixes and upgrades to my vehicles. All the guys working there are really nice and friendly (you meet them as they work on your car). Owner Arnie is very fair and nice to deal with. This is a great bargain place for folks who have nice cars but don’t want to pay the “fancy pants” surcharge. Arnie has always given me a fair price and the quality is top notch. They’ll do a lot of custom work that others won’t touch, which is great to have. I have no problem referring Bent Rim to my friends!

I can honestly change my initial review about this place. I first gave them 3 stars but after the second time I had to go back its 5 for me. I have four bent rims plus a Crack in one. It turned out that there repairs were solid and what I was still feeling was flat spots in my tires. They ordered me new tires, there were delivered to the shop on time actually and currently there being put on my repaired rims. I know this will be what Ive been hoping for once I hit the freeway. Many thanks to the team there and both owners. Completely satisfied now.

Was refered to this place by a local tire shop due to a cracked rim. This place did an excellent job helping me on vacation from Michigan. Same day repair. Got it welded and back to me before the end of the day. I know they did a great job because I didnt even lose 1 PSI the 1000+ miles it took to get back to Michigan. Still holding strong a month later, even with all these potholes up here. Thanks guys!

I was a little nervous about trusting a smaller shop, but after i read the hundreds of great reviews i decided to stop in and talk to them about getting my stock Challenger RT wheels powder coated. I had been thinking about buying new rims and tires completely but really liked my 5 spoke wheel type so i decided to go the paint route. The price and turnaround was very reasonable.Right away they were nice, helpful, got me right in and even let me have some loner wheels for the few days i would be without my rims and tires. They quoted me as 3 business days which isnt too bad, and they were very happy to show me samples of the different tones of black (Gloss/metallic, Satin Black, and Matte Black). After some discussion i decided to go with the Satin black as it was a perfect mix of the metallic/gloss black and the dull matte black.As soon as i walked into the shop to get my car i saw my newly powder coated rims in the shop, wow. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is EXCELLENT! They were even able to hand paint the center caps with silver to match the lug nuts and badges while powder coating the rest of the center cap to match the rims.I will definitely be a customer for life for anything wheel/tire related as long as i am in Orlando. If you need a repair, or a color change to your rims, do it here! You will NOT be disappointed!

I brought them a dented and cracked 19 AMG two piece wheel. This is a $2500 rim when new, if you can find one. For a reasonable fee they did a great job of reconditioning it. They saved me a lot of aggravation and expense...thx Guys!

First and foremost I came here expecting A+++ Quality on fixing bended, dented,etc instead I runned out with a nightmare my first two pictures are from a accident where some idiot hit my husband rim. These clowns told me they can repair it and reconstruct new again, BS I still received much more worse than the first one pics and they charged me $120 and they smiled so hard, thinking they could f*** me over, because they didnt care for it, they didnt put Noooooooo Effort or time on this Rim and str8 up I told them I aint paying for it and drove off with my rim and let me mind you my Rim is 24 its not a joke! I thought I lost hope and was ready to throw away and buy another one, THEN my brother recommended DR.RIM CORP I went there and I paid $100 to Repair and Reconstruct my RIM and let me tell you I came out SATISFIED with the Results as you can see the other pictures they brought back my baby to Life I was crying with Happiness, Because their was EFFORT and Love to my Rim, Something these other Clowns couldnt do.....Thank you God for pointing me to a different direction and my Brother 🤣....

This place care more about the value of the dollar then the value of the customer! I had work done to my truck which they ended up damaging the oil pan to my truck by putting one of their jacks right on the oilpan what made a small crack and started leaking bad. I noticed when I took the truck to a different shop that same day to get a alignment done.They pointed it out to me. There were marks of the jack on the pan. I called them to let them know what they did and like always made it seem Im lying about the leak. Like if I wanted to spend $340 on top of the $200 I spent with them. They are really unorganized. They said they will call me back after reviewing the cameras and still nothing. This place a joke. STAY AWAY!!

The address on Google Maps doesnt recognize this as South OBT. I called confirmed location removing South from address brought me here, however for mail purposes use South.Lady on the phone was really helpful, upfront and honest. I had a scrape on my back passenger rim. They were very busy due to Classic coming up, so she quoted me a few hours 2 or 3, but they would put the spare tire on so I could finish my other plans as well and call when finished. Before they had the tire off another employee asked me if I could wait 30 mins and he would be done. I was shocked and agreed.It took longer than 30 minutes but under 1 hour. The price was great, and the work done was great. I was happy and would definitely come here again should this happen again.

This was great. Got there at 9am. I got an estimate for the curb rash on (2) of my rims. Went to work and when I called the rims were done quick. I looked at them and I can’t tell that I had curb rash. It looks brand new and shiny. 😬😬😬. Dad want to take his car now. In case I have an issue I’m coming back. Nice,quick, and good pricing.

