They did my alignment and charged me more cuz my truck has a leveling kit just adjusted the toe and charged my more for it for starters then i ask them y didnt they adjust my camber and carlito said your bushings are bad send his tech to get fotos and wouldnt show me where the problem was. i been a mechanic for many years i just couldnt do it the alignment myself they didnt know im a mechanic so they thought they can lie to me like they do to most of there ppl

Seriously, never had an issue going here, its staff is efficient and attentive, seemingly honest and upfront. Only reason I do not give it a 5 is lack of inventory, which is only an inconvenience, its not like it is done on purpose. They are fast, prices are competitive for sure. Recommended definitely if you need 1-2 replacement tires or a reserve exchange, not sure about a whole new set situation, never had to do that but I know they offer full services, like balancing and rotation.

Would have giving it 5 stars here why, brought 4 tires and had wheel alignment done . All the tires had different air pressure on each of them 43-47 in the front and 33-39 on the rear tires. front was to stiff rough ride .easy fix but they didnt check before I left and I didnt ride long before noticing it .wheel alignment was done a little to fast for me. giving it time Ill know if it was done correctly, all in all carlitos are hard working people and very respectful, i would recommend there shop and will do business with them again just this time DOUBLE CHECK THE TIRES PRESSURE!!!! It make a difference in the Ride

Great service took care of me asap

These guys were up front and honest. My 2013 Ford Fiesta had a lower control arm ball joint separate from the arm. It is a one piece part. They had to get the part, and bring to the shop. There was 45 minutes left before they closed, and were able to get the part, and replace it. They gave me a fair and reasonable price, and were able to get my car fixed before their shop closed. They seriously helped me out in a pinch. Carlos the owner, was great to work with. I love supporting local businesses, and I would recommend anyone to go to Carlitos.

Needed a patch on a tire and the change of a spare. I arrived at 4:30 to a full house at the garage. I didnt think theyd fit me in but regardless of how busy they were, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Super reasonable!

I got my front brakes done and they were cheaper then other places that I checked. My family and I have gone there for years and never had any complaints.

Cheap repair at first and learned my lesson today. Repair in 2018 to remove and replace both of my rear struts as they were in bad shape. Bought aftermarket struts and had them replaced at this shop. Little over two years later, leaking right rear strut found by the dealership. Took car back after an email that claimed 30 month warranty on labor. Was told it was a 6 month warranty on labor and that the part had a 2 year warranty. Website manufacturer claims limited lifetime. Told the mechanic, thanks but no thanks and left the shop. Not 10 minutes after I left did I get an email clarification that not only was the warranty on labor 3 not 30 months but that the warranty was 1 year on the part. What an absolute joke. Cannot in good faith recommend this place.

Couldnt find anyone to help with my wire wheel that requires a tube insert. Not only did they have no issues taking care of it but they took me in immediately and had me back on the road in no time. Great service and more than fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Clean and professional place for a small business of this type. They were able to handle a situation I had that the chain stores and dealer would not. Service was quick and price was better than the chain stores. My only complaint was not sure I felt a warm vibe towards me. Id probably still go back though.

Was referred over to Carlitos to have my new wheels mounted for my truck using my current tires. Im pretty weary about most places, especially with high end wheels, because my last set were scratched to hell after I took them to another tire shop.I was more than impressed after I saw the wheels mounted, and they didnt even look like a hand was placed on them. Thank you guys for the attention to detail and for making sure my wheels came out unscathed and spotless. Will be back!

Took my car to replace a tire . Got it back with tire sensor not working . Ask them to look at it . They say there is no guarentee once i leave . Another customer in shop complaining and they were so rude to her . They are rude and agressive . wouldnt step foot in shop .

Horrible experience. Rude and condescending. I did not feel appreciated as a customer. I was told I had to wait 3 hours for tires to be delivered. Really? That turned out to be a little over one hour, including the time I was waiting when my car was finished already! Interesting right? Maybe they had other cars they wanted to take care of first.....But check this out! I had to bring the car right back because it was pulling worse than when I dropped it off. I thought it was common sense in a front wheel drive car to put the new tires in the front. Guess not. All this guy said was I can put the new tires in the front for you. Unbelievable. I felt like an inconvenience. Never going back. Apparently they are ballin and dont have to worry about customer service.

I’m motivated to write this review because I wanted to recognize this shop for going ABOVE AND BEYOND what’s required - something extremely rare in the automotive repair industry based on past experience.I had degraded tires and was scheduled to have all 4 tires replaced after work yesterday (12.03.2019) but could not get to the shop due to a flat. I called the owner (Carlito) and explained my predicament. He immediately dispatched staff (Alec) w/ equipment to help (4.6 miles away in peak traffic). The flat tire was beyond repair so he readied the spare but recommended and drove w/ me to Wawa and took charge of making sure it had the proper air pressure to ensure I arrived safely.Added to all that the tire prices were slightly better than Costco and I was treated professionally and courteously by all and the superb customer service is especially appreciated.Thank you.

Good prices. I was rushed for time and knew I shouldve went to a performance shop. They absolutely destroyed my expensive rims; I was prepared for a small scratch or two but couldnt believe the lack of consideration when a nice vehicle comes through. They even scratched around the lug nuts and the inside of the rim. I guess speed is all theyre concerned about. Theres a lot more they messed up that I didnt take pics of and I only had them replace two tires.Edit: Their response is completely false. Those rims have been on for 20 thousand miles and not one person said that I shouldnt change the tires at that time. You could have stopped at sorry, why would you go and make that up? Thats much more concerning than having one of your employees mess up.

The guys at this shop did a very good alignment on my lowered 335i at a great price! I walked in and service was prompt and professional. Had my car done in less than a half hour. I took my car to another shop 4 times and they couldnt get the alignment right.... I will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family.

Simply a hidden gem in Orlando. If you need tires, alignment, simple mechanical work ie: suspensions, struts, tie rods, CV axles, brakes etc... prices cant be beat. Carlitos is not exactly friendly, he has a gruff no nonsense kinda vibe, but he is never rude. Funny signs in waiting room remind me of old school garages. Great place.

I am very disappointed to say that I had an upsetting experience here. In an effort to have my husband on the phone while it was explained what was wrong, the person at the front desk (which I assume is Carlos) wanted my husband to call him directly excluding me from the conversation. While I had my husband on speaker, the person walked away with my cell phone not allowing me to hear. I confronted him on how rude that was and he had no right to walk away with my phone. Instead of apologizing, he got belligerent saying he only speaks to one person. It was an unpleasant experience.It is very disappointing to say that people are not treated well here. Person at front desk (which I assume is Carlos) walks away in the middle of the conversation, doesnt clearly explain what might be wrong, makes it difficult to ask questions. Part of it is probably because he is busy, it still doesnt excuse it.I cant speak for the work because at the end he eventually said I didnt need any work done. I still dont know if thats the case or he said it because I confronted him.

Ive used Carlitos tires for years and have always had a good experience with them. Their busy, so expect a wait. But there is a reason for that. I came in yesterday to get a tire for my Tacoma and a tire for my Tundra and Carlito also found an issue with a third tire. The one I came in to get replaced only had a nail in it so he patched it. Super honest. Highly recommended.

Took my car to get aligned and I brought my girlfriend’s car which was leaking air from a tire and they found it and patched it up in no time. These guys are good, hands down.

I brought my grandmas 03 Prius to get an alignment. Before they did the job, they informed and showed me that my inner tie rod was bent. And that I had to fix that before I can get an alignment. They didn’t charge me for the time they spent to inspect the car. I appreciated they’re honesty. When I fix the car I’m coming back. Thanks

We were looking for a cheap price to rotate and balance our tires (were selling our car). The job was completed but we were over charged. When my husband complained, owner said rudely that the job was already done, so we paid. Never again!

A very busy shop, but that only speaks to the quality of the work they do. Every experience I have had at Carlitos has been a positive one; I have returned multiple times for additional work and will continue to refer to them and return there myself!

This place was amazing. Im new to Orlando and was recommended to them by my church. They worked with my schedule. They did excellent work and the price was way under the compitition. Great place with very hard working generous people.

Prices are good but job is horrible, did an alignment car was pulling to one side took it back. Waited for an hour, they inspect the car work on it quick. 3 months has pass by and my tires are wear out. Note all bushings, tie tods and lower ball joints were new before the alignment is not the car problem is the people that do the alignment. Carlitos please manage your employees.

The only reason why I am giving three stars is because I went to get my tires done but have a broken bolt in the wheel and I have a 98 Mercedes unfortunately it needs to be torched out and they dont have a torch so if you have a problem like that most likely you would not be able to use their services otherwise theyre pretty good

Brought car in due to pulling to the right. Still pulling to the right after putting all 4 new tires. Left car at Carlitos tires for an alignment. When I came back for the car the Owner, Carlos himself tells me he could not align the car, did not know why and gave me some BS about the tires and still charged me full price for an alignment he could not do! I have purchased many tires here before but will never go back again and will not recommend this place to anyone! I should not have been charged for an alignment that was not done. He should at least try to align the car again or let another staff member try the alignment.

Fantastic experience. Went in to get my Nexen low profile tires replaced for my BMW 745. He ordered the tires for me on Thursday when I went in, and I figured it would be awhile since July 4th was Friday, but by Monday he had the tires, and earlier than he mentioned even. He told me about 1PM and he called me to come in around 10AM that morning. By 11:30AM tires were on, balance, alignment and so forth had been done and I was out the door by noon. :-)

Got my alignment done there for $65. Had to take my car back 2 times because they couldnt get job done right the first time. I will never go back!!! They took my money and I still need a car alignment.