Was turned down by two different places when i was losing air due to a bent rim and this place took my tire, looked at the issue and fixed it within an hour when no one else would. They were super friendly and helpful and got right to work seconds after i drove up. extremely reasonable prices and did all the work without me having to lift a finger or ask any questions. they explained exactly what was done so i had no worries about the quality of work. highly recommend this place especially since they came to the rescue when i was turned down every where else.

Brought in a wheel with a simple dent less than a week later the wheel on the very exact place they fixed it returned to its bent state even worse. I could not get my money back they offered to try to fix again the technicians were more interested in getting into verbal altercation. Would not recommend at all terrible service and they don’t stand by theirwork.12/13/2018- Look at their reply. Tells you everything you need to know. Still confrontational and ALL CAPS. Same as in shop. Yelling and intimidation. Very brutish customer service. I definitely felt threatened.They state that their shop has an all sales final rule. Well I have a rule too. I want to share my experience so that the consumer can decide. I would recommend replacing the wheel. It’s the safer option.Just want to remind all to beware of this shop. They have a thuggish pack mentality when it comes to disputes. If you truly care about your whip, go somewhere else. This place is for youngsters in the hood or if you need 28” wheels they can sell you some. But it ain’t for repairing wheels. It’s not for a nice car that needs repair. All they do is mediocre installation of products you can find anywhere. Try them and see for yourself. Look at the negative reviews and find the pattern. They are wild I tell ya!

Absolute place to go for any wheel repairs. These guys are very knowledgeable and professionally trained. Took my accord with a bent rim and all the other wheels balancing were off and they fixed it. Thank you and will definitely visit again for any future wheel damages.

Took two rims here one cracked and one curbed. Curbed came out good. As far as the cracked one goes, the touch up paint job was absolutely horrible. The welding is ok and the rim was able to be balanced some 15 weights later.Reasons they lost stars.No. 1 They took literally 30 days to complete the welding. More like a week but they had not started the process for 3 weeks. I had the unfortunate pleasure of showing up every week to find out they didnt start them, excuses, losing the rims, too busy.No. 2 Advertisement! When you show me a portfolio, or before vs after pictures and my rims got your run of the mill job, after 4+ weeks, I expect better. I didnt even mention, that I refused a discount by the owner prior to paying in full for the job, my reasoning was not to rush the process and to do the job right. No good deed went unpunished here, but my review cant be bought.No. 3 The day I show up to take my final rim, I had left a new tire with them to mount so that I could just pick up my wheel and go. This was a mistake, I drive a 2013 BMW, and just like in traditional Euro fashion they have sensors for everything. Needless to say if you want your ride to be smooth you need TPMS and to be more specific BMW cars dont appreciate or accept universal TPMS as some cars do. The wheel after almost driving off with it had a rubber black valve. I immediately took the rim out of my trunk and demanded that they found my OEM BMW TPMS. After 20 minutes of being questioned like I was trying to scam them they finally found a guy who knew where it went. They finally put it on.This whole entire situaation actually deserves a one star rating, I gave them two just because the owner was nice enough to offer a discount, which in business terms means accepting some responsibility, the other star is for them doing the job.My honest advice is avoid this place for anything other than tires and slight curb removal.EDIT: I have to add a response to this owner. First, an O.Z. Superleggera does not cost 800 dollars per wheel. They are rare rims due to being replaced by a new design. Im no rim expert nor do I specialize in wheels and rims. However if it were my business as it is yours I would investigate before making a fool of myself on the web. Second, no the rims were not beyond repair, they were just beyond your shops capabilities to repair to like new construct, your site shows a lot of restored rims in worse shape, is this fraud? Third, there was no we. Had it not been for my attention to detail I hwould have been duped by your team in riding off with a rubber valve stem. This would have made the return and replacement situation far worse.I tell it like it is, dont like it, do a better job. Also, shout out to Ash who atleast saw to it, that my tpms was replaced and didnt question me as if I was a criminal.

Quick and inexpensive use tires.

The only reason I stopped coming here was because i found a place that did the same work for $20 less. During that time their prices have increased and the customer service has decreased, dramatically. The way the staff at Dr Rim Corp speak to me is worse than how my mother or girlfriend would speak to me or treat me. I came right back here yesterday and was in and out in the time frame they told me, and did an excellent job fixing my bent wheel. Also, they’re very conveniently located next to a KFC, so i was able to walk over and get some lunch while the work was being done. Very professional staff and great customer service. I’ll pay the $20 for that any day. Actually, DR Rim Corp is the same price now, and their service sucks. Not only did the lady have a terrible attitude, telling me “$60 was the price two years ago. We’re in 2018 now, so the price is now $80”, she told me it would take 6 hours to get done, and would be better if i come back tomorrow morning instead. I don’t live in Orlando so it’s inconvenient for me to travel out here multiple times. I would highly advise you to stay away from there and come here instead.

They did an amazing job fixing the scratches on the front rims of my Mercedes. They look like new! I decided to wait and they had them done before the expected time. The manager and the gentleman who put my wheels back in were very attentive, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

In someone trying to run me off the road, I found myself with a pretty gnarly bent rim and the dent seemed to extend into the tire. I came in an hour after open and they already seemed busy, but rightfully so. Between 2 employees I was consistently helped and kept up to date with what the situation was, and what they were doing. They told me I shouldnt need a new tire, and didnt. So in a mere hour and with an amount that didnt break the bank at all, I left with a new rim and great peace of mind. Hoping I never have anymore tire trouble, but if I do Ill definitely make the drive back here. Awesome service and workers, constantly multi tasking but great work and attitudes.

I called around several shops before deciding whos going to be working on my brand new M4 convertible, being frugal I looked at multiple things like price, reviews aka reputation, friendliness of staff when I called and of course actual images showing their work. This business had them all and I was not disappointed at all with the final work. Its not corporate so you get that family feel I like and again they do a fantastic job. Better yet with powder-coating they guarantee their work for a full year which is amazing minus situations where its the drivers fault of course! I highly recommend this place!

Got 2 of my rims fixed. That weekend driver side front wheel was leaking air, they said it was normal. Lost over 8 psi over the weekend. Brought it back to them to take a look. One of the guy looked at it and said he can not find the leak and it’s normal to lose 2 psi a day. Anyone with common sense knows that is not true. 2 psi fluctuation from temperature is normal but losing 8 psi total is not. After another weekend I lost another 10 psi so I called them again. They told me to take it somewhere else and let them find the leak. They would fix it if the other people can find the leak. What a waste of my time, these people are incompetent. I went somewhere else and would never come back to them. BEWARE!!!Reply to Owner:NO you guys did not check for the leak in front of me. It was done while I was sitting and waiting. The guy told me he did not find the leak and made excuses for the air leak. He also recommended me to go to another shop that have nitrogen and try filling it with that. It’s not about getting the leak fixed for free. It’s about getting it done correctly and safe the first time. I shouldn’t have to come back there a 3rd time. It should of been fixed when I came back the 2nd time. It’s 1 1/2 hrs of my time each time I drive there and you guys want me to get a second opinion at another shop. Do you think my time is free? Instead of making excuses for your mistake try listening to the customer and fix it right in the first place.

Yes I have lexani 26rims I broke in a huge hole traveling here from Alaska bent rim welded my rims and rounded them straight agian. Installed new rubber along with installing on my truck. I couldnt be happier. They do not fix chrome but they do powder coat wheels. Im happy they were able to help me in a timely manner. You cant rush perfection. Turn around was 3 days I couldnt be happier.

10 out of 5 stars for this place. Fixed my bent rim on my m3 and patched up the scuffs on another rim. Can’t even tell where the scratches are. Cool and professional people, great prices in my opinion. All done in one day. 3 and a half hours exactly. Definitely recommend Bent Rim Repair.

I went there today for the first time with two bent rims, they greeted me promptly, the person who assisted me was very polite and professional. They took excellent care of me and kept me updated on the progress. They stayed back past closing to ensure I had my wheels back as they promised. They did an excellent job on my Porsche Wheels and their prices were very reasonable. Overall a very nice company.

Charged me $300 to leave buffering swirls in my gloss black rims. Rims needed a coat of clear, instead they chose to buffering and polish.

I have been going to Bent Rim Repair Corp. for 2 years now...I love custom Wheels and replace them frequently. Bent Rim Repair provides me with excellent customer service every time I visit and very competitive prices on new and used tires. The repair quality on wheels is unbelievable! I have taken my wheels with curb damage, cracks, and chips in paint and have received them back with no visible damage at all and very reasonable price. The owner is a very nice and humble man that would do anything to make me happy with my purchase or service. Please dont hesitate to give them your business you wont regret it.

I took my Cadillac rims to get repainted, because they were scuffed and paint was peeling off, when i drop them off i talk to the owner and explained to him that i wanted original color . he replied, yes they will look like new . after installing the rims back on my truck i noticed that the color is completely different . this is not good business . i call the owner back and he says that that is the only color that they have in stock, so why wont you say that in the first place !!! i would of taken my rims somewhere else !!! UPDATE Took the rims back to the store because the owner told me to take them back and he will repaint . I said no problem, Ill take them and obviously if the job gets done right I will change my review . Well got to the place and the owner cursed me out and threw me out of the business . Wow ! what kind of professional business is this . thats how they treat customers !! beware of this place !!!

Just bought a new Tesla Model 3 two weeks ago. One morning, when making a right turn, I clipped the curb with my rear passenger tire, curb rashing about an 8” portion of my 19” wheel. I was so devastated!I went by this shop the same day, and they made it look literally BRAND new while I waited for only $70.Super good experience. For high end wheels that have curb scratches, you should go nowhere else. Awesome staff too!Nice job folks 😉
